Truly the most inspiring, truthful, and Jesus loving yoga instructor I’ve ever come across. She utilized the practice of yoga as a tool for the body to move and be present and that’s it! No fluff or “eastern” bs. A brilliant mind, teacher and student. She never stops learning and ensuring her clients get the best and most effective treatment. She is a rockstar! And even when she was disabled she gave her clients all she could. I’ve practiced with her for over 10 years and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to explore yoga safely and wisely. Ps she’s so much more than yoga!

registered on public square as an anti-woke business, interesting for a YOGA place to do so…
EDIT: the owner’s response tells me everything, i didn’t say anything rude or offensive, just pointed out that the business is registered with a far-right promotional website to let those who’s morals do not align with that to avoid.

Starting with the welcoming environment in a very cozy room surrounded by nature and the sound of birds singing. The peaceful atmosphere just gets better as the classes go on. It’s impossible to not leave feeling better than we arrived. Dina is extremely knowledgeable and an inspiring woman! I, personally, love to see strong women running their business like true warriors, not afraid of showing vulnerability. Dina does that like she was born for it. It’s beautiful when a person finds their real purpose in life and follow through it. If you are looking for a safe place to work on yourself and heal without judgement, search no more. This is it!

I LOVE everything about ZOE Yoga Lifestyle - from the calming home environment, to the many health-centered services, to the heart centered owner, Dina. Each time I visit, I feel like I am the complete focus, and my well-being is being taken seriously.
I use multiple modalities at the center. Square 1 System work with both Dina and Anthony helps me let my body know what movements are safe, so then I can work with yoga and stretching more efficiently. Follow up with Bemer mat treatment to stimulate circulation and reduce inflammation- so relaxing. Thank you for making my life so much better!!
I would recommend to everyone!!

I've been practicing Kung Fu since 1997, generally speaking anywhere from 4-12 hours a day of classes. With that I destroyed my body, creating multiple injuries, from the neck to the lower back, knees and shoulders. In 2017 I had to replace a disk in my neck because it shattered.
Since 2016, I have been practicing Iyengar Yoga and it helped me tremendously deal with the physical pains gain control of the numbness down my arms and revert 6 of the herniated disks in my back.
Since Covid started, we moved from Miami to Tampa and like most people lost track of my daily practice. Most of my injuries and pains resurfaced and the doctors were reconsidering another neck surgery. The chiropractor though great was more of a band-aid then anything else and of course PAIN MEDICATION AGAIN.
Beginning 2022, I met with Dina after looking for teachings on the Iyengar Yoga national website. We connected and hit it off right off the bat. Dina has created a wonderful wellness community where everyone supports each other and gives back to the center as much as they receive, AND THEY RECEIVE A LOT!.
I started doing Square 1 (Neurological Organization) with her, and I've had countless results from it. In March I fell outside of class and I partially tore the abductor that connects the thigh to the pelvis. The Orthopedist of course prescribed more medication and said I need to stay in bed basically imobilized for 3 months. Dina and Anthony met with me to do a couple of Neurological Organization sessions and with in 3 weeks back in class.
This Monday night I had two huge discoveries:
Since a young teen I always had broad shoulders, so broad that my arms didn't move when I walked. After pier pressure set in and constant jokes, I changed my shoulder position to roll out (small dislocations of the shoulders) so that they would move. More-so after years of Kung Fu everything was external rotation which caused multiple postural problems and pain. We did a Neurological Organization session last week focusing on shoulder/neck pain and hip releases.
In Monday nights class, for the first time in over 3 decades my shoulders aligned internally and I was automatically able to do poses correctly that I've been practicing for years. Two days in working on these new postural improvements, I can see how much my neck muscles have released.
Training Pa-Kua (Internal type of Kung Fu famous for circular movements and escapes) everything is about external rotations.
The first movements that you are taught and are crucial to all of the training is external pivots of your feet 45 degrees changing the weight from one side to the other and using the hip for everything.
Same case, Monday night working on the internal rotation of the thigh/hip joint there was another pop and it seemed like everything went into place. We are talking almost 30 years of constant practice in theory changing my anatomy and a week after a Neurological Organization session, both my shoulders and hips realign.
I'm so appreciative for the work and I look forward to continuing to explore my practice and introducing others to the center.
THANKS ANTHONY & DINA EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO!

