I love how positive everyone is! They really put their athletes first and made me feel like I was more that just another person training there. The trainers at 123 Total Fitness are the best and Abbey specifically is super. I have been training with Abbey for about a year now and she has helped me back to the fittest I have ever been. My wife and I enjoy each personal exercise session at 123 and are always looking forward to our next.

The weekly challenge is what me and my friends enjoy the most. The challenge is taken by almost all gym members most of whom are kids competing in various school and college sports. We all appreciate this awesome facility and the customized training programs that Rob and his team of dedicated expert trainers are conducting.

Best sports training experience I have ever had. Coach Max is AMAZING, his knowledge is never ending. After only a couple of sessions I felt so much improvement. The whole place is so nice, and they have so much equipment for various different things. Max curates the workouts to your needs. It’s not only a phenomenal place to improve your athletic abilities, but it’s also somewhere people can go to find motivation and a community that supports every endeavor. The weekly challenges, while difficult, creates motivation and competition amongst athletes to become better. Not to mention, the equipment that 123 has for their clientele is far greater than your typical neighborhood gym. I personally train with Max Miller and he is nothing short of incredible. He’s tailored my workouts to fit my needs by the session, from recovery and physical therapy work to strength and plyometrics. Max is incredibly knowledgeable about sports sciences and applies it very well to his athletes. Without him, it would have been extremely difficult to pursue volleyball at the Division 1 level. But not only is he great at bettering his athletes, he is supportive of all his athletes outside of the gym and cares about the person behind the athlete—which is often very difficult to find in a coach these days. There is a reason that 123 Total Fitness trains thousands of athletes pursuing their sport at the collegiate level. These athletes bring to college with them their skill and athleticism but also the experience of hard work, perseverance, and the ability to identify a strong and supportive community.

123 Fitness is the place to go if you are trying to maximize your performance in any sport. The trainers are well-versed in body mechanics, and sport injury recovery and prevention. Their delivery is positive, yet tough, and they coach athletes of all ages and sports.
My daughter came to 123 Fitness in June of 2023 as a Volleyball player with shoulder Tendonitis, and a weak lower body. Working one-on-one with trainers (Max, Evan or Cory) for 90min/week she has strengthened her shoulder, increased her vertical, and her court confidence. She craves her time at 123, and knows that her time there has become a lifestyle.
I appreciate how some of the trainers have endured injuries themselves and are equipped with specific exercises that will benefit your athlete. If your athlete is struggling with jumping that week, they have exercises geared towards increasing their vertical; if your athlete is struggling with hip rotation, they know exactly what muscles and movements to work on. They deliver every time.
The environment at 123 is lively, clean and the trainers are professional. Booking is easy through the app. Thank you, 123 Fitness! In seven months, my daughter is both physically and mentally stronger.

Initially came here to focus on extra work to help with long distance running, and was just expecting a typical extra training regiment that would help me gain an edge. Without going into detail, an injury threw a wrench in just about everything training wise. After some time off of workouts here, I revisited my trainer, Evan, and gave him the run down of what the story was. Evan then shared a little injury story of his own and how he overcame it (superhuman strength). He made sure I knew in my head that I can overcome what I’m going through and that I’ll come back stronger. Aside from the expertly catered workouts Evan has given me and the support throughout them all making sure everything is going right with them, the moral support is what drove me to write this review. Evan has far exceeded any possible expectation I had. Constantly reiterating a sort of mantra we created “Why not me”, constantly reminding me why I started this in the first place, constantly keeping me motivated, and finally, but most importantly, giving me a shoulder to lean on. He went as far as giving me his personal number and telling me “if you’re ever feeling down about your injury or you’re hitting a rough mental patch, never hesitate to give me a text.” This personal connection Evan has strived to create between his client is second to none. 123 Total Fitness found an absolute STELLAR trainer in Evan and I cannot recommend him enough for ANYTHING. Rehab, training, conditioning, Evan will be your guy, and he will make sure you stay motivated the whole way through. 5 stars and absolutely no hesitation whatsoever .
