I’ve been a member of YouFit for nearly a decade now, and honestly, it’s been one letdown after another. Free weights racks are missing essential plates, and the resistance machines feel like they haven’t been serviced in months. Despite reporting these issues multiple times, nothing ever gets fixed, and it’s clear there’s no real maintenance schedule.

The one bright spot are the people—shout-out to Michael and Dorian, who are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about members’ success. The facility itself is surprisingly clean, with spotless floors and regularly stocked cleaning supplies, which makes the broken machines even more frustrating.

What’s most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. All customer-service inquiries are routed to ABC Fitness in Arkansas, and you’ll be lucky to get a knowledgeable response—good luck getting anyone to follow up or take responsibility locally. Until YouFit invests in proper equipment upkeep and takes ownership of member concerns, I can’t recommend this gym.

I went to this gym today, and I had a sudden fainting fit. It seems my sugar was low. Was completely mesmerized by the manager and clerk's attention and humanity. Es una estafa lo de estos gym cuando fui a hacer el contrato pedí que fuera mes a mes y supuestamente así quedo cuando fui a salirme pague una cancelación online y después me llegan mensajes de abc solution que si no Pago las cuotas atrasadas voy a collection así que resulta que el contrato se me había hecho por un año sin yo saberlo y ahora estoy intentando hacer la cancelación aunque tenga que pagar lo que me cobran por eso y me dicen que no es posible pq para poder cancelar tengo que tener un problema médico o haberme mudado y tengo que enviarles todas esas pruebas. The poor trainers and front desk staff at Youfit are currently being terrorized by a miserable GM named Katia who is a bully and does not know what she is doing. This inexperienced and deeply bitter person is extremely rude to her own staff.

She does not even look at the screen when signing guests into the gym and did not realize during ANY of my daily gym sign ins, meetings with my Personal Trainer or the Fitness Manager, that I had a 3 month old billing issue with my membership's autopay. I've been a member of this location for almost a decade and received no notice whatsoever that there was ever any issue. Instead of being professional or even a mature adult, Katia accused me of "getting away with it" for 3 months of a "free membership" when in reality, she is just really bad at her job.

She was embarrassingly inappropriate and threatened to kick me out of the gym when I requested paperwork, billing statements, and more information on how my (more expensive) Personal Training sessions were getting successfully charged on the SAME credit card on file while the (less expensive) $20/monthly fee for my membership was having issues.

Thank you to the front desk staff who tried to help me out and answer my questions before she so rudely told them to shut up and stop talking. I definitely wanted to get to the bottom of the issue and figure out how this went totally undetected for MONTHS and nobody told me in any of my daily visits to the gym where I get scanned in by my account every single time.

Katia is better suited being taken to behavioral management therapy. She has an absolutely horrific attitude and simply cannot run a gym in a way in which anyone would have a good workout or enjoy working as her employee. This little girl has poor people skills, zero leadership ability, bad energy and an unnecessary bitter attitude. People come to the gym to have a good workout. Do better and put better people in charge.

The locker room and baths are very clean thanks to Olivia who does a fantastic job. I also want to give out a shout out to Patrick One of the trainers and staff, who is very knowledgeable and helpful plus has a good sense of humor both of these employees are five star. My reason for three star review is that whenever there is an issue with any of the equipment it seems to take an extraordinarily long time for it to get fixed. This is one of the smaller Youfit‘s so the amount of machines is limited,obviously if one or more are in non-working condition it creates issues.