I politely inquired about whether ZOE Yoga had any new student specials. Dina promptly responded via email and said she did not. I expressed my disappointment and explained my rationale, and said I would wait if and until she had a new student deal or her studio joined ClassPass. She responded in a vociferously arrogant fashion, completely unbecoming of any yogi. I'm not sure why she took time out of her precious and busy day to put out such negative, unprofessional energy. Unfortunately for her I was fully prepared to become a long-term client, as a quality Iyengar studio is hard to find. Whether the studio is quality or not I will never know, because I will never spend a dime on Dina's business, and all she succeeded was in sending out bad vibes and ensuring negative word of mouth.

Ive been practicing with Dina for a few years now. Her studio is always welcoming and clean. She has so much knowledge to share and Id recommend anyone to her studio, for both new and practiced yogi's. Dina's alignment based yoga has helped my posture, as well as, giving me a better foundation for my practice. Dina is top in her field. The people I share time with at her studio are amazing. Its been such a beautiful experience. Its like being amongst family. She is so passionate and loving. Theres no place in Tampa I'd rather practice. She is open to all who come seeking peace and healing. Very blessed to have found this wonderful studio. Zoe Yoga Lifestyle 💕👈

What can I say? Simply put, she is amazing. As a nurse and health coach who has experience working in the wholistic arena for a number of years, I truly appreciate various strategies which promote optimal health. I feel so good and so relaxed after experiencing yoga sessions with her virtually through Zoom. So blessed. Already seeing the benefits. Thank you, Dina Georgoulis for all of the time, energy, dedication, and heart you've put into helping people. You are obviously very experienced, and I appreciate the valuable work you are doing. Definitely looking forward to my next session!

I just took my first Zoe Yoga Travel Deeper Retreat to Verona Italy. It was fantastic! Dina has enlisted an instructor in Italy to help guide participants through the yoga and travels. The two worked very hard, soliciting our feedback constantly. They had connections with Italian residents who engaged with us readily during our carefully selected excursions, providing an incomparable learning experience. Daily yoga classes alone would provide a wonderful retreat for the trained student or initiates, but when combined with this kind of friendly travel, it doubled the impact. Accommodations were a bargain considering how well positioned, equipped, attractive, and well serviced they were. Group size was about 10, so we were able to enjoy getting to know each other. Dina has created a superb experience with her retreats. She is following her instinct and asking for feedback, so there is a formula for greatness!

Dina is life changing. As if we were aligned to meet in our lifetime, looking in the mirror of the same asymmetry with scoliosis. She has taught me the true artistry of muscle mechanics, movements within the action of expression. I was in chronic pain for almost a year and took time off to heal, my stability and legs has become stronger inside and out. I am so grateful to Dina. I believe everything is timing, when I contacted her she was studying with her master Iyengar teacher in Italy. Her therapeutic work has shifted my awareness in yoga itself and what I practice now. Dina is a beautiful, unique soul that truly wants the best for each individual. Much love and Aloha for ZOE Yoga Lifestyle!

Dina is Great! I have had 5 sessions with her and am now able to walk without my cane. I have MS and was seeking at alternative to traditional treatment. I wanted to stretch and strengthen, make those muscle remember what they're supposed to do. This is exactly was Dina was able to accomplish. I recommend the one-on-one sessions for someone who needs specialized care. I highly recommend Dina. She is a wonderful and caring person.

I am so thrilled I found ZOE Yoga Lifestyle. I have practiced different yoga styles in several cities and studios. This is the first studio where I feel at home. Our teacher explains in detail how to do each pose. She always shows us how to do the poses and then she makes sure that each student is doing the pose correctly. Groups are small, so the teacher can offer undivided attention to each student. In less than three months of Iyengar yoga practice I have seen the changes in my body. I am physically and mentally stronger than when I first started.

