Local gym when you ask about your existing membership they will give you a card with a number to call which I believe overseas center
Too many restrictions on the membership and they have your bank account will charge you no matter what and if you request to cancel the membership they will not cancel unless you make the payment of whatever amount they requested and they will threaten you of collection.

The guys that work here are very nice, and polite, and professional! The place is very clean and well maintained. I found this place at the recommendation of one of my former Bjj coaches. The gym's personal trainers have all been good to me. Most recently, Camden K. was an amazing trainer who helped me learn the right lifting technique, well versed in exercise science, who also lead a great stretch and recovery small group on Friday night (I've done yoga a lot in the past, and still learned better stretches). The gym itself is nice because whenever I go, either right after work around 430 to 630 during the week , during the weekend, etc, it's never so packed that I can't train well. For me, it's a much better environment than EoS /crunch/etc. I'd recommend this gym to mostly anyone.

I have a gym membership at a 24 hour gym locally and Gympass through my employer, which grants access to multiple gyms across the area. This is one of them. I often frequent this location because it is within walking distance to my home and is often empty at certain hours allowing for a stress free session. Unfortunately, this may be coming to an end as the new front desk manager with the glasses completely ruined my experience. When leaving the gym recently, I believed he was genuine in asking how my workout was but instead this lead to the most disheartening experience I've ever had in a gym. He stated I wasn't showing as a member and could have my account restricted. I've been coming here for months, scanning the code as the Gympass app instructs you to do, without issue from any other employee. He begins telling me I'm not showing in the system, I need to register, he doesn't know who I am blah blah. I try to explain simply that I was confused by this but willing to resolve the issue same day instead of my next time in the gym to avoid delays. I offer to get my ID if needed and do whatever he was needed. He begins telling me he was hired to audit these kinds of things, the previous employees weren't doing their job, I'm not following proper procedure with Gympass blah blah blah. I explained Gympass doesn't inform of us anything other than scanning the barcode on arrival and I wasn't aware of any other procedure but also pointed out previous employee misses weren't my issue as the gym goer. Instead of moving forward to resolve the issue, he continues on his rant which frustrated me to no end. Accusing me of giving staff and Gympass (who you can only access through your VERIFIED EMPLOYER) a wrong birthday or phone number so I can defraud a GYM OF ALL PLACES is laughable at best and insulting at worst. Extremely unprofessional behavior that's unbecoming of a manager. All that needed to be done was explain to stop using the Gympass app to check in and ask for ID so they could update whatever necessary and we both could have went on with our evenings. When I asked for the general manager and their availability, he made sure to tell me he restricted my account in a sarcastic tone to emphasize his power trip. During this interaction, another member mentioned she accidentally threw her keys in the garbage and asked for help, if they had gloves or anything so she could retrieve it. He tells her he's not maintenance and doesn't do that nor have access to gloves so she should just reach her hand in there. LOL! So managers can't access the closet with cleaning supplies (lI've seen open multiple times during staffed hours) that likely have gloves? This guy needs to undergo some serious training and perhaps work in an industry that doesn't deal with customers face to face. I called the next day to speak to the GM who promised to call me back about the situation and 2 days later, I've yet to hear back. I will be taking my complaint to corporate. I like the gym but customer service training is needed here.

I had a membership to this gym for over a year. Here’s my experience.

Personal training: I immediately signed up for personal training which was reasonably priced compared to other gyms. The issue is I had 4 personal trainers in the year that I was there, which was frustrating having to start over every time. I had two trainers that were mediocre and two trainers that were great. Unfortunately, the great ones quickly left for better opportunities.

Gym equipment: The equipment is very limited if you compare it to other gyms. However, they have everything you need to get a basic workout in. This is the PERFECT gym for beginners and the older folks. It’s not intimidating, it’s hardly ever packed, it’s quiet, and the people there are friendly.

From my experience, the gym was pretty clean and there weren’t many occurrences of broken down equipment. If you’re just getting started in the gym, this place is great. If you're more experienced and looking for advanced equipment, I’d look elsewhere.

I joined this gym when I moved to the Winter Park area last year. The gym is conveniently located, friendly knowledgeable staff, machine options always available. The place has made incredible progress since new management took over in the last three months. The cleanliness and organization this gym now has is something to truly recognize, the new cleaning lady has done an outstanding job. Something that should be recognized since the previous staff and management had neglected the gym.
I highly recommend the gym to anyone looking to join I am very happy with my membership and the great Team and management at YouFit Winter Pak.

The price for the membership is high for the limited (and often malfunctioning equipment). However, this I will not consider as a negative since everyone can look at what is offered before he/she signs up.

The problem with YouFit is the deceiving practices. I signed an 1-year contract under false premises. When I discovered the lies, the ex-manager lied more. He gave me an email address so I contact the area manager but he never responded to any of my messages. He did not even acknowledge even a single one of them. In any case, I kept the account to honor the contract. However, after the year passed, they renewed the contract on their own without any warning. I called customer service but they do not care at all. They just tell you that you have to pay. (Incidentally, as you try to call, often you enter in a perpetual cycle and you have to hang up and try again and again.)

