I couldn't believe the place was shut down and there was a "now leasing" sign. I didn't give a 1 star rating based on anything else other than that they're no longer there and I am left with no choice but to seek an alternate gym. Shame- I loved their Zumba classes and was looking forward to starting them up again.

I have been coming here for a year and I have seen the gym going down hill. Their are no towels the bathrooms have not been fixed the water fountains are broken and in the aerobics room their is black mold on the ceiling. Something has to change or I will be looking for another gym which makes me sad since I love the staff they are respectful and sweet and make coming here worth it.

Gets the job done, no frills. There are regular classes for those so inclined. Cardio, bikes, treadmills and ellipticals. Plate stack and disk weight machines. Free weights. Laid back World Gym vibe.

I have a membership here but I'm afraid to go. I was told that to get instructions on how to use the gyms equipment I haveto actually pay the personal trainer. I want to go to the gym to get healthy and learn how to get healthy. Not to pay a trainer and pay the gym separately for instructions on how to use their equipment.

This gym has the potential to really be an amazing place for all of Lehigh to make healthier life choices. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly staff that made me feel very welcomed, the manager of this location was very knowledgeable and kind. She brought me on a tour around the gym and showed me where everything is located. But as I was walking around I really noticed that all the equipment isn’t only out dated but it’s scattered around everywhere. There isn’t really designated areas for certain parts of the body. The flooring in the gym seems to be coming apart in multiple places, multiple ceiling tiles look very moldy from possible roof leaks, the bathrooms are very outdated and there are multiple broken lockers in the men’s room. The amount that this gym is asking for, for memberships seems a bit steep for the conditions that they are presenting. LA fitness was 6 dollars more but they offered so much in return. I would absolutely love to see this gym get the attention it deserves cause again would be an amazing place to work out at.

Been going to this gym for a couple months now, been to almost all the gyms in Lehigh and Fort Myers, this is by far my favorite one. Plenty of room, very clean, and the staff is super friendly and always eager to help. They have a trainer name Josh Louis...... He is no joke best workouts I have ever gone threw. Highly recommend for all ages as well! They have something for everyone.

I’ve been at World’s Gym for a few years on and off and i’ve never been disappointed. I love the different machines but I especially love the aerobics room. It gives me a chance to do workouts without the machines. Overall great experience.

I think some people need to remember that this gym is a business.That it has owners, a manager and employees. Yes and as a business it must run in the most efficient way that safely protects gym members, their children and the owners also. Kelly was hired to manage this gym by the business owners. Any one who really knows her can attest to what an awesome person she is! However as a manager she takes her job seriously as any one in her position should! Like anyone her job is her livelihood! It is my opinion that it is petty for someone to try to trample someone else's livelihood over a $5 key tag or a child's Birth Certificate. But that is just my opinion! To the staff, the gym looks awesome! Your efforts are definitely recognizable. Keep up the good work!

I have been going to World Gym Lehigh for years. I have always LOVED it, but since the new owners took over it it is even better. The General Manager (GM) has passion for what she does, and it shows throughout the gym. The entire staff (class instructors, personal trainers and front desk) are all wonderful. We are a gym family. The gym is ALWAYS very clean, and the assortment of machines are wonderful. If you are looking for a great gym come on in and try World Gym out; you won't regret it.

I am so pleased with my experience at Worlds Gym. I was extremely out of shape, dealing with many health issues, and the staff at the gym worked with me to develop a program that was doable. Everyone was very supportive. When you are overweight and out of shape sometimes it's difficult to go to gym without feeling judged. I never felt that at this gym, only encouragement to do the best I could. Unfortunately I have moved out of town and can no longer attend Worlds Gym. Always under construction. Equipment is not great. Personal experience: I wrote a letter canceling my membership, and they continued to charge my card. The managers were rude about the situation, denying ever receiving the letter, which I hand delivered. I reported them to the franchise and BBB. Sad how people handle business. I recommend joining a gym that is run by professionals.

My son wanted to work out with a friend who is a member. I signed a waiver because he's a minor. Then they want something with his name & birth date on it. He left his permit at home. (No, lady I don't walk around with his birth certificate in my purse). Instead of letting my husband (who was at home) scan & email his permit to them, they said they must copy & print it there. Um, why? The information is exactly the same. Customer service= ZERO. So I had to drive all the way home, get his ID & come all the way back so *they* could print it out. I guess they have some magical World Gym paper, idk. Was considering a membership for my sons, not anymore. If these people can't use common sense when dealing with customers, I don't need them.

I went to this place because it was close by my house. This gym has broken equipment. They charge way too much for this small gym. Then when I cancelled they charged me the next month.