The difference between Iyangar yoga at Zoe compared to the few other yoga classes I have taken in the past is profound and amazing. I suffered a serious injury 15 years ago, and took some classes thinking that yoga might improve the balance problems I had because of those injuries. While they did help a little, what Dina has been able to teach me in my on-going efforts to improve my balance and continue to regain strength and flexibility has made a noticeable difference. And the Zoe Yoga space is absolutely wonderful.

If you are looking for a way to really learn about how your body works, safely practice yoga or find a way out of pain through yoga than this Iyengar/aligment based yoga studio is where you need to be! Dina Georgoulis has created a haven of learning and growth mindfully lead by herself, Tricia Amheiser and Bhavi. Their attention to detail and knowledge of postures, alignment, anatomy, physiology and resourcefulness feeds me as both a student of yoga and a yoga teacher. Come to work on you, get out of pain, learn about your body and as a result live a better life. I cannot recommend Dina, Tricia and the lovely space of Zoe enough!!!!

Three words to describe what I saw and felt when I met Dina - Precision, Conscious, and Compassion. I first followed this yogini and her studio on Instagram loving her posts. I love that she trains yoga students based on proper alignment technique. When I realized that she was in Tampa I called to talk with her about my yoga practice and the chronic pain in my right hip that had interfered with my practice to a point where all I wanted to do was restorative poses. I invested in a package of private classes and began studying at the beginners level weekly with Dina. At my initial private class, Dina helped me recognize a pattern that I had in my right leg that was likely the cause of the hip pain especially during asana practice. She gave me some home exercises to take with. After the second private session with Dina, I was aware of what muscles I needed to retrain in my right leg to help reduce the hip pain especially during asana practice. Dina is very knowledgeable about the body, the breath, and what it takes to help anyone practice safe and effective yoga. I've studied and practiced yoga with several excellent teachers over the last 15 years and I'm so glad to add this beautiful lady to my list. I'm looking forward to learning and practicing pain free yoga regularly at Zoe_Yoga_Lifestyle. It's exciting when yoga teachers continue their education as Dina prepares for her Iyengar Certification so that she will better serve the community. I've been a practicing Registered Nurse for over 30 years and I recommend Dina to anyone that has chronic pain. I hope that you find this gem and yoga studio in your life soon! Namaste

I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and started going to Zoe Yoga toward the end of my second trimester when I started suffering from extreme piriformis muscle and sciatic nerve pain. Literally, after my first session with Dina, the pain began to dissipate. She is helping me focus on my alignment (especially hip), which has definitely shifted a bit during pregnancy, as well as loosening up other areas, i.e. hamstrings and mid back. I thought I had a decent understanding of the various yoga positions and proper form prior to going to Zoe; however, Dina has really educated me and increased not only my knowledge of the practice but also the benefits gained.

The Zoe Yoga studio is incredible. It is in an area of Tampa that is blossoming and proving to be an area of artistic expression. This is also true for the space inside the studio. It is warm, welcoming and grounding. A true haven in a student's busy life. I am dedicated to this studio as it helps me build strength while stretching. The alignment based yoga is the heart of this studio and it works! I have felt and seen changes in my posture, breathing and, overall, well-being from Dina's classes. Please check out this studio, I promise you that it will be worth it!

I began at Zoe Yoga Lifestyle February 2015. At that time I could only dance one or two dances without hurting and huffing & puffing. After beginning class every other week and progressing within 6 months or so to once or twice weekly. I danced nearly every dance at my niece's wedding this past October 2015 without huffing and doing moves I haven't done in years. My posture and breathing have improved. My back is much stronger, with much less pain and more range of movement. I highly recommend Dina as an instructor. She knows what she is doing. Try her as your Yoga instructor for yourself. I'm sure you will benefit too.

