*** DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM. This particular gym is located next to our church in Boynton Beach on Congress Avenue. A bunch of us from a ladies group decided we would sign up.
It started with me letting them know I would like to have a few lessons with a trainer just to be familiar with machines. I asked for 4 sessions as I only wanted to be familiar with gym. I took only 2 lessons as I was unhappy with instructor. They placed me randomly with any trainer and she didnβt even do an assessment as to know what my goal were. My surprise came when I let manager Michael know I will not be needing the last 2 lessons; the surprise was him saying they signed me up for 6 months for $960. Michael said they sent an email in which I had 3 days to cancel. The problem is that there were no emails. I asked for proof it was sent and he said they don't save emails. Then I was told the person who signed me up no longer worked there. I did not want a bill collector, or anything to affect my credit so I felt I had no choice but to pay. I followed their policy of cancelling and that was another disappointment. When I cancelled the agreement on 6/17/25 and they should have charged me only 50% of the remainder as the contract says, but they charged me the full amount. When checking this past week 10/6/25 I talked with Elizabeth at front desk to be informed they had signed me up for yet another 6 months.
Today I spoke to another Manager, Josh, who said there was nothing he could do. He said there was no other person to talk to but Corporate and they donβt have a phone number, that I should write an email.
They just keep taking payments out. I have no choice but to file a complain in smalls claim court and allow them to produce proof of emails sent.
This has been a huge financial burden on me.
I would like to warn anyone doing business with this company needs to be careful, they are not a company with integrity or staff that are no more than a sales team collecting commissions.
I would recommend you go to a different gym. This has been a horrible experience

Love the gym. My only gripe is that they open so late. Really need to open at 4am Mon-Fri and at least 6am sat-sun. 8am on the weekends is crazy and there are people that have to be to work at 6am, so opening at 5am leaves little time to workout.

This is the worst gym I have ever used. YouFit as a whole is ridiculous, they will not allow me to cancel my membership even though I no longer work in that area. I have tried speaking to the manager and their ownership of their accounts with zero help. I will dispute all further charges with my credit card company. They act entitled to your account. If anything further comes of it I am going to take legal action.

Liz and Angelo at the front are two of my particular favorites and they always make me feel welcome! I signed up on June 9, 2024 for personal training sessions. From the get go managers and coaches have not been forth coming with information about what times and days I will be able to use personal training sessions. I have had issues using and keeping track of my sessions. I continually ask managers and coaches how many sessions I have to use but no one will give me an answer
I have had sessions expire but have had managers at my previous YouFit gym unfreezee them because it's the miscommunications of the the YouFit staff that is keeping me from using my sessions on time.
Tuesday April 29, 2025 I went in for a session and was abruptly told that all my session have been used. I believe that this is a false statement. I was never notified of how many sessions I had left or that they were running out. I WOULD LIKE TO BE REFUNDED FOR THE SESSIONS I DID NOT USE.

These people subscription and cancelation sucks. You have to let them know 10 days earlier about cancelation, which they fine print on the contract paper. They don't want to get responsible for payment, so they let it handle to shitty payment company ABC financials. Such a rip-off when canceling with an added fee of 10$ to your monthly fee.

I am trying to cancel my membership as I had some unexpected inconveniences come up to where I need all the extra money I can get. I was told Iβm not eligible to cancel right now. So I will be disputing it with my bank when the charge this month comes. Very disappointed. Because I loved this gym and had used many time before I rejoined again. Everyone was nice. But because they are making it hard to cancel now when I stated why I needed and was only told Iβm only eligible if I move or have a medical reason. I will not be rejoining ever again when I am able to and can afford.
Edit to add: I emailed customer care email that I did the last time I had to cancel. They told me I couldnβt unless I was moving, had a medical reason, or buy out. 12/06 I will be disputing the charge.

Bathroom could be cleaner, service was subpar, and they falsely advertise on their website if you go for the 28 dollar membership they falsely advertise that you get half off drinks but they stopped that over a year ago, and if you miss a payment thereβs and extra 23 dollar service charge on top of your membership plus a 9 dollar late fee, honestly pretty trash, plus cancellation is super difficult you have to call a 3rd party company for some reason

I've been a member at the Boynton Beach gym for 7 years, and I can tell you it's been my favorite gym, eveyone is very friendly, always clean, and it's a great place to workout. I take all the different classes they offer, and I have made close friendship with the instructors. I work until 6pm and I love they have keeped up with holding dance classes in the evening (7pm) for me to attend so I can stay in shape. And the memebership fee is amazing, for the numbers of years I have been coming to to YouFit, I still have a very low monthly fee, much lower than all other gyms out there.

