An amazing studio!! I frequent the Restore classes, but explored a bit for National Yoga Month. Took several hot, sculpt and flow, and bands & buns. Every teacher makes you feel welcome and allows you to practice at your own level.

A great variety of classes. All the instructors are knowledgeable and so kind. The environment is healing, calming, and I always go away feeling great physically and mentally. I’m an active older person and attending YogaSix has improved my flexibility and I have gone from an 8 to a two on my pain scale. I’ve stopped taking 800mg of ibuprofen twice a day too. The sound bath classes are my absolute favorite. The vibrations have helped me tremendously.

Great variety of instructors and great location. My favorite classes so far are with Valentina and Matilda. I absolutely love that Valentina sometimes switches up the lighting color from blue to yellow during her class . The blue just isn’t my thing 😅 Definitely try different classes to get a feel for which ones you might like the most!!!

I found a Groupon deal for YogoSix and was happy to find a yoga studio that was within 5miles of my house. When I went I was so impressed by everyone who works and is a student that I signed up for their monthly unlimited package. They have switched me over to becoming a yogi and I go evey other day lol. Needless to say I am elated and thankful this wonderful place is only a few miles from me! Thank you!!!

I can honestly say that taking yoga classes at YogaSix Safety Harbor is one habit I plan on keeping. The instructors and staff are amazing and very supportive. Good variety of classes and teachers and I am enjoying taking classes. I appreciate that they clean the floors and props after each class. I prefer the slightly warmed classes (Slow Flow and 101) over the HOT classes. I do hope that they will one day offer a Half Primary class in addition to their standard classes. Owners are very nice.

I had the most delightful experience at my first yoga class at YogaSix. The moment I entered the store, I was greeted warmly by the owner, Carmen. She is kind and welcoming and makes you feel at home. the store carries a curated selection of yoga clothing and accessories. The yoga studio is spacious and comfortable. The class I joined today was led by the wonderful Valentina. Her approach is gentle, and she meets students where they are. Her calm guidance put me at ease, and I left completely rejuvenated. I really loved the very nice cold towelettes that each student is given towards the end of the class. The class also incorporates the use of aromatherapy, which enhances the experience. I highly recommend YogaSix! They offer a great variety of classes for students at all levels

I struggled finding a yoga studio since I’ve relocated to Florida. This studio immediately felt like home - the instructors and community are what makes this place special. I love the cues each teacher gives and I love taking restore after hot yoga - I’ve never been able to open up my hips but this combo is a game changer for growth in my practice. This a a fabulous YogaSix location! I was staying in the area for 2 months and found this gym through Class Pass and it only took 2-3 classes through that app before I signed up. The variety of yoga classes the offer is exactly what I was looking for! The quality of the classes and instructors is top notch (I’ve been doing yoga for over 10 years at multiple boutique studios and this is one of my favorites). The BEST thing about this studio is the community. Meredith is welcoming at the front desk, all of the instructors are FANTASTIC (special shout-out to Kristin for my favorite 7:30am sweat sessions, Sydney’s energizing playlists, Kim soothing restorative classes, and Valentina’s restore class that brings your mind/body connection so inward you’ll forget anyone else is in the class). If you’re looking for a COMMUNITY of friendly, fun and caring yogis, this YogaSix studio is where you want to go!!

I have been practicing here for a week, now and its great. The place is super clean and hygiene is maintained at every level. The instructors have a sound knowledge of yoga,( I say this as I am a certified yoga trainer from India). They offer 6 different forms of yoga. A clean cold cloth is provided at the end of every session and that's cherry on the cake. Definitely give this place a try, regardless your level of fitness/ yoga.

Literally the best yoga I've ever experienced. It was challenging, a great workout, and the studio itself is beautiful and so relaxing. All the staff is so friendly - the warm yoga room felt great to workout in, and at the end they give you a refreshing cool towel. You can tell they put a lot of care into the studio with how clean everything is, the little attention to detail like the lotion and deodorant mineral spray in the bathroom. It's my new happy place.

As someone that’s fairly new to yoga, I appreciate all the variety of classes that Yoga 6 provides. If I want a good work out and push myself to the extreme I’ll take the power or sculpt and flow class, or if it’s been a long day I can work on my poses and techniques with the 101, slow flow or restore classes. I was a yoga instructor here. The studio is new, kept clean, cool lighting and nice floors. Owners are nice & you’ll meet some pretty cool instructors. It took me a while to work up the courage to write a review about it honestly because there’s a lot I am grateful for in my experience in teaching here.
This review goes out to the GM, Meredith, she has an energy about her that’s kind of toxic and draining, in my opinion she would rather hear herself talk than truly listen to what you have to say. She’s quick to turn on you, easily speaks poorly of others behind their backs & smiles to their faces. This behavior of hers shined so bright when I found myself one morning unable to come to the studio because my father went missing, was found in the ER and I didn’t know if he was going to live or die that week. I was so caught up in my emergency I didn’t show up to work that morning to open the studio, the instructor that morning had to open it herself and turn the heat on herself. When Meredith found out I was in the ER with my dad and couldn’t make it to the studio, she tried making me feel guilty about it and showed no concern for any part of my situation. I asked to be taken off the schedule until further notice because of this emergency, I needed to spend this time with my father in what felt like his final hours. Her response was cold and disconnected, such a lack of empathy especially in a time of crisis, it was jaw dropping and hard for me to cope with while I felt like my father was slipping away so quickly. I needed support and understanding. She said “ we will take this as your notice, wish you the best”.
If losing my father will be the cause of losing my job than so be it. And this was coming from a yoga studio? It doesn’t seem right to me at all, not from anyone for that matter. So as much as I have love for some of the instructors there, I completely disagree with such poor management. For a corporate studio, there should be a better system in place for these situations.

What a great studio and instructor's that takes covid precautions seriously. They have a variety of classes for all levels of yogi's in a new and clean space. I met the owners and manager who are all so nice, knowledgeable and down to earth. They have a very good selection of yoga clothes and gear as well. I got a sweet deal on a membership!
