Being the biggest one in the class has never been the issue.. they have treated me with up most respect and encouraged my journey! They are amazing and so are all the instructors!

The experience was beyond awesome... I went every day and tried all the instructors and loved them all. The only reason I didn't get the membership is because it is a little pricey, but I'd encourage everyone to try it!

I started going to this yoga studio at mid January and I love it, I got all the benefits of Yoga plus a work out, The environment is so peaceful and friendly. Even thou, when I stared to going to the studio ,I had a hurt shoulder , I was able to do most of the classes and the breathing techniques and the stretching help me enormously copying with the pain and my stress. I had a surgery 10 days ago and I have been using the breathing technique to control the pain. I am so grateful with Ana and all the instructors for your great help in my recuperation. I can't wait to come back.
