Powerhouse 306 is a great gym with a big variety of machines and clean workout equipment. The people at the front are always pleasant & helpful, and I feel safe after hours in the gym. Cameras everywhere. The key fob allows you access to work out anytime. There are various group classes to choose from!

Canceling memberships, allowing people to enter and be escorted out, retaliation, the list goes on.

Perfect place for traditional lifting. All necessary free-weight equipment needed for a solid workout. Enough machines to target accessory lifts. If you're looking for a place to not fight for gym space, throw in your headphones, and be unbothered while lifting. This is the place. All the feel of a bigger gym like LA Fitness without the crowd.. Very nice gym for those in between South Gordon/North Bartow county.

It started out really well here. Then, the owner was being rude to us, and if you're not in the owners clique, it doesn't matter. After she was rude to us, we canceled and went to Reps and Sets.

The owner has left a 1 star review on our Google business since we have left one on hers. Childish and unbecoming.

Updating review. After posting a fair review about my experience, they cancelled my membership without prior notice. They would rather retaliate instead of taking responsibility for their employees actions and acknowledge their mismanagement. Fair warning to anyone that is looking at joining this gym. It has not been a pleasant experience.

Frequent miscommunications with front office and issues with membership. Different individuals will give different information and no accountability. if you question any of it, you will get rude responses back. Make sure you get things in writing as what they tell you isn’t what they end up placing on your account. Classes have been cancelled at last minute multiple times. I enjoy the classes when they are offered but room feels cramped between equipment along the wall and number of participants.

Love love LOVE!! I’ve been to other gyms(Plant Fitness etc) but this one takes the cake! So much packed into one place! Classes are amazing and they welcome you with open arms as a newbie! Personal training is powerful and you feel you matter. I’ve finally found a gym home. I drive from Rome and pass so many gyms to go to this one. Owner is so caring, involved and supportive.

Love this place and we go 5 days a week. Any negative remarks are to be taken with a huge grain of salt. This place is amazing. Classes are top notch. Clean very well run and organized. Anything you need they go out of their to help you. And they love seniors. Check out the Silver Sneakers classes!

Very well kept & clean. Miltiple machines to use whether it be for cardio or weights. Also has seperate room for yoga etc. Bathroom and showers available. Also has meal prep available if desired.
