I've been a member of this gym since day 1. First off, they screwed me big time on personal training. Never received anything that I paid for. I had to text my trainer for my workouts and meal plans, and didn't receive half of them. Talled to Austin was like talking to a cartoon character. I went above, it's been over a month and still hcaebt heard from anyone, so i disputed every single charge with my bank and got every dollar back. The staff has gone downhill within the past year. Now that the other gym is open, the 3 people left on the staff are even WORSE, rude, never say a word to u, always have a scowl on their faces. It's so unwelcoming. I will be switching gyms soon. Maybe I'll get better customer service elsewhere. Oh yea and the GM here in largo is a rude, snotty human. Bad hygiene on everyone that works here. Disgusting

Manager she is very rude. She cannot manage customer issues. She is not friendly at all. They need to change there manager. We 3 friends were canceling membership because of her behavior. Anyhow other staff member calm us but she was still rude. No apology.

The TV's on Some of the tread mills , elypticals have not been working for months and still they haven't fixed them . I won't say they have the worst customer service cause honestly a few of the staff are polite , but I was seriously disappointed a few days ago esp with some of the front staff

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are extremely dishonest. They will steal money from your account and lie about it. I asked for my PT to be frozen for December, January, and February. They processed it. When I returned to the gym in January, I asked them on January 27th to cancel my PT for March. The manager, conveniently, wouldn't be there until the 30th to process it. I returned on the 30th and canceled it. On Feb. 1st, instead of being charged for the freeze ($50), I was charged $160 for a month of PT, even though, they owed me 4 sessions, anyway. In Apr, they tried to take $160 from my bank, again, for PT, even though I had canceled and was not a member. They could not retrieve payment, because my bank put a stop payment on them. They refuse to close my account out, because, "The billing date of March 1st was less than 30 days from January 30th; bare in mind, I couldn't cancel on the 27th, because the manager wasn't available until the 30th. They want me to pay another $160 for training that I can't even use, because I'm no longer a member. If you trust these people with your banking info, it's at your own peril.o

Everything was fine while going to this gym last year. Then cancelled in person before moving to another state. Guy told me the monthly payments would stop the following month. Yet still getting charged monthly. Finally called to get everything taken care of over the phone. Only to get told I have to either come in person or send money by mail to cancel, cause of policy. What a inconvenience! Could not talk to manager, he or she was busy. Either way, the whole process was not handle well at all! I had to call my bank and get the charges to stop. Done wasting time with employee that can't do a simple click of a button to stop a monthly charge...

The gym is nice and kept clean and the staff are pleasant and they don't bother you. I'd have rated higher but the music is loud and mostly pop which generally everone I ever met in there, they hate it. Could really use a good preacher bench and and some smaller bars to load weights on curl bars/hammer bars etc.

I joined after my first heart attack last July, I love You Fit! At 63 I have not been a member of any gym ever, to be honest...but You Fit seems fine for my needs. I often bring a friend, they are always welcome also, friends and I agree that it is roomy with many workout options. Staff is very warm, pleasant and friendly, place is clean, I love it. Lost many lbs and became stronger in the past year and feel so much better. I can go to any You Fit anywhere and bring a guest with about $22 per month from my account...yes, I rarely comment about anything but here at East Bay in Largo...I love You Fit.

Youfit is so inconvenient and I'm canceling my stuff ASAP they are riddled with hidden fees I've gotten charged 42 dollars then again 10 dollars which basically put me in the negatives.. then the bank charged 35 X 2 for that and you fit did not even give me a head up or ANYTHING I even came in on the day my bill was due and had an conversation with an employee! This literally is the worst gym after a year they will raise your bill I am livid (advice check another gym before coming to this one) FWI the increase the price after a year so you fit is nice after one..

The equitment is old except the cardio equitment. There is no air movement in there, if you want to cool off you have to walk outside, if it is still cool out. The best thing about the gym is the price.

Don't go here. They will not let you cancel your membership once you start. I told them twice in person and in writing to cancel my membership but they refused. They sent me a bill 6 months later for membership fees. When I called them they refused to cancel my membership unless I paid the fees when I shouldn't have been billed them in the first place. In addition, they said they would continue to add to my bill every month.

Been here a month and so far I love it. I'm seeing results and working out morning's before going to work gives me tons of energy for the day. The staff is courteous and friendly, they leave you alone and that's what I want. Place is clean and machines all work. Lots of choices. I do just the machines because I do my floor and free weights at home.

This place is terrible. The staff were so rude and more concerned about hooking up with young girls that were there. I can appreciate the beauty of youth but seriously, the guys that work there were only concerned about girls that had makeup on and had their hair done. No one would even help me at the desk. I go to work out and sweat. I was transferred there when Shapes closed and YouFit was so rude about the transfer. Don't waste your time. Go to another place or walk outside. What a waste of space.

I absolutely love this gym! The staff are always very polite and super helpful! Even the trainers are always offering tips, though I am not paying them. The atmosphere is great, the equipment is always in tip top shape, and very clean. If you want a small, happy gym, with just enough equipment to train well, then this is the gym for you!

The gym itself is not bad, it contains a decent amount of free weights and cardio equipment with an affordable monthly fee. However, you should avoid the East Bay location if possible. The manager there displays symptoms indicative of borderline personality disorder and attempts to bully members when they want to discontinue their memberships. He attempts to portray a "tough guy" persona, but he drives an emasculated Kia SUV-wannabe and targets mainly women. I am almost certain he plays the role of catcher in homoerotic sexual intercourse. The only reason he is still employed with the company is because his little brother is the regional manager. A hypocrite, he preaches the value of members to his employees while not adhering to his own policies on customer service. There is a special place in hell for this feminine, degenerate douche-bag.

I can definitely recommend Youfit but I would avoid this particular location

This location is notorious for continuing to charge credit cards and not cancelling accounts. I did get it straightened out due to headquarters (the HQ I can not say enough good things about). But as far as this location goes I would try to steer clear due to the manager (Michael) being a complete jerk when you try to quit.

AVOID THIS CLUB AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Manager Michael Wesson is a scam artist. I cancelled my membership in person well before the date required to stop the next months automatic debit and was told I would not be charged for the following month. Michael did not process the cancellation until 5 days later. Conveniently, for him this was too close to the next billing cycle and I was charged. I called to speak with him and he said "call my credit card company to see if I could get my money back", but he would not refund it. I asked for the regional managers name and he just said "google it". I stated that this was terribly unprofessional and that he knows that what he did was intentional to squeeze out one more payment and he said he will "sleep just fine tonight knowing what he did". True dirt ball! As dishonest as they come. Run from this club! I wish I had read reviews BEFORE signing up. Apparently, other people have had similar problems with this You Fit on Easy Bay. Can't vouch for any other You Fit locations, but definitely avoid this one at all cost!

Was working out and barely dropped the weights. It made a little bit of noise and the staff yelled at me. I can understand if I was slamming the weight but to just set it down a little to hard and get yelled at is ridiculous.