This place is incredible, Iβm always able to get my work out in no matter the time or day. Everything from free weights to machines there always something open for you to use. Itβs always nice when you walk in to be greeted by amazing people, Psalms & Soja are incredible people and always make you feel welcomed! After having memberships at several other gyms (planet fitness, LA fitness & lifetime) Iβll never go to another gym. The whole staff makes you feel like this is YOUR gym! It has its goods and bads. This location is attached to the antiquated and half-empty Boynton Beach Mall. It's a wildcard driving into the plaza in the early morning or later at night because you never know if the street lights are on. If they're off, it feels very unsafe driving through the mall parking lot, and I certainly would never walk it. The gym opens at 5am, but it's not unusual to wait on the employee to show up. Sometimes, he's as late as 15-20 minutes. His reason? "I slept in, and I'm getting used to my new school schedule." A reason I can empathize with as a human, but as a customer, found irritating and inexcusable. Many of us chose this gym over others like the YMCA, specifically because it opens 30 minutes earlier, and we want the extra time before work. The facility itself is well stocked, clean, and offers a large array of strength and aerobic equipment. I especially love the turf area with the sled equipment and the huge ab machine section. It also should be mentioned that they offer a wide selection of membership options and often have sign up specials that wave the sign up fee - all very helpful for someone on a budget.

It is conveniently located behind the Boynton Beach mall right off Congress Avenue. Iβm paying $10 per month, for that plan I can bring one guest but can only use that one location. I believe there is also an annual fee of about $50, but even so itβs a good deal.
They have the full range of workout equipment including free weights. Itβs never really crowded, I usually use the treadmill and Iβve never had to wait for the equipment.
Their website and mobile app is subpar, both are very confusing to use, after I signed up I actually got an email saying β we are sorry to see you goβ, not sure what that was about. But the good thing is you donβt have to use either once youβve signed up.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, making it a fun place to go.

Make sure if you close your account with Youfit emails you a copy right away not less than 3 three days. Youfit waits exactly a month before emailing me a copy when I was told that I would receive it within 2 days I did not and did not pay attention. So Youfit charged me for the month I closed the account the next month then the month after. So, I got charged for 3 months after account closing. I was surprised on the third month I was charged by Youfit. SHAME ON YOU YOUFIT!!!

Really have nothing but great things to say about this gym! It's always clean, the equipment is in excellent condition, the hours are great and it's a great, diverse group of people working out there of all skill levels, ages, shapes and sizes.
I would say this gym is probably a good fit for most people. The only exception may be if you're into doing really heavy powerlifting and deadlifts, where you're dropping weight on the floor and fighting for your life haha.

Finally found Great Place to work out at. I had tried a few other Gyms since 24hour Fitness closed and was still unhappy. The other gyms in the area were either too over crowded or just did not meet my needs. This place is alway's clean and even at prime hours. You can still get in and get a good workout in without having to modify your program too much as well during those prime hours. I'm more of a weight person, so I can't comment on the classes, but I love that I have finally found a place were it's not too crowded. It like Boynton's hiddgen litte gem of a gym. They may not currently have all the newest equipment, as of yet, but, what they do have that outweighs all that. The Cleanliness, fantastice atmosphere whith real down to earth people. The peopel there really work out and don't just take up the equipment idly. The staff is super kind, friendly and interactive . Also, in regards to GYM trainers, I always stay far away, because they are scary, dangerous and stick with basic cooking cutter program given by the gym, but it has been my observation that thier trainers program the clients worksout according to the clients needs. They also, don't have thier clients doing unsafe exercises, so that is actually a plus for this place. I would deffinately recoment a gym/weight newby to this place over any other Gym in Boynto, Oh and STAY FAR, FAR away form the LA Fitness ones. Thoes one I had to cringe, alose my eye and prented I did not see that.

The staff here is absolutely amazing , super sweet and supportive . My trainer Yves is very educated in coming up with a plan specifically tailored to what I was looking for. Anthony and Alex at the front desk are so professional , funny and make coming into the gym worth wild . I especially appreciate the fact that the hours have been extended so they open earlier and later

Michael the manager is absolutely the best manager of all the Youfits in the area! He is so sweet and attentive. Always pays attention to my actual needs instead of just brushing me off because Iβm a beginner. I started working out with Yve who is a personal trainer in November of 2021. I wasnβt able to squat on the machines or squat much at all for that matter. But, month after month, with Yveβs guidance, I now am able to do more than just squats! And my endurance is through the rough. Thank you so much to Youfit in Boynton. YOU ALL ROCK!!!!!

Absolutely love this Youfit gym. It's located in Boynton Beach. I've been coming for several months now. It's never too crowded and has everything you need to get a great workout. The manager, staff and trainers are super friendly. I also have to mention that the gym is exceptionally clean as well. Their cleaning staff is always waking around making sure the equipment is germ free. 5 out 5 stars!

First thought is entirely too many arc trainer machines. I never see anyone on them and they line the entire gym. They need probably half as many and need to use the space for power racks like in other youfits I've been to. Also the circuit area seems like a waste of space. But as a whole it is a great price for what's included. Also the paint color makes the gym feel smaller than it is. Also the gym is very clean.
