The $50 for unlimited classes for the first month is a great deal that allows you to sample various classes and teachers to find which one is best for you. The teachers are kind, and I personally recommend the Yoga Flow with Paige Butkus and Deep Yin with Kelly Anne Concannon for exercise and mental decompression, respectively.

Paige does bi-monthly yoga retreats that are phenomenal!

The reason this studio gets 4 instead of 5 is because of the set up for non-heated classes.

As someone with severe heat intolerance issues, I only select non-heated classes, but most of them end up taking place in the heated room (the heat is off, but the room has no AC and opens the doors to FL heat). The lack of cooling systems in the heated room and limited space in the non-heated room severely limits which classes I can take.

Overall, a lovely experience I don't regret doing. If you don't mind a warm workout session for a reasonable price, this is the place for you!

My Mom and I have been going to the Studio in Davie for more than 2 years now and we absolutely love the instructors Lori and Diego. Unfortunately Diego told us today that he will no longer be teaching the Yin class, which we look forward to every week. We hope he will be back because he is an amazing Yoga instructor and it won’t be the same without him. Lori you are amazing, too, so please don’t leave!!!

I found this yoga studio when I moved to the Davie area two years ago. Since then, I have been coming weekly to the 7pm Yin classes Tues-Thurs and Sunday's noon warm yin class with Lindsay. All the teachers are great and very knowledgeable. Special shout out to Diego & Carolina who are two genuinely awesome yogis with a beautiful gift of teaching gratitude and both offer a very relaxing vibe with their sound healing & hands on adjustments throughout the class. It saddens me to learn that Diego's Thursday class got switched out for a new teacher. He really cared deeply about his practice and will definitely be missed. Also wish they would add another Yin class on Friday nights to end the work week & start the weekend feeling very relaxed.

It is deeply disappointing that Yoga Connection, through an associate, has not only misrepresented what actually transpired but has also publicly listed my full name and those of my friends. This is not only unprofessional but also a violation of privacy. In Florida, there are legal protections—including the Right of Publicity (Florida Statute 540.08) and privacy laws—that restrict the unauthorized commercial use or public disclosure of an individual’s name without consent, particularly in a defamatory context.

To clarify the facts: My friends and I booked a class with the genuine intent of exploring the studio as potential members. As a local, I was eligible for a free first class, and upon arriving early, I checked in without issue. My friends and I were quietly setting up in the yoga room when a staff member entered and, in front of everyone, informed my friends that they needed to pay and place a card on file. Rather than addressing this matter discreetly at the front desk, it was handled in a way that was both abrupt and unprofessional.

The situation escalated when the owner, Brian, speaking over the phone, insisted that my friends send photos of their credit cards—front and back—via text message. This is an extremely insecure and inappropriate request, and my friends had every right to feel uncomfortable. When they asked for alternative payment options, Brian dismissed their concerns entirely and responded in an unprofessional and condescending manner, stating that he had been in business for 22 years and implying that customers frequently leave without paying. At no point did we refuse to pay—our only concern was the method of payment being requested.

Recognizing that the situation was not being handled appropriately, we quietly gathered our belongings and left. Contrary to the claims made in the studio’s response, no one attempted to “take advantage” of the business, nor did anyone cause a disruption.

What is most concerning, however, is that instead of addressing the situation with professionalism and integrity, an associate chose to publicly post our names online alongside false accusations. Not only is this highly inappropriate, but it may also violate Florida’s legal protections concerning the unauthorized use of personal information. I strongly urge Yoga Connection to review its practices regarding customer privacy and to adhere to the legal standards designed to protect individuals from such unauthorized disclosures.

A business that values professionalism, customer experience, and ethical practices would have handled this situation differently. I hope that Yoga Connection takes this as an opportunity to reflect on its approach to customer interactions, privacy considerations, and professionalism moving forward.

I would have previously given this facility 5 stars but unfortunately this experience has not been that great. I tried to rejoin, I had to email my badge information, (I'm a chidrens special needs counselor) I patiently waited, tried emailing again, left a message. 3 weeks later I finally get ahold of someone over the phone who wasn't helpful at all and told me in response to me asking for support in contacting the owner, that if he hadn't emailed me back, he clearly wasn't interested. First of all, I'm a paying client, I'm not looking for a handout. I'm asking for the price that is offered to teachers as announced. Secondly, not that it matters, it's just a shame that a place that is about wellness showed little help let alone compassion to a client trying to do something for her well-being and mental health.
There are a few instructors that I continue to love that work here but unfortunately due to this experience I will not be trying to to re-enroll.

Found this studio as I was visiting the area. This is a beautiful and well curated sacred space. I took Carlys class and she led us through a dynamic and challenging flow while providing modifications to deepen or promote ease each asana. Strongly suggest this studio. I love the face there are 2 practice spaces where they offer hot and standard temps. Be sure to bring your own props and personal items ( mat, towel etc)

I read every one of the bad reviews they were either revenge reviews or clients trying to get out of contracts. This is a real yoga studio, and this is coming from an ERYT500 yoga teacher visiting the area. They know their stuff, instructing, Sanskrit names of poses, the philosophy. Gréât classes, lovely space.

