Jose is the best trainer, he is patient, goes above and beyond, extremely kind to me on a daily basis. He is mannerable, well spoken and treats all clients with respect.
He motivates me to wake up early and attend the gym daily even when I don't feel like it.

Despite living farther out now, this location will always be my home gym. Angie, Trenton, and Shannon (GM) are absolutely awesome — professional, welcoming, and always creating good vibes. Their energy and dedication make all the difference.

As an HR Director, my work weeks can be intense, but walking into this gym feels like a reset. It's my home away from home — the place I go to decompress, recharge, and refocus.

The gym is consistently clean and spacious, and I appreciate how quickly any concerns are addressed. The team clearly cares, and it shows. They're also always upgrading equipment and making improvements, which speaks volumes about their commitment to the member experience.

I travel often and visit gyms all over, but none compare. This one will always be my gym.

This was my first visit to the gym, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The gym opened later than scheduled, and as I entered, I noticed an unpleasant odor near the front entrance. The inside felt hot and humid, which made the workout environment uncomfortable. Some machines were out of order, and the overall cleanliness seemed neglected. It felt like proper maintenance hadn’t been prioritized.

This gym is by far the dirtiest gym I have ever been a member of. Dusty nasty dirty. I completely stopped going after I purchased an electrolyte drink and got sick from it. The drink was rancid and expired. The bathroom stalls have all been unavailable since I signed up at the gym , there is foul smell emiting in the air. The gym boasts nothing but Broken, smelly and Unbalanced machines. I cut my finger on the first machine I sat down. Management is no better. They provide The worse customer service ever. They do not appreciate their members . A gym that promises to provide a healthy environment for people to come and be healthy is actually a health hazard getting people sick from breathing broken toilet bacteria air. This is not right. Just close your doors. I wished I read the other reviews before going there. Despicable.

THE WORST GYM EVER! How can I cancel and you’re still withdrawing money from my account. First of all, I cancelled because the equipments were not sanitary. I don’t want to go to the gym perfectly fine and then leave sick. Now I paid for cancellation and these people are still withdrawing money from my account. The manager claims she did not read the contract correctly. These people are unprofessional and I will never recommend anyone to sign up. A gym membership should never be this difficult to cancel. I gave 3 stars because my rating is for my initial visit with a staff member and not the gym itself. I came in and ask for a quick tour to decide if I wanted to join. Upon that tour I noticed that the gym didn’t have as much equipments as other gyms that I had been to, but the biggest disappointment was the pressure that was put upon me to join. The lady asked me too far many questions about my diet and what my goals were and then she scheduled me for an assessment test without even asking me first, which was for the following day in which I had another appointment already and I did address her about that. She even tried to talk me into a plan that was more than what my Silver Sneakers program pays for. All I wanted was a quick tour without any pressure. I was relieved to finally walk out and will not be joining this gym. I made my decision based on the pressure tactic and lack of equipment.

Was contacted by you fit and was offered a discount on a past due bill that they already sent out too a law office for collections. Even though they kept taking money from my credit card during the pandemic I agreed to pay the past due balance and resign a new contract. Three days later the law office sent a repot to the credit union that I hadn't paid and dropped my 780 score down to 650!! Apparently no one from youfit contacted the law office to let them know I was all paid up. There is no way to contact corporate by phone and no one in the local gym can either. A few months later I had to replace the card that they charge my fees on and didn't realize they weren't getting paid and got canceled and charged $200. I never received a phone call or an email from youfit, just one from the same law office. I just had to pay it and take the loss and avoid the stress.

I've been to multiple gyms in many different states and I must say that this location is great . I had the pleasure of speaking with Shannon over the phone , as well as in person and she provided me with class A1 customer service. She explained the different work stations and areas within the gym as well as offering me a free session with a personal trainer. Pretty good gym, friendly staff and clean bathrooms. The only problem is that there only exists two flat bench press machines. I like to do a quick 45 min workout and go, but the bench’s at this gym are always taken and for very long periods of time. My rating is completely based on the facilities of the gym. I have been to other Youfit gyms but moved to the area last month and this one is literally 4 mins away from me. The layout of the gym is completely open meaning that if you are in one area of the gym anyone can see you, there is no stretching area so if you want a private area to stretch or do any sort of workout with no eyes on you there’s really no where to do it, which sucks especially for first time in the gym folks. Machines are outdated and everything is clustered around. But biggest thing is no sense of privacy. If you’re in one section of the gym everyone can see you. Yes it a gym, but those who have been here know what I’m talking about. Front desk is nice, but not very friendly or talkative like other Youfit front desk staff I’ve met. Honestly going to start driving the 25 mins to the one on university dr. again :/

They basically have everything I need for my strength training. I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 because the one thing that I, and a few of the trainees that I mentor, would like are round 45lb plates rather than the octagonal ones at the location I attend. However, this does not deter me from achieving my strength goals.

We now have round bumper plates and a deadlift platform. Upgraded to 5 stars.

I just moved to to the Lauderdale Lakes area. This is by far the most raggedy YouFit gym
I’ve been to. They need to shut it down and do a complete remodel of this gym. The equipments are old the bathroom stalls are nearly falling off. 80% of the treadmills do not work.
If you’ve ever been to the Dania pointe YouFit gym you will see a HUGE difference.
The only good thing about this gym is that it is .5 miles away from other than that I’m highly considering canceling my membership.
As I’m reading the reviews the owners know this gym is raggedy and yet still not have nothing about it. SMH

Due to the normal location I go to being closed yet again, I've been using other locations in the area. Once was enough. Small and crammed. Locker room pitch black well before closing time. Parking lot has the same with no lights working at all in front of Youfit. Safety issue. Like most Youfits good luck finding a Treadmill that actually offers full functionality and works as intended. Youfit just keeps going downhill.

Gym off State road 441 very dirty on Sunday 7.17.2022. No one at desk so just walked in. Someone in office- looks like texting. Laundry door open see mops, etc and not eye pleasing. Need to find everything from equipment pins to paper towels bin empty. Gym smells musky. Need fragrance spray.

Today was my 1st time here after experiencing an issue at my local Youfit (replaced their perfectly fine working benches with super tall ones that do not accommodate hip thrusts for girls my height) anyways it was beautiful and clean gym BUT they TOO replaced their perfectly fine benches!!
