Tried to cancel something that I pay monthly for. But, I have to go in person, I have to give a reason, I have to sign a paper, it has to be a 10 day notice for them and a $10 fee to cancel something I already pay for monthly . Blows my mind that you have to PAY THEM to cancel.

When Youfit first opened, their staff made sure that they frequently sprayed wiped down the machines. Most of the treadmills had sound and tv access. Now? Every time I go there, I get sick in a few days, even though I wipe the machines down thoroughly. Also, you’d be lucky to find a fully functioning treadmill. I’m considering ending my subscription with them. That place is nasty!

The trainers I have worked with (Josh and Kyle) are amazing! Very knowledgeable. They push you and motivate you without the nasty drill sergeant attitude. The entire staff is very welcoming and other members are just as supportive. I have always been very uncomfortable and insecure working out around the real fit gym heads but even they are helpful, encouraging and friendly! I am glad I switched gyms because the YouFit folks at West Brandon keep me committed and coming back!

Youfit West Brandon was a great gym when I first joined. Plenty of good reviews from people, but I must assume that a lot of these people don’t work out first thing in the morning. I understand things happen, but this morning has been the 4th or 5th time within the past few months I’ve gotten up at 4:30AM to get to the gym for 5 only to sit in front of the gym for over 20-30 mins (and end up going to another location or just having to go back home) because they haven’t opened on time. Number posted on window says to call if they aren’t open on time-goes to another location that says they’ll try and call someone (don’t see how this helps). Apparently the company is aware of this location’s issue because when the other location was called today the person said “Wow I thought they got that problem figured out”. What’s even worse is that in order to cancel my membership I have to pay next months fee (because I’m within 10 days of my next charge-ok that’s fine) AND a $10 cancellation fee. Don’t see how this is fair, especially because I’m cancelling due to the staff’s lack of consistency. I’ll gladly pay a little more for consistency somewhere else.

Other than miriam and majority of the staff are fine but the manager Josh and his operations manager mark are corrupt, they charged for something i canceled 2 months ago, they said theyll take full responsibility but dont know the meaning as they made me overdraw my account and they are doing nothing to rectify the situation, couple months free, free something, free training, at least waving the damn cancellation free for membership because after the shiii storm they made me deal with I canceled on the spot, Josh didnt even talk to me when I called them I had to drive to talk to him because he was too busy to talk me on the phone but when I got there he was instantly available, f them, do nothing garbage managers, I hate especially mark who just gave me attitude the entire time when I got there and he couldn't talk to me on the phone must be nice when you got title that does amount to nothing ..

Fyi miriam is great trainer and staff is overall nice sorry if I gave them attitude but them two are pompous A-holes need to be fired and if they use the word responsiblity it doesnt mean shiii they must have read somewhere saying if you make a mistake you just say responsibility and everybody forgives you..

Friendly staff and good training environment, but if you rely on a hot shower to start your day or finish it up, avoid this gym. About 50% of showers are cold and some weeks they’re all cold. I’ve brought the issue to management’s attention on multiple occasions over the course of a year, and finally had enough and decided to switch gyms.

Very very clean. I've read other reviews stating that the equipment is old and not maintained, this is completely false! Occasionally, a machine may be down for a couple days, but I'm always seeing a repair man fixing and adjusting. However, on the negative side...The TV was switched to a different company, there are less channels, and it seems that at least one of the big TVs is not receiving a feed. The TV provider logo just floats around the screen advertising their name, the TV service provider should be embarrassed that it's not receiving a signal.

I enrolled the personal training programs. There too many hidden fees once I checked my bank statement different from what they said in actually on the day of enrollment on cross check.They said that your corporate rule. I feel very less transparency on the what saying on enrollment of personal training. They never mention that you miss on session. It can’t be transfer to next week. When I enquirer about personal training they said when you take personal training they will take off the annual charges. I cross checked charge of my account he saying that the day you will enquirer Same day You need to enroll.They never mentioned about that.They way off billing policy are too goofy. Just be careful about the billing thing anything we ask they will say you signed the contract.

