Penny is very helpful and accommodating. Great membership price that includes unlimited tanning, although I have my own personal tanning bed. Love that the gym is 24/7 and membership gets you in a their gyms when you are traveling.

I went during business hours to start a membership. The door wouldn't open and the employee behind the counter, on her cell phone, looked at me from the corner of her eye and then moved out of sight as I knocked..... I double checked the business hours online and on the door, they were supposedly open and it wasn't amywhere near lunch hour. Aggravating, but I just went to Waycross instead and signed myself +4 with another gym.
