Ray’s Body Works class is the the definition of a full body workout!!! I have never been so challenged physically EVER! Ray was there at every step pushing me mentally and helping me stay accountable too. You never know how much you can push through until you actually do and can’t appreciate Ray enough for showing me how!

HIIT session with Justina was GREAT! Patient, clear and made the class a lot of fun while simultaneously whipping us into shape! HIIT has always been tough for me personally but the class was great, clean and felt great after our cool down and stretch at the end.

This place is amazing. The staff is not new to great customer service and hard work. They make sure you get your money’s worth and make you feel good about yourself before during and after workouts. I will be definitely be going back. The exercises are not boring. You are actually having fun while working out. At first, I was skeptical because it's not a major gym compared to size, but this gym has way more to offer than your average gym. You can book appointments for a class through your phone, and the classes are more personal. It's almost like having a personal trainer at your fingertips. The variety of classes from boxing (which they just started & one of my favs), HIIT (which is intense but surprisingly not too difficult), then there is the CrossFit type of classes. They call it MetCon for those who are on that athletic level of training. I mean, this gym is literally for everyone. Craig is my fav for MetCon, and Justina and Ray are my favorite for the other classes. I haven't tried Gina yet, but I heard she is great as well and also is popular. You definitely see results quickly. Do it!