What a great Yoga Studio! I’ve been here twice and I feel lucky I found this place. I’ve been taking Michelle’s class and I love her and her teaching methods. Class is challenging and adapts to different levels. Michele makes sure every class is unique too. Studio is clean and classroom is big so you’ll have enough space to move. Couldn’t recommend this studio more! I’ve been to so many other studios where rooms are packed and classes repetitive, not here!

I completely agree with previous one star reviews. I will not use my real name but my husband and I had such a horrendous experience with the owner Bryan a few months ago. It’s astonishing how the owners have gotten away with this unethical and unprofessional behavior for 20 years as they like to say. Please be aware and read the reviews carefully and responses. Great location. Love they have a verity of classes and different hrs.
Like they offer both hot and non heated yoga classes in different rooms.
I also like that they have showers , so I don't have to go home I can change and go straight to work.
Only thing I don't like is they no longer have someone at the front desk for questions or anything. You have to call the owners and or email. I kind of don't mind it as I'm not new but for new people it's not great.

I absolutely love this yoga school. Teachers are passionate about yoga, the energy is amazing. The groups of people that attend the classes are so respectful and looks like they being doing yoga for a while. It is my scape after a busy day with my kids and house work. I’m disappointed to say I had to experience this with my partner this afternoon. Listening to this call and seeing how this was handled is heartbreaking. Due to a fraudulent charge on her credit card. A payment did not go through for the month of March. This payment was verbally approved and should have never been charged back. We received a call from the owner from a number we did not recognize being very rude.We had all intentions of adding a new payment method as we did not know this occurred but we needed verification this was the owner because we did not receive any prior email or notice and the person we were speaking to was so unethical and unprofessional we couldn’t believe our ears that this was the owner of Yoga Connection. The instructors are wonderful and this is not a complaint towards them because they are amazing. However even after updating my payment and it going through the unprofessional behavior continued. - we seeked for help through social media account - the wife of the owner “Amy” also added with insults. We have never in my 20 years received any form of this kind of treatment from anyone and definitely not from a business. This was all due to a $49 dollar charge that me nor my partner had any prior knowledge that this was charged back this would of been handled immediately. We found out a month later with no prior notice, email or voice mail.

So I have been coming here for a few years now and really enjoy the YC staff. My favorite instructor is Paige Butkus! She is super easy to hear and understand during the class. She always seems to get more out of me than I’ve ever been able to do on the mat! It’s tuff to get excited for hot yoga as it isn’t always easy but she always makes it fun while challenging us! 5 stars highly recommend everyone checks out her classes!

Stay away from this place. It is poorly run and the owner is scary aggressive. I was in the lobby and watching as he picked a fight with a client that nearly got violent. It was bizarre and made everyone watching visibly uncomfortable. You could also tell that the floors hadn't been cleaned in a while. That was quite disgusting.
All of that combined with the fact that staff REFUSE to let you leave once a class starts made the whole experience extremely unpleasant and I would warn anyone thinking of attending a yoga class to look elsewhere.
EDIT: To the owner and his absurdly dishonest reply: This is my real name, very strange accusation. Your response says a lot more about you than my review ever could. I will let it speak for itself. Best of luck with your business strategy.

I have never experienced Yoga in my life, and it was a goal I want to cross off my 2021 goals. I can confidently say that I am beyond grateful to have been introduced to Yoga at Yoga Connection Davie. The team is so loving. I typically go at 6pm where the class is lead by Ms. Michelle or Ms. Gaby. Ms. Michelle has motivated me and changed the way I look at life and health, while Ms. Gaby has inspired me to master my breathing techniques through yoga. I am happy to recommend Yoga Connection. I started my practice there as a beginner and my experience has been and continues to be positive & transformational.
The Yoga Connection studio is comfortable, friendly & clean. In addition to the many available class times, all the unique teachers have something different to offer you, and there are classes to fit your energy or focus as your needs may change from day to day. Some of my first teachers and still favorites are Bea, Michelle, Barbara & Dave. However, I recommend giving each teacher a try.

Yoga studios come and go but not Yoga Connection. With two rooms at each location for heated and non-heated yoga classes, there is something for everyone. I like that I can just show up without a reservation because there is always room for one more, the facilities are spotless and the instruction is comprehensive whether it is your first class or 500th. The free first class option is a great way to check out the studio.

Some of the best heated yoga classes I have attended. They take it a great place for novices like myself. I attended a couple of classes by Shay. She was a great teacher. There seem to be a lot of repeat students so that’s always a good sign. Highly recommended and I will visit again when I am in the area.

When I read the negative reviews, I had to respond. This place is great! The complaints of the two people who were not allowed in after 15 minutes need to be dismissed completely. I wish it’s was a five-minute cutoff. Carol & Samantha are really amazing instructors. Ignore those minority one-star reviews and come in!

Please if there is a policy on lateness please post that also, I have Instructors that have told me it's ok if I was late because of my schedule, but the very grumpy unpleasant man at the front desk has managed to ruin my practice. The instructors are soothing and passionate at the same time. I have tried practicing yoga regularly during various times in my life, but never sticking to it until now. This was the first time I ever tried yoga. The staff and instructor were very friendly and professional. The location is very close to where I live, and their schedule is very acommodating, so that's a big plus also. Although I went with a positive attitude, my experience was greater than what I expected, and the first class was free of charge. I would recommend Yoga Connection, and I will be going again.
