Personally one of my favorite yoga studio in Orlando. I love they have multiple types of yoga instructing as well as different instructors to learn different ways of doing things from each of them. All instructors on this place has been amazing. They definitely have a great team, love coming here

After spending 2 weeks away from my home practice in Virginia, I was in desperate need of a yoga class. I stumbled upon this studio in Altamonte and signed up for a heated flow class. It was just what I needed to get my body and mind the energy I missed from being away from my practice. The instructor adapted the class to accommodate those who were new to yoga, but kept it challenging for everyone. Ten dollars well spent. I will be back when I return to FL.

I went to a Bikram yoga class on 2/25th at 5:30 in the afternoon. And since it was my first time, I didn't know that it lasted an hour and a half. Therefore, around 6:45, in a quietly way I let the instructor know that I was leaving. Then she got extremely close and told me that I couldn't go and I explained that I had to go get my daughter at 7pm. Then she approached me almost in my face and told me that I had to have discipline and that It wasn’t right for me to leave in that way. She then opened the door in a rude way and kept whispering. I was like wth! Aren’t we adults and I was very respectful towards her. I have been to other yoga classes in the past and everyone comes out to breathe or if they have to go they will. I do not understand the attitude of this lady. I can’t believe this happened in Covid time 😷.
