24-7 Fitness and Tanning is hands down the best fitness center I've found in the Georgia/Carolinas area. After over 30 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and former gym owner, I can confidently say that this fitness center stands out from the crowd and is unmatched.

**What Makes This Place Special:**
The community atmosphere is unmatched - members are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and supportive, whether you're a serious bodybuilder or just starting your fitness journey. There's zero judgment here, just encouragement.

**Facilities:**
Four rooms equipped with top-of-the-line, well-maintained, and spacious facilities. The music is so good, I don't even need headphones, which has actually helped me connect with other members—something that's become rare in today's gym culture. However, if you want to focus or take your workout seriously, just put your headphones back on, and everyone will get the hint. It’s all up to you.

. **Tanning:**
Their tanning facilities are excellent, with consistently fresh bulbs, which makes all the difference — a detail many places overlook when offering free tanning.

**Value:**
Despite the premium experience, the pricing is very reasonable. I personally recommended that he increase the rates. He disagreed. Instead, he offers substantial discounts for couples, students, and first responders. Additionally, your membership grants access to their other locations.

**Management:**
The owner sincerely cares about creating a positive environment, rather than pushing high-pressure sales. He enjoys making rates affordable so that everyone can work out. He and his dog, Max, foster such a welcoming atmosphere that I actually look forward to every workout again.

This is the best gym I have had the pleasure of working out in! At first from the outside it looks pretty small, but once you get inside you'll find that they have everything that you could need. I also enjoy not having to be spied on like other gyms that watch me like a hawk, I appreciate the level of independence I get.

I had been a member of this gym for 3 years. When the government closed gyms down due to Covid I discontinued my membership as it was not possible to go. When they reopened, I could not continue as the government warnings to NOT go to gyms was being implemented and I have underlying conditions and a 91 year old mother that I am a caregiver for. I had a perfect credit score and they rjuined it by turning it over to a collection agency. When I spoke to the lady owner she was absolutely nasty.

Awesome place. Great gym for bodybuilding or powerlifting, with plenty of cardio equipment too if that's your thing. Mostly new equipment, with a strong culture of cleaning up after yourself, so things tend to be put back where they belong.

The lady at the front picks and chooses who she wants to come in the gym. She’s having an affair with one of the guys who work out there and let’s him do whatever he wants. I paid for a membership and she told me I could bring a guest and when I bring a guest she charged my card twice for bringing a guest. She didn’t even bother to tell me about the charges. I just found out way later on by looking at my transactions. Then she lies and say later on that we are only supposed to bring guest during certain hours but when I bought the membership she never specified the hours to bring a guest. She just said she recommend that people bring a guest because somebody fell out before by working too hard and she had to call someone for him so that’s why she recommended a guest. At night people come and sleep there and take showers and treat the gym like it’s there home and I bought a guest like twice for an hour workout and she tells me I violated. But when the other guy that she’s having an affair with brings guests and other females with him after hours it’s never a problem. When people come with big bags of clothes to just come take a shower and chill at the gym she saids nothing to them. I never gave anyone a problem but it seems I’m the problem. Just be careful when dealing with her. She plays nice and when U leave she charges your card. I think her and the guy is working together to bring only people they are cool with.

From the outside, this gym may look small but don't let that fool you! There are plenty of rooms and tons of equipment! The parking lot will look full and then you walk in expecting the gym to be packed but it's not. The owners are always maintaining and updating equipment and the members are all friendly. You get 24/7 access, tanning, showers, lockers and a great atmosphere (and don't forget about the adorable gym dog, Max!). There are also supplements you can purchase and a fridge with pre-made on-the-go meals you can purchase also! Don't let the few rotten apples on here spoil it for you!

I can’t say enough positive things about this gym… or should I say second home. I love the separation of spaces that allow me to focus on what I want to train especially when I might be unsure of my form. Whoever is near is focused on training the same part of the body and it nice to pick up on. The vast amount of equipment to the cleanliness is on point…. Then there is the owners… when you’re a part of their gym you’re a part of the family… they are amazing. The icing on the cake for me is Max… No matter how you’re feeling when you walk in that day whether it’s been a good day or the worst day or life this little guy will bring a smile to your face and he makes everything better!

