I want to start off by saying that I personally had no problems working out here for the first few months, the real problem was when it came to cancelling my membership, One of the many greedy things they do to you is lie to you, When I got my membership I don’t remember signing ANY contract saying that you can’t cancel your membership before a year, this is ridiculous and beyond shameless on their part , The staff there are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional they disrespect you in front of your face, when I tried going in person they disrespected me and switched languages and laughed at me in front of my face thinking i wouldn’t understand, this place is beyond Unprofessional and Disgusting, I do not recommend if you think on going on a short term improvement journey, At this point find a better gym worth your money and free from stress…

I wish they would make a rule for people to put the weights back after using the machines . They barely have any mats and what they have is falling apart. This YouFit location is family-oriented, judgment-free, and has ample space for free-weight exercises. During peak hours in the late afternoon, you can still maneuver around to perform your training activities. Adrian does a great job greeting members as they enter and leave the facility.

The manager, Ambar, does a fantastic job in overseeing the facility. She provides excellent verbal/nonverbal communication skills to address members' concerns and takes the initiative to maintain a clean facility for members. The best manager from my experience as a member for several years and training at multiple YouFit locations across Palm Beach County and Miami-Dade County.

I joined when the gym opened and cancelled my membership when I moved then moved back two years later. I signed back up when my work started covering my membership at the Lake Worth and Jog location. I prefer getting in and out of this location. My only complaint is the A/C seems like it has not been working lately. I could tell a difference when I went back to the Lake Worth and Jog location yesterday. Their A/C was ice cold.

The A/C still seems like it is not working well. I like that this location is less busy, but the A/C needs to be addressed.

I Been having issues with my account since the beginning of me starting there. But thank god for Michel. The gym is poorly maintained. Nobody is required to use a towel. Most people fail to rack their weights. There are almost no clamps for straight bars. Numerous pieces of equipment have cracked and damaged pads. A considerable portion of the floor is wasted open space. There are not enough plates to use all the stations when busy. The music is entirely spanish or rap which features obscene language. The AC is broken or barely operational for considerable portions of time.

Gym used to be better. They have some guy who became a manager who thinks he’s robocop. He goes around patrolling while people are working out. Harrasing people about putting weights back lol. Most of the staff don’t even workout and complain about doing the easiest tasks in the gym. This same guy was even making people give something of value to use the squat pad. This specific youfit was never the best but now it’s just declining.

I started going here in January and haven't left since! I enjoy coming here after work every day of the week to work out. It's close to my house and affordable for anyone wanting to start a gym membership. The staff are very nice and outgoing as well. There have been multiple occasions where I will need a spot or have some questions toward specific workouts, and they will go out of their way to be the one to help. Compared to other gyms, this gym is pretty clean and not too busy so I can always find a workout to do. Cyril is an awesome employee in specific who helps me out constantly while I'm there. I don't see why there could be any bad reviews or opinions on this gym considering it has been an amazing experience here the last 5 months. Since this gym is a bit smaller, the same familiar faces are there and this tends to create a small community of friends/people to talk to while working out as well. Highly recommended gym!

Edit: I told my situation to three different people, on three different days, and nobody could figure this out. So the company's advice is to ... initiate yet another conversation with a fourth person. I shouldn't be having to do any work. I really don't want a membership that bad. Original: I'm a Planet Fitness member. I was trying to join YouFit because my employer pays for the cost of a membership there but not PF. I walked in, explained the situation face-to-face, and provided documentation along with my personal info. I was told a manager would call me later that day. Three days later, after not hearing back, I called back and I was told a manager would call me in one hour. Three hours later I received a call from a manager, explained my situation for a third time, and was told he would look into it and get back to me the following day. It's been almost a week and I haven't heard anything from them. I feel like I've gone out of my way to sort this out and nobody in the club cares.

I'm trying to bring them actual business, and that leads to free word-of-mouth advertising. I don't understand why a business owner / manager would decline that. If that's how they take care of their members, I'd rather continue to pay for my Planet Fitness membership.

It is a good place, but not the best. In my opinion, it’s really tiny. It’s always very full, no matter the time or the day, and you always have to wait to use certain machines. Another problem is that they have few quantities of the most important machines that everybody needs in their trainings. They only have two smith machines and one barbell to squat, and also only two barbells to do bench press. There is also a kind of smith machine, but nobody uses because it’s really hard to use and it’s uncomfortable. But generally, they keep adding more machines and they keep really clean the restrooms, which is appreciable.

Pretty decent location. It can be pretty quiet and empty if you come at just the right time. My only complaint is the other members that visit this location don't make an effort to re-rack the weights and equipment when they're done using them. The staff don't seem to be making an effort to keep the workout areas clean either if the equipment seem to go hours without being touched or moved from the many times I've come here and seen the same thing over and over again. I shouldn't have to pay for a gym membership to come here and pick up after other grown men and women.
