I went from loving the gym to feeling completely let down. About 30% of the equipment is broken, none of it being fixed, in the 8 months that I've been a member, they replaced only one elliptical machine. Someone needs to manage the equipment replacement and repair for this company alot better.

They have iron weights and are open 24/7, but thatβs all this gym has going for it. The equipment is old and always broken. The facility is barely staffed and in desperate need of a good cleaning. Itβs $25 for the cheap replacement keycard that will fall apart in 30 days, but youβll tape it back together until you catch the rare sighting of a staff member.

Gym is fine, never busy. Cardio equipment is constantly broken. biggest issue is the 3rd party billing and the charges. I canceled my membership a couple months prior to the renewal stage and was still charged for the month after. When I asked for a refund I was told that my account would be reactivated if they did that. costing more money. So big let down on that front.

Been member since inception in Richmond Hill Ga. Equipment always broken. I sent email to the owners no response stopped at the front desk for ownership to call no response. It is such a tiny business to own and run even with the other stores. So hey answer my email, answer my message , what is the problem? Hello!

5 Stars - Amazing Staff!
Iβve been a member at 24 Seven Family & Fitness in Richmond Hill for a while now, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Taylor. She consistently goes above and beyond for the members. Whether itβs keeping the gym clean, answering questions, or just greeting everyone with a smile, sheβs always friendly, helpful, and professional. You can tell she genuinely cares about the members and takes pride in her work. Taylor is a great example of what excellent customer service looks like, and the gym is lucky to have her!

Been going here for almost 3 years. They have gotten a lot of new equipment within the past year. I love how itβs 2 story and plenty of space at this gym. Definitely will continue to go here, as long as I live in the Hill. Tylor was great when renewing my membership as well!

Gym is very nice. They just got some new equipment additions as well that are really nice. They got rid of the spin room downstairs and transformed the area into a dead lift area and more. More additions to be seen this year as well like additional tanning rooms. Fingers crossed heard a posing room maybe added upstairs as well . The updates they have done are very nice. Excited to see all the progress they have done. Dont miss out.

Filthy equipment that doesnβt work half the time or is just flat out broken. The membership is way to expensive for what your getting or lack there of. Iβve been a member at 3 gyms in Richmond Hill and 24/7 is by far the worst I would recommend the YMCA or anytime fitness.

Tried talking to a manager about issues I was having.
Woman on the phone answered so i asked "who is this? is this a manager?" and she replies "I do NOT have to disclose that information with you." So I say Ok and continue to my story of why I was having troubles with the gym. She then goes on to keep interrupting me and just being hostile OVERALL. So I finally am fed up the the tone to which I was being spoken to and say, "Why are you talking to me like that?" and she replies with saying "how I'm talking to you like how you were talking to me and with the emails you sent." (btw I sent emails complaining about the awful service I have received, such as never being able to get in touch with an actual manager/owner).
But just to be clear, I was being very nice and civilized and even put smiley faces in the email lol. So i reply back with, "I was being kind talking to you this whole time..." she then goes on to be extremely hostile and even mentions in accordance to the issue I was having, "You're just young and dumb and have to take it with a grain of salt."
Like c'mon if there is an elderly man with slow cognitive abilities on the phone, would ya tell them they're just an old man saying they don't know what they're talking about.
From the get-go I could sense that they either don't want to get in trouble with the owner or SOMETHING because I couldn't speak to anyone important about my issue. All the workers said they had no power over my problem and I was running back n forth with the 3rd party payment company and 24seven.
To sum up my problem, I was trying to dispute/complain about my membership from the lack of communication and unprofessionalism. Another part of what I was telling the lady was, "just so you know the reviews correlate to what is happening to me right now with my membership" and she was saying, "Don't believe everything you see online". I'm like honey I'm not saying my judgements are based off the reviews but that obviously there's an issue if we ALL collectively have the same experience.
Do not get a membership here...I never thought a company would allow a worker to speak to me the way they did! not to mention, the place looks like a dump and the machines are broken half the time

Do not use. I have been trying to cancel since Sep of 2022. Went in person. They told me to call abc. Called abc they said they canceled my membership. They didn't. I have been trying to speak to someone since then but no one ever answers the phone. No one is ever there. Abc has now told me the only way to solve this is to get in touch with someone at the gym. Every time I call no one answers. I've been in person and no one is there.

