Never go to that place it sucked so bad everything was broken it looks good in the pictures but never trust that place. They were out of toilet paper and someone left a dookie in the toilet. Do not go to that place.

I had my son’s 4th birthday today and it was the best birthday we have ever hosted thanks to the facility but especially thanks to the staff. The staff was incredible from the second we showed up throughout the party and to the end. Thanks to their help and kindness they elevated my experience to a level more than I could have ever imagined. Highly recommend this facility for your birthday needs. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for such a great experience. We have also attended open gym there on the weekends and that was also a great experience with a different staff member who was also incredible. I can’t say more about the staff they are amazing.

My kids love Xtreme Air Academy! The coaches are amazing with the kids, and the facility in Ft. Myers is clean and super organized. My daughter has gained so much confidence, and my son can’t get enough of the trampolines and the NinjaKour class on Fridays. They also love coming to Open Gym! There’s a trampoline park with basketball hoops, inflatables, and so many fun activities to keep them busy. The best part? We can drop them off and enjoy a date night while they have a blast. Highly recommend this place for anyone with kids!

I registered my two daughters, payed registration fee and without previous notice the gym was closed 3 weeks after. I showed up for the class to find out they were moving to Fort Myers. Fortunately, the membership was cancelled so August was not payed but I never received any refunded for registration fee payed 3 weeks before the closing. It was a shame my daughters loved the place. I wouldn't recommend the place because changes like this doesn't happen in a day. I was expecting more.

We had gone here when it was tropical twisters, with our oldest daughter. They were great owners.

Unfortunately it changed ownership. Now this place is a joke. Management is non-existent. The equipment hasn't been maintained torn mats and pads. Nothing ever gets wiped down. It smells like a dirty gym sock. They had also built and moved walls with out using and skilled workers or permits it shows.

This place had close due to water intrusion from rain. Which I can understand because things happen. The problem is the poor communication on short notice. Only sending out a mass email at the 11th hour day of classes. We showed up for class, as did many other parents not even a note on the door. I mean come on pick up a phone and make a call to people for that days classes or text people. I let that incident slide. On 7/31/24 they sent out another mass email saying that there facility is now closed and they are moving to Fort Myers. No notice to anyone. They cancelled all memberships and didn't bill us for August but we all paid registration fees to join the gym. The only good thing here were the coaches, but it had high turnover. Wonder why🤔? So think twice about joining this gym for your kids.

LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT SAY THEY WILL BILL YOU AFTER YOU HAVE CANCELED! Also read where they continued charging after someone taking their card off file to be charged while Florida was in a state of disaster. It is literally happening to us right now. THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE told me it was fine, and they hoped to see us back when I canceled. Yet when my neice tried to enroll in the summer class, we were told they continued billing for THREE MONTHS! With notice given and accepted that we were canceling, and no attendance they continued to bill. When I spoke to business manager, they had no accountability for the actions of their employee who accepted my cancelation. Any legitimate business takes responsibility for the actions of their employees as they are legally obligated, I am upset that we chose one that does not.

I am waiting on a call back, hopefully from someone with accountability for this business. If the next person takes responsibility I will amend the review, but the fact that this occurred in the first place doesn't leave me with much hope.

Horrible facility. Overcrowded and will continue billing you even when you have canceled. It’s a very fraudulent company. The ninja class is an absolute joke and the boy teaching it spends more time on his cell phone than actually watching the students.
So many safety concerns and I’m highly disappointed in the office staff as well as the owner allowing the business to run this way. They just hang up on you after continuing to take your money even when you haven’t attended in months. Do yourself and your children a favor and do not waste your money here.

Xtreme Air Academy this is completely false. You have inaccurate information and I did not use abusive language. The staff has continuously been extremely rude to me a number of occasions and the instructor was on the cell phone throughout the whole class more than one time. I even addressed his lack of attention to the students with the office staff. They said they would address it.
Your staff went out to ask you about my cancellation and you agreed to the $600 credit and that they could pull the rest of the classes from there and that my account would be closed after that and my account not charged again. Do you remember that conversation? I remember it and the office staff said my account would pull from the credit of $600 and not be charged again.
We haven’t even attended the month of February, you know we haven’t attended. Yet you still charge for it and March. That is how you do business and it’s absolutely wrong and fraudulent. I’m writing a review to help save other individuals from having to go through this type of experience.

The best camp in Cape Coral. My kids love going to camp and playing games with their friends. The counselors are super attentive and care so much for my kids! I really appreciate how much everyone at XAir cares about our family.

My son and I both have a blast here every Wednesday for open gym in the mornings. My son is 1 1/2 years old and absolutely loves going to gymnastics which makes my Mama heart so happy!

Hello, I'm not one to write to anyone, but this is too much, I have my daughter enrolled in the class, pay everything perfectly for a month, two weeks ago I told the girl to take away my card for automatic payments that I would pay next month in another way, but what a lack of respect So great, now that we are in the middle of all this disaster that nobody is working and they do not know when and they charge me a month that I did not authorize, lack of respect I want my money back.

The actual gymnastics classes are nice, but that's where it stops. Poor communication with the new owners. I've called multiple times and get no answer or call back. My husband went in and talked to a coach and left a hand written message to call him about signing up for summer camps and never got a return call. My child has been jumped on (at her neck) in the foam pit by another child when there has been little supervision in that area during summer camp. The teenagers stand in a circle on their cell phones not supervising at all (I watched for 10 minutes!). It's disorganized, chaotic, and unsafe-more so during summer camp.

The kids are loving this place! So many activities to enjoy and exert their energy. We've enjoyed open gym (and dinner date night without children LOL), as well as their fun summer camp offerings.
