I live in Colorado. I had a $260 fraudulent charge at this business, and the owner refuses to return my calls about it. Seems like she may have been involved? Be sure and watch your wallet while youre here...

Great yoga classes for anyone that is looking to improve flexibility and strength. Michelle really cares about her students progress and gives great tips on how to ease into the practice. I have learnt so much doing Michelle’s classes and my inversions are getting stronger too. Can’t recommend enough.

I attend in the mornings, and Michelle is always ready with a new practice for that day, using appropriate stretches and always offering a modification if you need to take it easy! Her directions are clear, and the community is friendly, ready to laugh and support each other. This is a great Yoga class to try!

Michelle makes every class a fun learning experience. I have been practicing with her for 13+ years. Men and women come through her doors in all shapes, sizes and personal body issues. She checks in with everyone to make sure she instructs the class for each body type. Her knowledge of our human structure, yoga history, Sanskrit terms, pose modifications and her authentic kind spirit will convince you that you are in the right class.
Come join her, you won't regret it.

Yoga at Unity is a wonderful environment for yoga. Michelle P. is an exceptional instructor with years of experience who always encourages your own personal fitness journey whatever that might be. I have been attending classes there for 2 ½ years and I love it! I have gained muscle strength and self-assurance.

When I first started, I was afraid to have my head upside down (even in down dog) but with Michelle’s constant support and teaching me when it comes to fear you have to work on the muscle between your ears. As you can see today at 56 I can be upside down! This was just one of my many yoga goals yours might be different. There are so many options with yoga. Come join us!

I’ve been practicing yoga with Michelle for almost 15 years. She is a highly-qualified instructor and her classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced yoginis.
She takes time to understand your concerns and provide assistance or modifications to help you with your individual needs.
The class members are friendly and accepting. We’re all there working on our own things, and welcome you to come and do the same.

Taking yoga instruction from Michelle Pugh eRYT is one of the very best things you can do for yourself. At the highest level of certification, she has over 15 years of teaching experience and everyone from children, to wounded veterans, to Noah's Ark residents, to the most advanced yogi attend her classes. She can support any level and help you grow. You will grow spiritually, mentally, and physically. Yoga is perfect for stimulating the vagus nerve which will perk your body and mind right up. I personally find that it helps the inflammation go down dramatically in my ankles. :) I always feel relaxed and refreshed with renewed sense of focus after class. Michelle uses elements of Hatha, Vinyasas, Bikram, Ashtanga, Yin, and more to help her students be their best selves. With a recommended donation of $10 minimum, there really isn't a better class available. She also offers private lessons. You are enough, your body is enough. We leave the world behind and give ourselves self-care in class. We work with the body we have today, and are grateful. Namaste.

I have practiced yoga with Michelle for at least 15 years. She is a very knowledgeable and an inspiring yoga teacher. Her classes are an hour and a half long but they go by quickly. She does a lot of stretching in the beginning, then she works on a theme she has picked for the such as hips or core, and the last half-hour is devoted to inversions and chavasana. I especially like the inversions part of the class but I do like it all and I believe my life is different by integrating yoga into my exercise routine.

Michelle listens to her students and is fully aware of their strengths and weaknesses, and advises them how they can complete the class to his or her full potential. She is very personable and approachable, and has a vredible passion for teaching yoga and offering the best class anyone could want. I highly recommend her classes to anyone wanting to practice yoga, whether you are a beginner or advanced. She offers something for everybody!

Michelle is truly an amazing yoga teacher!! She’s even an amazing person inside and out. She is passionate about what she does and is extremely knowledgeable about the body and how it works. She does a check in with each student individually every single time to see how their body is feeling for the day. She then caters her class to how her students are feeling and offers modifications. Michelle teaches all of her classes concerning safety towards the body. You will leave refreshed and wanting to come back for more!! Her class is for everybody and any age. If you’ve never done yoga before you should definitely try one of Michelle classes. She also offers privates, workshops, and Yoga Alliance certified teacher training. I was in her teacher training class and I’m so glad I chose her to guide me throughout my yoga journey. I learned more than I can ever imagine from such an incredible person!!

Although I have encountered many yoga instructors over the years, Michelle Pugh remains the only instructor who has significantly influenced my life. She shares much more than yoga instruction with those who come to Yoga at Unity. By example, she teaches compassion, caring, commitment, gratitude and joy. Her yoga instruction is her calling, and she ministers to each individual with purpose and joy. She designs a new sequence each week, highlighting various styles including Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa. She explains the style, effects on the body, breathing patterns, and Sanskrit names. Men and women of all ages and abilities are welcome. Yoga is not a religion, but continued practice may strengthen you spiritually and physically. You do not have to be thin, young or flexible to begin. If you continue to practice, you will gain strength and flexibility. You will probably improve your energy level and outlook on life! Come join us!

Yoga at Unity is hands down THE BEST class I have ever been to. It is an inviting, very comfortable atmosphere. Michelle begins every class asking each student how our bodies are, so she can offer modifications throughout the entire class. Michelle does an incredible job of structuring her classes so that anyone can participate, regardless of skill level, injury and abilities. This makes her classes well suited for everyone from beginners to the more advanced. She also includes a variety of inversions during her Tuesday and Thursday classes, which are always super fun. Michelle's classes are a steal, in my opinion, for only $10 a class. (She does offer private lessons which gives you some valuable one on one time with her.) Michelle is a knowledgeable, fun teacher, and you won't regret trying her classes.
