Great place, a lot of equipment. 24/7 so you pick the time when you want to workout.. my family and I love this location. 3 to choose from all 24-7 open.. So you just don't go here, you grow here...

Awesome gym. My husband and teenage sons also love it. Perfect for the whole family and the fact that you can go anytime is amazing. The gym in Springfield is always clean and and to add a lil extra happiness for me… tanning beds are strong 💪

My family loves this gym, and its owners. Amanda and Allen are amazing and truly care about their members and their facilities and it shows. I will always recommend this gym to anyone. Plus we get to see the gym dog, Max and he’s the best reason to go to the gym (:

Fantastic facility, very clean and well up kept. Staff if friendly and attentive. Only issue is if it's not where you've signed up you may have trouble getting in, I signed up in Richmond Hill location a bit over two years ago and was told it was access to all locations. I suppose with this being newer that'd modified that pitch?

Beware trying to cancel your membership. They where very friendly and open to oh just talk to us and we'll help you out if you ever have a problem. I was in an accident and immediately after the hospital i gimped inside to talk to them about cancelling and the husband was just about to when he was pulled aside by his wife and told not to. I got put on a 3mo hold. I was being setup for future fees and owed months that i never used. When I communicated i was not happy paying for a service i did not and was not able to use. I was told to just be thankful for the lifeline i got tossed because by law he could get me for the whole year. I told him he clearly needed the money more than I did and ended up getting screwed. So be wise and the gym itself is small and limited.

Easily the best gym in Rincon/Springfield area! Been awaiting the open date for some time. There’s plenty of room as this gym is packed with quality equipment and space! The owners are always around and take pride in their business. This gym has everything you need from a new gym goer to a 500+ lb squatter.
Come check it out! You won’t be disappointed.
