Storm and Alex (I use Storm) are serious professionals. Xcel is a very clean gym. Its friendly. You can talk or not talk and no one cares. There are all different ages welcome. Both Alex and Storm (and the other trainers, Taylor, Jeff, Amber) deal with each client on an individual basis even though they are training multiple people at the same time. Storm and Alex,et al, live, eat, and breathe fitness and are very dedicated to their clients. I've been with Storm for a couple of years but I see that many folks have been with him for over 5 years, and these clients are hard people to please. (Well to do, if you catch my drift.). I highly recommend them for serious performers. Also, what I really like, is that Storm doesn't yell at me like you get at a CrossFit gym. This is NOT CrossFit like at all. Its personalized fitness by some of the smartest and most dedicated trainers around. Great, great, experience. PS The only negative is that Storm is a lunge guy and who in the world wants to do lunges? I HATE LUNGES! (But I do them and my legs are super strong now.)

Well. I reached out to
Storm to get more information about their company and their services. I was a little concerned when he took a little extra time to contact me. While waiting to hear back from him, I reached out to several other companies or individuals on their training or coaching services. I'm so fricken glad that Storm finally got a hold of me. He was honest and transparent about some personal issues that he was dealing with which is why it took him some extra time on being back to me. So I gave his company a shot. Here it is 30 days later, working with Amber Fox and wow, she is a badaxx in a great way. She has been working with my son at 5am and my wife & I at 6am. We couldn't be happier. If you are looking for true professionals with great personalities and the willingness, plus desire to help you hit your health goals, then this is the place to go. Amber Fox is awesome.

Omg! In town visiting family, so I came here to visit my old trainer Alex and I had no idea how much I missed his “Beastmode” type training until my shins and just about everything on body started pouring sweat.

I have been working out with Storm for a year now. I cannot say enough positive things about him, the process and results that he has pushed to me to achieve. Exel Performance is a touch notch facility and I enjoy every minute I spend there. The clients are great, motivational and fun to workout with.

They even have the extra personal touch of peppermint scented chilled towels to relax with after a workout.

My son Daniel is 13, plays baseball year round and loves this place! So do I! Charlie is an awesome trainer and pushes Daniel to always work hard to do his best. Great equipment and motivating trainers! I would recommend Xcel Performance to anybody!