Unfortunately, at the time I signed, I did not know that YouFit has numerous complaints against it for financial malpractices and BB has awarded it a D- rating (at the time of this review). It is obviously my mistake for not having looked at BBB's page first.

Please do not make the same mistake I made. Avoid YouFit Gyms at any cost. It is already a proven case. Although it is not clear how happy you will be elsewhere, at least there is a chance that it will be better.

as im reading the reviews everyone had the same issue as me and my mother we wanted to do the gym together so we did the premium but the guy said theres two one with a commitment of 12 months which we didn’t want to commit we wanted to be able to cancel at anytime which we asked he said yess when we went back to try to cancel and try to change it for the cheaper one since i was the only one going they said is not possible cuz we have a commitment of 12 months they straight out LIED on top of it the general manager patrick tried ignoring me but when my mom went he had no choice but to speak to her which he was no help he told her it would go to collections

fyi: before we decided to cancel and change the plan we did 5 training session for $120 when those 5 sessions were done they sat us down gave us a very disrespectful speech that made me and my mom uncomfortable they tried so hard to get me and my mom to do more training sessions on the spot this time with a contract and expensive price they also told her if she needed to call her husband to convince him they would give her the office when my mother asked him if he just said convince he tried lying so I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seems like a lot of others had the same experience trying to cancel their membership as me. I was told I had to wait for it to expire or buy out the entire year of my membership… A month after my expiration date I was rebuilt at that time I was told that I had to send an email… And sending an email I was told that I would be billed another month plus a renewal fee. There was no one to call no one that would answer my emails… Basically I paid for two years of membership for a gym that I went to for 3 months. The reason I quit going was because it was more of a rave scene than a workout gym. Kids posing with boxing gear, on the treadmills and stairmasters with other kids with cameras recording them. Techno music blaring and staff unwilling to do anything about it. THE WORST GYM I HAVE EVER ATTENDED. I joined ESPORTA while still paying for my youfit membership and have been pleased with the customer service, the cleanliness of the facility, and the overall attitude of staff. Youfit is a complete rip off and scam In that, if there are problems with the Jim, you are completely powerless to do anything regarding your membership, or did a straight answer on how to cancel your membership… The only people that I was able to talk to was a call center somewhere in Indonesia

So I have been attending YouFit for 4 years and I can say that I am very happy with my experience! Patrick the manager is so awesome! He is able to answer any and all questions you have. I’m not just a number here I’m actually known by name and that’s amazing. Patrick and his team are so supportive! They really want to see me succeed in my health journey. I’m so happy that Patrick is the manager cause he really cares!

The fitness manager David also really cares about the clients and really helps with any questions you have. He really hires trainers that are attentive and caring.

I would give this a gym a 10/10. You won’t regret getting a membership here.

The staff is polite, the gym is bare bones but has a little of everything, and it’s never too crowded. That being said, when I joined I asked for a basic membership for $10/mo but was told that wasn’t an option. The lowest membership they had was (what I learned later) a premium plan for $25/mo plus an annual fee. I signed and asked my friends and looked online to confirm there is a basic plan for $10/mo with an annual fee. I requested to have my contract changed and was told that it would be changed after my annual fee had processed. I waited and came back when they advised to, and was told my plan was changed. It was not. I asked if there was an issue, and they told me that it wasn’t possible to change a plan. I was on the phone and emailing their third party and corporate numbers for 5 hours. I’m stuck in this plan for a year, or I have to pay it all anyway.

All I wanted was to be in a plan that I was told I was in, and enjoy the gym. The corporate response has been nothing but appalling, and their customer service is the absolute worst.

Be cautious before signing anything, and make sure this gym has what you want before making the commitment. I hate leaving a bad review, but I feel pretty duped.

I was a member of this gym and I had a medical procedure scheduled which prevents me from going to the gym. Since this is my third procedure I haven't used the facilities in months. As I tried to cancel my membership they still billed me for additional months.
This gym is only interested in getting money from members, and not keeping them. I'm so disgusted with this business I would tell anyone wanting to join a gym DON'T go here!!! I wish I could give 0 stars 🤔. AGAIN DON'T JOIN this GYM!!!!!!

The only ghetto gym that people can workout in flip flops and crocs (so unsafe).
The staff can move the equipment wherever they want, talk for hours with co-workers while sitting on the machines, and use plates of weights but do not put them back where they belong to when they finish.

Nothing against the gym was going for two years and it's nice, but this new company makes it extremely difficult to quit your membership. I couldn't quit over the phone, online, or thru the app. The ONLY way is to go in person. The company (not the employees) has no sympathy either if you're not able to, like if you moved away for example. On top of that inconvenience, they still make you pay the following month and a cancelation fee. I will never join this gym again in the future simply for their policies. The gym itself is wonderful.

