I had health issues come up and requested my membership be frozen. Planning for surgery and a slew of doctors appointments and somehow I missed a payment. Payment had to be made before the freeze could go into effect. Fine whatever, I paid. I then requested to cancel my membership altogether and it took going back and forth with the owners a ridiculous amount of times just to get what I needed. I have pressure on my brain so much so that it thinned out my skull in places where it created openings and I had to have my skull repaired this past Monday. After my surgery my doctor informed me I would need to see a neurologist to determine the cause of the pressure on my brain. The gym is the last thing on my mind and I won’t risk falling off a machine or further injuring myself for the sake of “fulfilling contract terms”. The staff at the gym were always kind but the owners seem to care more about money and, as they put in the email, “holding customers accountable to terms agreed to in their contract” than people. It should not have taken the constant back and forth with the owners and the unnecessary passive aggressive comments made. Definitely won’t be returning to this gym and I regret leaving Crunch for them.

The AF Jefferson staff and facility are truly outstanding! I’ve been an AF member for many years, visiting locations across the nation and calling Athens, Hoschton, and Cornelia my home base at one time or another. Without a doubt, the Jefferson AF stands out as the best!

The facility is always clean and welcoming, the equipment is state-of-the-art and well-maintained, and the restrooms are consistently spotless. On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly and supportive, creating a great environment for members. While I’d love to see a few additional equipment options, what’s currently available is more than sufficient.

Kudos to the Jefferson AF team for maintaining such an exceptional facility!

I’ve been a member for probably closer to two decades and have visited so many Anytimes across the country. This was a breath of fresh air, seemed like the direction they all need to go in with some remodeling and revamping. This facility had plenty of free & cable weight options to choose from. Vending machine for this forgotten drink needs, clean restrooms, standup tanning bed, plenty of cleaning supplies for members, nice cool AC, and an extremely sweet young lady that was staff there. Definitely glad we stopped by on our travels and checked it out for the day.

This Gym is truly one of the hidden gems of Jefferson Georgia, 24 / 7 gym that’s always offering way more than expected! The owner is very involved an is reachable almost always. The equipment and gym is always clean including the bathroom showers . The staff is friendly a for once I see where my membership fees is going and I’m happy with it . Not to mention the price is great

Not perfect, but I rounded up to 5 stars because it's one of the best Anytimes I've been to in the greater Atlanta area. What do I spy as I walk in on leg day? Why a fully functioning traditional hack squat. That's being fit 5 stars right there. It was a really good one too.

As is all the equipment which seems relatively new, in great condition, and to of the line. The gym is clean, as are the bathrooms, and it seems like the members respect the place.

Could it use a little more here and there, sure (like an old school calf machine) but they have everything you need to have a great workout. The multi use area is large and open for a myriad of training.

All in all, a great gym.

I was on a year contract myself. For one, it is overpriced, way too overpriced to not even have the option to bring a free guest like Crunch or Planet Fitness offers. The staff is friendly, I will say that. But the lack of equipment is not worth it. The communication with this franchise is not good whatsoever, I had many issues with my payment & I’d constantly call trying to figure it out with them, but all they could ever tell me was “well, it says on my end your paid for so i wouldn’t worry about it if i were you” ONLY for them to say “we’re missing 6 months of payment, & you must pay it to cancel your membership” when I tried to cancel my membership. With how much I tried to avoid this happening, they couldn’t ever help me, & I believe they should have contacted me about the payments or helped me figure it out when the payments were having issues, not several months later. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this gym at ALL.

The owners are so amazing! I LOVE them and how friendly, compassionate and caring they are. Hands down the best gym environment I ever been at. Very clean and the music is great (just in case you forget headphones) so that’s a plus. 😆

I have a free 7 day guest pass but no way to use it since the gym wasn’t staffed the day I went. I called the number on the front of the gym to receive help but no one answered. I scanned the QR code pasted on the front door to see if I could initiate my guest pass online, the option wasn’t a available. If you’re part of a franchise then have the tools and staff necessary to adhere to promotions given out by the company or else don’t be a part of the franchise at all.

Awesome new facility, great staff and owners. Highly recommend! Very welcoming to adults and teens. My 16 year old enjoys working out there with his friends. What a great option for teens in Jefferson. So glad to have such a nice gym with new equipment.