This place is the best! The best and most well-run gyms I’ve ever been to. The owners clean, maintain, and care about the equipment as well as the people of this gym and the Springfield location also. I guarantee you, if you have a bad experience with this gym, the owners, or the mascot, it’s probably just you. They have the rules posted around, clean rags and sanitizer, and if any of the equipment breaks, within a few days it’s back up and operating. It’s a shame the few that don’t care for common decency to maintain “our” equipment are the ones who complain when they are asked to leave. Come in, workout, and clean up after yourself. You do that, you’re gonna have an enjoyable experience!

Beware of signing the gym contract. My daughter was a member and tried to cancel late February because of leaving for the military. They told her to respond to an email to cancel but she was already in boot camp and could not do so until late April. I, (her father) attempted several times to have the owner contact me which never happened. After two months and very frustrated, I was told to contact ABC financial as they controlled the billing. They were no help (twice) because I was not on the account. The problem is my daughter is in Alaska on a cutter with no computer access and could not provide documentation until May when it was canceled. I understand the fine print in the contact is to provide documentation, however, I do not understand why a refund was not issued after documentation was provided for a service that was not used from March 1 and they charged her an additional $50 for a new contract year. I was just told it was her responsibility with absolutely no regard for circumstances. I finally spoke with Allen who stated there was at least 6 to 12 weeks notice she would have had to provide documentation. Actually, this is not true. She had a date and was moved up with only two weeks notice. If you have ever dealt with the military, documentation is difficult to secure in a timely manner from the military. I was trying to explain this when Allen just abruptly ended the call hanging up. I just feel that the cancelation policy takes advantage of situations where documentation may take some time. If an individual provides documentation, the cancelation should be from the attempted cancelation time if there has been no use of the facilities.

I’m in town for the week and my friend brought me here to work out. 1. The front desk lady was rude from the second we walked in. 2. She then noted that you can only have guests when you make an appointment (what????) and there are staff there (which makes sense), but there aren’t usually staff there on Monday’s… or at 815 AM I guess? The 1 star is really only for the cool gym pup.

Oh and I guess they don’t believe in bumper plates.

My husband and I have been a member at this gym for months now and we love it. The owners are super friendly and always seem ready to help you if you need it. The whole place has a relaxed but respectful vibe. Even when the place is busy everyone seems to be respectful of everyone else and try to give each other space to do their workout. The equipment is really nice and the place kept very clean. Super glad we found this gym.

I really don't get people's problem with the Pooler Location they've upgraded & keep this location clean & in good working conditions now some of the others are not so good it's actually one of thr cheapest monthly prices for a gym membership in the area the only reason I'm not there everyday is because I stay in Sav on the southside & absolutely refuse to go to the Sav Mall Location everyday. The owners are good people & the atmosphere is.....A Gym Atmosphere it's not a fitness club it's a gym 🤷🏿‍♂️ Go Join planet Fitness if you feel "Judged" or until you learn a little bit about fitness, diet & nutrition or ask the owners they're are there to help.......

Edited: How absolutely rude. There was no point to add that I had only been in gym twice. Granted it only took two times to realize it was not for me. I'd also like to add that I was very nice considering you basically stole $350. But with that said,

I'd absolutely would NOT recommend this gym, they are unprofessional and rude. For no reason other than to make themselves feel better, decided to try and make me look bad. The same vibe of them judging me for how many times I went into their gym, is the exact same vibes inside their gym. Go elsewhere. Plenty of free weight gyms that are nicer, better and not as judgemental. You'd be better off just using outdoor playground exercise equipment then have to encounter this facility.