I've been practicing yoga for a little over 2 1/2years to help center me and help keep my alcoholism at bay. I went from studio to studio going thru the motions but not really connecting to or understanding my practice. I happened across a restorative yoga workshop guided by Dina and she has been my teacher ever since! Although Iyengar, the method of yoga taught at Zoe, doesn't appear to have the gracefulness of vinyasa but it's grace lies in its stillness and strength. Dina told me "give me 6 months, this practice will change you".
Dina's knowledge of yoga is only eclipsed by her passion to share her knowledge. The Iyengar method and practice doesn't start and finish with a class, it starts the moment you show up for your first class and it never ends! Dina will guide and help you develop your own practice thru her enthusiasm and care for her students because ultimately it's your body your practice.
After 9 months of practicing with Dina, she was right it changed me. I've become freer in my everyday movements and think and hope I've become more centered?!! If you are earnest in your journey into yoga and willing to work, then attend a few classes at Zoe and see why I and others are proud to call Dina their teacher😌

I was the MOST surprised person when my MD told me I needed Yoga to prevent further racquetball injuries. But he was right, and Zoe Lifestyle under Dina is all I needed. The stretching is strengthening muscles I was not using. No more injuries. I see her one-on-one for continued training.

I have worked with Dina for over a year now and followed her into continuing to be a student of hers when she established her business. I have practiced yoga for over 5 years now and since the start of my practice, I have met some amazing individuals but Dina truly stands out in the Tampa Bay area.
First, let me preface this by saying I have tried out almost ALL yoga studios in the Tampa Bay area and worked with many different instructors. Dina stands out because she is highly educated in what she is doing and it is obvious once you take a class with her. She rigorously studies Iyengar Yoga which is the foundation of all different styles of yoga. It is through her that I not only learned about this in my practice, but learned how this is truly the root of all yoga. Many yoga teachers in my experience, hardly cue you to do right alignment. I have seen so many students in improper form and the yoga teachers don't bother to fix it! Or the seldom ones that do, do not avidly go about doing so. This is how injuries occur!
Dina could pinpoint specific imbalances in my body without me even telling her all of my medical history and she truly pushes you out of your comfort zone. She really knows her stuff in alignment and aside from her deep study in Iyengar yoga, she also is a 500 hr RYT. Her studio is one of a kind in that it focuses on rehabilitation of the body (whether you have medical conditions or not) which I can confidently say for a FACT is not offered in any yoga studio in Tampa Bay because this type of yoga is very specific and individualized. It is not a cookie-cutter one size fits all yoga that seems to be the fad nowadays. I would recommend taking her class at least once and seeing the difference yourself!

I cannot say enough good things about Dina! I first started going to her classes at Lotus Room and then Bella Prana. She was my favorite yoga instructor but my love for her style increased when I started going to her stress relief yoga. I have never left a yoga class feeling so much peace in my heart. It's hard to explain but the energy she exudes just makes you feel safe and taken care of. Her practice is a whole mind, body, spirit approach which I love! I went on to do private lessons with her to help my back issues. I learned so much in those sessions! You get a little one on one in a group class but in our private sessions, I learned so much more about how to position my body in each pose or stretch and why it was important and what the result is. Whether it be for strength, to stretch certain muscles or to correct imbalances in the body. I still remember the very subtle and minute ways to position myself after our one on ones. For instance, for me, I had so much trouble with my upper back and shoulders and now I am a lot more aware of what my shoulder blades are doing and how to correct myself in a pose or even just in my posture in general. I have also been to some of her workshops and loved those as well! I always leave feeling loved. That is actually a great description of how you will feel when you leave a class, private session or workshop with Dina. You will feel loved and taken care of. She really loves what she does and loves to help and connect with people on a deep level. I've moved to Texas and I have never found another yoga instructor that helped me or connected with me the way that Dina has. You are in good hands if you go to her. I highly recommend Dina!!!

The space is incredibly inspiring and relaxing. I don't know what I love most the yoga or the art and succulents, thankfully I don't have to choose. Upon entering her Friday night 'original stress relief yoga class' I was greeted with organic, loose tea and alkaline water infused with therapeutic grade essential oils. What a treat and way to begin a stress relief class. The clean and open space immediately calmed my week of worries away. After studying yoga for years and with many teachers I now can say that I wholeheartedly trust Dina's approach and am proof that yoga heals back pain, knee pain and hip tightness. Because of Dina, I know how to manage my stress and live in my body comfortably. The studio is right in my backyard, Tampa Heights making incredibly convenient. I call this studio the light of the neighborhood. Great job ZOE, welcome to the neighborhood!
