Gym itself is fine. My fiancée and I moved and he called and spoke to Chrissy about cancelling our accounts on August 14. She informed him she could not cancel them over the phone and provided an email address for us to send our request to. I sent mine on August 15 and have the confirmation of it being sent in my email. I noticed my account did not get cancelled and I’ve continued to be charged. I called yesterday and Chrissys narrative is completely contradictory. Chrissy claims my she asked my fiancée if he wanted to cancel my account in which he said no. I informed her he had me go sign us up for a different gym the same day he spoke to her about cancelling our accounts and that we signed up on a couples plan so it made no sense why he would say no. In addition she is claiming my email never got there but what is most frustrating is she wouldn’t even entertain the idea that maybe there was an issue as to why just quick to reiterate it never sent despite my evidence. The worst part is my membership got transferred to an out of town gym due my membership never being closed. She also told me yesterday she closed my fiancées account over the phone when he called, despite her telling him she couldn’t do that and I also have the text message he sent me from after the phone call indicating it couldn’t be done over the phone and we had to email them. He called her today to try and rectify the situation in which she continued to share her perspective and magically she said she received his email but not mine. It is also concerning that she would have taken his word for closing my count… so she says… when our memberships are not even connected and I wouldn’t have given any form of consent.

Everyone is busy and a human and things get missed but the complete disregard of any other possibility than Chrissy is right and we are wrong is ridiculous. If we hadn’t moved I would leave the gym anyways after this experience.

I don't understand why you all have hours posted for the weekend at all, specifically Saturdays. I've tried bringing a guest with me and I can never get anyone to answer and I've physically checked both locations just to find out there is no staff during the promised hours. I pay $40 a month, and I'm wanting to pay for my guest which benefits both ends.

I almost quit the gym because I didn't know what I was going but then (shout out to the manager Anna for setting it up) I had two private training sessions with Deon and then joined his classes. Deon is the BEST!!!! he's everyone cheerleader and hype man no matter what your fitness level. He's so great! Super sweet and helps everyone reach their goals! Thanks, Deon, for making me not afraid of the gym!

Water fountain has been lacking pressure either via an expired filter or partial line calcium buildup, however I've mentioned this a couple times now and continue to receive excuses from employees that NEVER offer solutions! I've talked with other tenants at this strip mall and they aren't having problems! It's not sanitary for guests to place lips on the fountain to collect a drink! This owner doesn't give one iota about customers!!

Very nice cozy gym, feels like a private gym even tho it is a commercial gym, it is missing some key pieces but I can let it slide, like there is no dedicated bench press, u can however turn the squat rack into a bench press if needed so u can still get ur benching fix in, the gym is also very clean and staff extremely friendly. I would pick this gym over the local planet fitness anyday even with the significant price difference the two gyms have

Depends on the time of day you go but it's usually not too over crowded. The gym is kept up pretty clean and the equipment is in great condition. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is a good gym one.

Kingsland location. It's never too crowded, there is a lot of equipment available to you, and the monthly membership fee includes enrollment for their daily cardio classes. Plus, there are on-site shower facilities, energy drink vending machines, and personal trainers. Anytime I ever had a complaint (like with a machine or restroom) that issue was taken care of promptly. You can't do much better for a mix of exercise variety, great staff support, and ease of use/access.

Wonderful staff. This is the best gym I’ve ever gone to, and I’ve been to local gyms, golds gyms, planet fitness, etc. The environment is laid back, clean, and friendly. Everything is fairly well kept up with. It’s simple, and no frills, but the price is fair. Also if you travel, it’s awesome to have a key that works at any of their locations.

It has everything you need. Nothing wrong with the place. Is the Members that are making it 3 🌟. No one puts the weights back on the rack. They lean the weights on the walls and to make it worse, No Social Distancing and almost no one wearing masks.

So, I entered the month to month plan after contract ended, emailed (30 day notice) on time for them to cancel my membership and my husband’s. One month later and they keep pulling out the 39.00x2 amount from my account. Talked to Khr.... and she said unfortunately payment will have to be taken out for them to later maybe refund. “Email got misplaced” . Manager one time promised to take late charges, that didn’t happen either. If I could give 0 starts I would. Management should be better and do there job. Do not recommend if looking for a place that respects your money.

I've been to over 120 locations I lost count a long time ago, this one top twenty no doubt. Incredible diverse equipment, outside the standard Anytime equipment. They have this inclined scissor lift thing that straight up hurt my feelings, really excellent. Great gym super clean and truck accessible.