Tried to cancel my membership due to illness. They told me to call billing dept which got me no where. Steer clear of this location and use any other location if possible. My fiance tried to use the pooler location last night and was having issues with her card (been paying for our membership since 2019) and when she called to get some help the person on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all. They will probably respond to this and try to downplay it but me, my fiance, and whoever we got a hold of know how the conversation went last night and you will never get a recommendation from us. Hopefully you don't treat everyone who is trying to better themselves that way.

I moved to the GA area in October of 2020 and was looking for a home gym to workout in that felt like home away from home....I moved from the Midwest looking for a new start and new adventures. I love working out and have been working out for better than 15 yrs now. My stay in GA WAS short bc I got a better job offer in Alabama and my girlfriend lived there....I went to the owners who when I signed up were great ppl to deal with. In February I accepted another sales position in Alabama and moved.....once I told them I was moving I was told to contact an agent they used to handle all the accounts. I sent them the documents showing proof I no longer reside in GA and I now live out of state pls cancel my membership....it is now April and I am still trying to cancel my membership, oh yea by the way they still want me to pay for a facility that I no longer frequent, I reached out to the owners and it’s like crickets....they don’t answer my calls or text messages. Finally I get a text message back saying that I was frustrated with the company. I sent the owner my proof and asked if they could forward the info....her response was NO!! I thought this was a good place until I had a Legitimate reason to cancel not bc I wasn’t trying to workout. When you ask a business to help and they tell you no, I would think twice about signing up. My 2 stars here is bc of the equipment the gym had, it was really nice....however the lack of help from this company 24/7 family Fitness, which lacks family at all gets a 1 star.

I haven't even been to this facility yet. However I called to get the times when the gym is the busiest BC I struggle with social anxiety. No one picked up the phone. Why link a business phone to cell a phone and not pick up? I'm forced to review other locations because the one I went to closed. So far I'm not liking the fact that I can't reach anyone to speak with before going and checking out the facility. I'll definitely be considering other places outside this franchise.

This place is great. Was only back in town for about 2 weeks. Which is a pain sometimes to go to the gym because most places want to charge you for a whole year or per day. Which can quickly equal up to wayyy more than going to the gym is worth. But not here, Anthony hooked me up with a phenomenal deal for my 2 week stay in town. Wether you are in town for a short time looking to work out or want to go here long term, you will not be disappointed. Equipment is clean and usable, with a nice open hardwood floor room for stretching, jumping rope, or any other activities.

Most of the equipment is rough or run down very small amount of space in this gym which isn't a problem when it's empty but even a small number of people can make it feel too small, heard a rumor there is new management hope they work out some of the kinks with equipment and set up

After reading all the horrible reviews I felt the need to add, pooler location is now under new owner ship, as of Nov 1, 2017. Making this location a new franchise. The owners are there daily and making improvements every day! Obviously, taking over a business that has horrible experiences can be hard to win them back over. The dedication the new owners have are exciting and have great plans. If you are a person that has experienced any type of negative with this facility, please give us a call and we can definitely try to make up for it. Realized 4 out of 6 treadmills not working, tanning bed disgusting, dirty, cracked, broke fan, othe fan in tanning room is also broke, locker room filthy, guy working brought his girlfriend to work with him while they both were engrossed in their cell phones. As a member of 24/7 for over 3 years I find the convenience, multiple locations, courtious staff (during normal hours) cleanliness, fit my scedual & budget. But this one on Hwy 80 can't seem to stay consistent with maintenance, the shower is just small stall. The scanner at the door is often not working. Only 2 of the 4 tanning rooms are usable. The "rerack" rule doesn't seem to apply to everyone. & the music system needs to be fixed so it's not an annoyance. There is on 1 employee that seems to care I think her name is Nikki, the rest just sit there. The place has potential but needs some refurbishment.

Went to cancel my membership and was told that my membership was from 8/15 to 8/17 and that I could not cancel unless I moved 35 miles from the gym of signup. I got the membership in 2014. I was also told the the membership automatic renews so this gym is nothing but a rip off and a scam to take all your free money
