Coach Allen has a different approach to his training like no other I have experienced. His method includes nutritional support with follow through, attention to limitations due to injuries, and excellent safety precautions. The gym is clean and well-organized. Before each session he asks if we are feeling any pains or soreness and assigns workout sets accordingly. Each and every client is a priority. Allen is kind and attentive. As an "older" person with injuries, I know I am in the best possible place to safely stay fit!

Working with Coach Allen has been a game-changer. I signed up for his 6 weeks challenge which has really transformed my fitness journey. I spent a lot of time looking at this gym before I walked in the door. What was I waiting for?! Allen is an exceptional trainer, he is very knowledgeable and wants to ensure every client understands each exercise and its benefits. He is excellent at modifying workouts to fit individualized needs whether you have just recovered from a procedure or are a seasoned weight lifter.

Allen is a phenomenal trainer. He has been training both my son (age 10-12) and me together for the past two years. I feel and look great, but the most important point I would like to make here is the transformation in my son. He is not super athletic and is naturally introverted. Since starting with Allen, his confidence and swagger have skyrocketed. He proudly shows off his muscles and talks about boxing techniques that Allen has taught him. Prior to training with Allen, my life was filled with inconsistencies. I had gained a lot of weight, rarely exercised, and had a horrible sleeping pattern. It was difficult to stick with a nutrition plan because it consisted of always counting calories, which was stressful for me. Also, I hated getting on the scale. On top of that, I was taking multiple medications for several health issues.

I knew I needed to make a change in my life, but I was skeptical about signing up with a personal trainer. I felt as though I would be in a large group setting and wouldn't get the personal training experience I needed. However, after speaking with Allen and further research, I was convinced that he would provide the proper training I so desperately needed.

During our initial consultation, we discussed my goals and how to achieve them while training and on my own. Along with discussing a healthy meal plan with the foods I already enjoyed, he recommended natural supplements as well.

I have been training with Allen for 2 months now, and I can already see a significant difference in my health. I appreciate the time he takes to ensure every exercise is done using the proper form, and throughout the sessions, he always asks if I feel any pain. If I do, he makes an adjustment to the exercise.

I've lost inches off my waist, a few pounds, and gained strength and muscle. I have bi-weekly check-ins to check my measurements and stats. This helps Allen and myself to see my progress and if any changes in my exercise plan or nutrition are needed. The nutrition plan is easy to follow and includes a few special treats which I often enjoy.

Now that I have made the choice to live a healthier life, I've become accustomed to regular exercise and choosing healthier foods. I no longer have cravings for unhealthy foods, I feel energetic and accomplished. My clothes fit better, and I'm resting well at night.

I'm truly amazed at how well Allen keeps up with his clients and their needs. This has been a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to reaching my goals. Training with Allen has been the best decision I've made for my health, and I'm grateful for his expertise and guidance.