Been going here on and off for two years. The gym is pretty clean. They just recently updated some old equipment with new machines. Hack squat machine is a great addition. It's reasonably priced, I take my 13 year old as well on occasion.

Never had any issues with rude gym members. Have seen the same people consistently over the past two years and they are pretty wholesome.

Overall one of the better gyms I've been too. I prefer this one over the one on alafaya because it doesn't get the UCF crowd as much so more free space.

My disabled daughter joined YouFit and her personal trainer is Jaden. He is very good with her, very patient, and he has selected exercises for her that she can do with her condition. Current manager does not get back to you if there are issues with membership. Previous manager just made excuses saying her wasn't able to do anything about billing. I am 52 years old and this is the first time I feel like I was scammed. I joined the gym and at their reccomendation hired one of their trainers. 3 out of my first 4 sessions were rescheduled or cancelled. I got up early for the training session several times and my trainer was not there. I let managment know the situation and told them I did not want any training. They said they were sorry for what happend and would credit my account. 8 months later, no credit, in fact they billed me for more sessions a month later. Do not give them your banking info! Over $400 has been taken without permission or and service rendered!

This youfit is amazing. Every single time i check in I am greeted and the entire staff is extremely professional. I was signed up by Mark who was very helpful. The facility itself is spacious, clean, and has the proper equipment one would expect for a great workout (they opened up a space in the middle for i what I assume would be HIIT training and they just got some CrossFit looking squat cages). Very happy and would recommend.
P.s. it’s never been super crowded when I’ve come at 6am and around 4-5pm unlike Crunch which seems like they’re over captivity all the time.

It gets the job done for what it has. The facility doesn’t have a basketball court, racquetball court, sauna and massage area like some of the big name gyms but there enough weights/equipment for your intermediate gym goers. Staff is friendly and helpful

My issue is similar to several others. The gym itself is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and typically professional. That is, UNLESS you have an issue with their billing. At that point they act as if you are the first person that ever had this issue. My daughter worked out here for 2 years while in school. She moved for her first job and cancelled to join a new gym in Michigan. 3 months after her written cancellation, my card was billed for personal training sessions. The manager always promises to resolve the issue. It appears they use a third party billing company. I would not recommend joining this gym unless they offer a month to month plan.

Do not give this company your credit card information. Ever! Six months, three different managers, everyone saying they will give it the attention it needs. I have been ripped off for over $200 and they refuse to reimburse me. Do not believe anything they tell you on the phone, the billing is just plain fraud.

This gym was clean and the equipment was all in good condition. The time I went was not crowded so you could use any machine. They still provide cleaner for the equipment which is nice. All in all it was a great day to work out.

I have been trying to get a REFUND FOR 4 MONTHS. I moved to NC in November 2021. They processed my cancellation 12/13/2021. I was billed for 8 sessions of personal training in February. I was not even in the state of Florida!

As for a man trying to lose weight and be healthy, I would have to say the YouFit is without a doubt the best gym I've been to. The gym is always clean, the workers are nice and respectful, and the trainers will help you with your goal to the best of there ability and they will teach you things along the way. If you are trying to look for a gym that is clean, respectful, and judge-free, I highly recommend this YouFit.

I’ve been going to youfit for about two months now and have been training with Jayden. I’ve seen a lot of improvements in my endurance and strength since I started. I believe I’ll be able to reach my personal fitness goal with Jayden’s help! He’s not only been a great trainer but someone to chat with while getting an excellent workout in. I get a good cardio workout. My personal trainer works with my limitations and still gives me a good workout. The equipment is up to date, in excellent condition and facility is well maintained and clean. They always have nice music and TVs to look at while working out. I get a good resistance training on the equipment and options to lift weights too. This is the nicest gym I have been to.

I typically go as soon as they open during the week and I’ve never had a problem with the early
Morning employees. They’re very friendly. It’s a good gym with enough equipment for weight training and they play good music. Although, I do have a slight complaint. When places started opening back up after lockdown last year, I had a not so good encounter with a woman at the front desk who said I couldn’t work out without a towel. Which okay, I understood it was just nasty attitude about it I didn’t like. So, I left and went to crunch (I have a membership there too) Haven’t seen her since so that’s good 😊.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. The management team is USELESS. you guys have wasted my time, energy, and literally my last drop of patience. Your company should be ASHAMED of the managers/directors running your Winter Park gym. No one is ever there, The managers are never in and they ALL tell you lies and different things. If you are looking for a great gym, and some personal training, I would highly recommend Youfit, University Blvd, Winter Park, FL! It is a great place to workout, with lots of equipment, and trainers, at your disposal. Brandon heads up the gym, and works hard to make sure you are happy. I am working out with personal trainer, Angel, and couldn’t be happier! He listens, and plans a workout that fits my needs, and physical abilities! Looking forward to a long, healthy, relationship with Youfit!!
