The gyms community is so inviting and everyone is very encouraging of each other. All of the workouts are fixed to your individual skill level so it’s never not doable. One of their coaches, Caitlin, is who I workout with and she’s the best. She is super knowledgeable, and keeps you going without feeling pressured & it’s just by using her positive attitude. The owner of the gym is so inviting and wants everyone to truly succeed with their fitness goals, it’s nice to feel like you get a personal experience since the owner is there every day coaching as well.

I am a Floridian visiting my family for Thanksgiving and was invited by my cousin to workout at her local CrossFit. I’m an avid weightlifter at my home gym, but have never attended a CrossFit. What a great time we had this morning! Coach Tiffani is the real deal and her staff was top notch. Shout out to coach Hutch for leading the team by example. Thanks Alpha Fitness for getting a great start to my day by getting the blood and juices pumping! I’ll see you Thanksgiving 2024 to do it all over again!