My husband has been a member for almost 5 years and even though it's hard to get out of contract, he enjoys working out. He missed 2 weeks due to work and vacation.. came back to $500 worth of items gone out of his locker due to rule implemented while gone regarding no locks on locker. So as is, his lock was cut and all items moved to office along with 7 other people's items..1 box. My husband was only able to retrieve 1 pair of weight gloves.. all other itmes..tennis shoes, beats, water bottle and clothes GONE.
After being a member for 5 years I would assume they have all his info.. phone, address and no one tried to contact him and they STOLE his items. SAD 24/7 just sad when he has given over $2000 just in fees.

This gym is disgusting, broken equipment, and horrible owners.
They lock you in contracts and donβt do anything to make their gyms better. Google or fb search them prior to joining, as itβs bad.
I had their staff even talk about how bad they are.
They need to follow Poolers lead. I feel bad for anyone who has to go here.

I love this place. Real workout space and if u ever wanted to be alone, a 24 spot is the best place to go. The service when u call sucks because they will just take your number and say they will call you back and they rarely ever do. Itβs extremely inconsiderate. But the gym itself, definitely 5 stars!!

To start off with only 3 out of the 10 treadmills work and 0 out of the 4 elliptical machine's work. They have been broken for more than a year. If you need to talk to someone you can't there is never anyone there. I try to get a answer as to when these things will be fixed but you can't like I said no one works there. Onto of all that I try to cancel my membership and they can't do it for me I have to call a number that connects me to someone in Indiana that doesn't speak English. This person tells me that he will send me an e mail and I have to creat an account to be able to cancel. So I create an account and they are charging me 100 dollars to cancel and that they won't cancel my membership until this amount is paid . Just a bad experience all around Save yourself the headache and don't do it they don't care about there customers and won't care about you

Complete waste of money, broken equipment and poor staff performance. Staff will say they will do one thing and will NOT follow through. Make sure you read the contract fine print or they will take your money and not talk to you. Go elsewhere to work out.

Equipment is very old, broken, or torn. Iβm military and tried cancelling and they still charged me despite me providing appropriate orders and documentation with no outstanding payments. The only reason why I signed up for this gym was to continue working with my personal trainer.

For starters we were really nervous to tour bc of all the negative reviews.. just let me tell you they must've turned it around since the members left those reviews. Noel is amazing and is very knowledgeable on the equipment & procedures of the facility. We were very impressed by all the equipment and different options you have. The weights and cardio machines are on 2 separate floors as well so that really nice!! Bottom line... if you are looking for a nice gym take the time to look at this one. ****Update (8/25/2021)ββββ - I am updating again. I changed from 3 stars to 4 stars all bc of Tylor. She is excellent. All the equipment works but some of the cardio stuff upstairs needs replacing.
****Update (4/26/2020) βββ - Gym is open again just to let everyone know. I worked out tonight. π
This gym use to be pretty decent but things have deteriorated over the years. Customer service is virtually non existent if you have a problem and try to call them during staff hours. I have been seriously thinking about switching my membership to anytime fitness in Richmond Hill. I do like the fact that the 24/7 fitness is open 24/7/365 and it is very close to where I live, thus really convenient. They really need to spend a little money and update (modernize) the equipment. The gym is plenty spacious enough but the weight training equipment on the 1st floor really needs to be updated. I do most of my cardio at home so I do not care about the cardio stuff upstairs. They use to have three TV's, now only two upstairs. I wish they would replace the third TV. I really think if the owner or the 24/7 Corporate office does not spend a little money to make this a nicer and cleaner facility like it once was, they are going to be losing more and more customers to other gyms in the area. I am going to stay for now, but will consider leaving if things get worse in the future.

Never never go to this gym.Once you become a member for 12 months its hard to cancel your membership . No one will ever return your call and if happens someone answers your call , they will not address your concern and they would say they dont handle cancellations and they will refer you to ABC financial( third party) . They will pass you back and forth and back and forth. Whoever works there is very unprofessional when it comes to cancellations. Very rude , no customer relations knowledge . Their equipments are old. Once its broke , its broke. It will be there forever . Wondering how this business still survives.

Awesome gym, would like it they had bumper plates and a variation of barbells, but, overall a good experience. The gym isn't crowded and there is plenty of equipment to go around. The best part about this gym is how nice and cold the temperature is inside, great for working out. Very peaceful inside.