I like the vibe of the gym. The employees are pretty friendly, and the equipment and gym remain clean throughout the day, even at peak hours. I like that most people wipe off their machines. Also, I thoroughly enjoy their Zumba classes and the instructors.

However, I am giving this location 2 stars, because I am a new member ( I joined 12/6/17). A month later on 1/6/18 I noticed no gym fee came out of my checking account. I figured it was just late to process. About a week ago, someone at the front desk says that my checking account number was put in wrong in the system and that I had to give them it again so my payment could process. Initially the guy that I spoke with said he was going to waive the $10 late fee since it appeared like my payment was late, even though it was an employee's fault who entered my account number wrong.

Today, I check my account and see that instead of $21 and some change, they took out over $30. I called and told them that they needed to remove these late fees as promised. They refused to give me a refund for this month. Instead, they offered that they would take $10 from next month's balance. Ummmm...... if you snatched those fees from my account like a thief in the night then you can immediately give me a refund to right your wrongs, and that did not happen.

As a new member, I am now looking at this gym with side eyes. I was going to give them a nice 4-star review. However, they had the nerve to charge me late fees for an employee's mistake and then refuse to give me an immediate refund. This is a horrible first impression and just a terrible way to welcome a new eager member ready to take back their life.

I like this place I worked out here a couple times before I injured myself and could no longer do so. The best part was that I have the higher gym membership and I called when I injured myself to see if I can get the $10 a month gym membership just for a couple months while I couldn't use it. A very nice guy put me on hold briefly to check with his manager and came back and told me he was going to waive my gym fees for a few months it has been really great to not have to pay them since I can't use them. I will be returning once I am back on my feet.

You CLUB guys don't even deserve 1 star.
People - If YOU really look for some genuine trainers/management, please do not visit this CLUB. Rommel, the store manager is absolute liar and the training director Justin is another big liar.
They do a lot of false promises and make you do the sign ups with so many lies.

PLEASE DON'T ENCOURAGE THIS CLUB.

I was made to sign up the contracts and then once sing up done, they won't even care about you. When you try to reach them, they just say they are not available if you see them just hanging in their rooms, especially Rommel & Justin.

Youfit is a health and exercise worth your money. It is not expensive and it has good equipment. The facility is kept clean and sanitize. There are clean towels provided and also drinks to purchase. What I like about this club is the location. It is located in the shopping mall but to the side. This allow you to exit easily even when traffic is heavy.
Inside the facility people are friendly and there is enough equipment that you do not have to wait. The club also offers classes and health seminars.

Good gym they have some of the best equipment and it is never so packed where you have to wait to use a machine or weights. I just wish they were twenty four hour operation. For the money they beat anytime fitness hands down. At least i can get my workout in without 5000 people being packed into a 900sf bld like they do at anytime fitness. 4 stars beacause of the hours but wonderful gym

Be careful if you sign to have a trainer for $45. It is not worth It.!!! I thought that for this price I would change the workout once a week and it is not like that, it is for a month. It was a bad start anyway. The first month my workout was not ready most of the time, trainer was busy or late. Because of this I changed trainer and it was worse. I saw the trainer once just to know me and that was it. He left the workout ready to pick up, and again I thought that at least the first day the trainer will explain the routine to me and it was not like that. I had to ask people in the counter and they did not know how to do some specific exercises, they had to look in the computer, or when I asked to any trainer close to me they told me, ask to your trainer.I felt so uncomfortable, like they were doing a favor to me, and it was not like that.. I was paying!!!!. I moved to other location and customer service is better there. Trainer explained me my routine. any way, not pay that money for this. My recommendation is just to go to you tube and look for exercises for that specific part of your body you need to work out and just go to the gym to use the machines if needed. In my case, almost the whole routine that they gave me is with no machines, so easily I can do it at home. save your money please!!!

Beware before you join! If you do not wish to renew your yearly membership they literally make you jump through the hoops - you have to go to gym to fill out the form and then you have to actually mail it via certified mail by a certain date to make sure you membership is cancelled. I have been a member of various gyms but never encountered such a complicated cancellation process.