During pandemic they tell you no charges and as soon as they open back up they take the money from your account. 4th time now I am asking for a call back and nobody calls back to fix the issue or give you a straight answer. I have emailed and called the appropriate people to ensure I did what was needed to cancel my membership. I was promised two months ago that my autopay was cancelled. Best 24/7 fitness location in Savannah area is Richmond Hill. Iβve been to all of them and Richmond Hill has the space the equipment the energy flows. Also as well the Hawaiian lady keeps the bathroom and gym clean immaculately. Sheβs awesome.

Went to the this gym to sub a fitness class. There was no one there to let me in to the gym. Once one of the members opened the door for me I also noted there was no front desk person - no manager on staff, no one. Instead, there was a sign in the window that said if there was an issue or if you needed help, to call the Savannah Mall location. I called, three times before someone answered the phone then got hung-up on when I was told to hold. WhenI tried calling again, no one answered. Very poorly managed.

I have been trying to get ahold of this gym for over a month now. I have even had other gyms in the surrounding area try and connect me to them as well and they never answer the phone or call me back. I ets'd back in March and moved in May and attempted to stop by numerous times and no one was there for me to cancel my membership. They are still attempting to charge me and I'm almost certain that they have sent me to collections. ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY DO NOT USE THIS GYM.
Edit: I continue to contact this company and they will not cancel my membership. They are still charging me even though I etsβd and moved to Washington in May. Do not join this gym.

Worse gym I've ever been too. Equitment is always broken, and out dated. Never any hand towles, let alone towels in bathroom(s). Rearly hand soap or sanitizer. Tanning bed is beyond disgusting. Music is extremely too loud, and most days I feel like I'm at a hip hop night club. Music is just inappropriate while memebers are bringing their children to the daycare. Censorship people! We need a real gym here!

The absolutely worst gym I have ever signed up for. The Richmond Hill location has piss poor customer service. Calls are never returned FOB didn't work from day 1 and here it is 2 weeks later and it STILL doesn't work. No one is ever there to assist with billing or general customer service questions. I called several times and am getting the run around while also being over charged for fees. This is ridiculous. Stay away from this gym.

This gym is awesome! Don't believe any bad reviews. People who feel ripped off at gyms normallly don't follow the rules of the contract cancellations procedures. I know folks who have cancelled with no problem as long as they followed the procedures. Okay on to review...Good equipment, not crowded, open 24 hours, plenty of room, free childcare and tanning...all one could need. One of the few gyms I have been in that there is no intimidation and help is there if needed. Sorry my name is logged at Customer Service...I was at work when I submitted this thus my work account came up :(

Never replace gym equipment only replace them with used ones and cardio is always broken. You will always have problems with contract if you try to leave/move out of Ga or if change payment cards. They will give you a run around so you just forget about cancelling. They are always short staff too.

Active duty stay away!!!!!! The manager is a liar and an idiot. This company does everything in its power to charge you for every thing possible. My spouse was charged for his membership FRAUDULENTLY during two deployments after providing them with proper documentation through their insane process. If you try to cancel entirely, you will still be charged for 30 days after you notify them in writing with a membership ID number. DO NOT ever authorize automatic payments because they will charge you fees without notifying you. When problems are brought to their attention, they do not care.... The staff will even tell you how hard it is to cancel. The childcare is a germ factory. They do not update equipment EVER. Avoid avoid avoid!

BOTTOM LINE: STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
It takes a lot for me to write a negative review so know that before I tell you that this corrupt company does not deserve your business.
Let's start with the quality of the gym first and foremost all of the equipment is old and worn down. At any given time there are at least 10 machines that are broken. This gym charges a yearly equipment maintenance fee that they hide in their contracts and the fee just goes into the pocket of the cheap owner. Stuff stays broken at this gym for months. The gym is completely filthy and seems to be cleaned up more by actual members than any of the complacent staff.
Lastly I had to move to due military reasons. I cancelled my contract with this gym but they are still trying to charge me an extra month worth of services. The customer service reps that I had to encounter were all extremely rude and refused to help me. This company clearly took advantage of myself and it looks like it's standard practice for dealing with service members.
I strongly caution against giving this terrible company your business.

Don't sign up at this gym!!!! I was an actived National Guardsman. Signed up with the understanding that once my orders ended I would be able to cancel my membership. This was in October, I am still being charged. This place is a rip-off. I am now in process of legal action. Stay away from this place!!!!
