I have been going to Armourbody for the last five months, and while I loved it from the first time I set foot in their studio, I waited five months to leave an honest review that would reflect my entire experience over this period, not just my first impression. During these five months, I have become stronger, gained visible muscle mass, and can clearly see the improvements in my physique. The instructors here are all amazing and enthusiastic, and I can say that each of them cares deeply about this place as if it were their own. I also appreciate how they keep the studio clean and well-maintained, as that is very important to me. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone interested in strength training, whether you're a beginner or at an advanced level.

I’ve been working out here for a few months now and I really love it! I feel myself getting stronger and I have more confidence when I go to a gym because the instructors here correct form and ensure you’re doing the exercises right. It’s a challenging workout, which I love but still beginner friendly. I’ve had classes with almost all of the instructors and they’re all great!! It’s a very inclusive environment

Joining Armourbody was the best fitness decision I've made in a very long time. I go to 4 or 5 classes a week. In 2 months I'm seeing results I didn't see in years of going to the gym left to my own devices. With my schedule, I mostly see Jeremy and Steven, but every instructor I've had is fantastic. The different coaching styles are all effective and the variation helps push me further. The small classes let the instructors get to know my strengths and weaknesses so that they know how to push me (gently and less gently, but always just what I need). After only 2 weeks of the trial I signed up for recurring monthly unlimited and don't plan on changing my membership any time soon.
EDIT: 2 years later this is still the best fitness decision I ever made. Been coming 5 days a week since then and highly recommend anyone considering a membership do the same.

I attended Ben's workout class yesterday afternoon, and it was fantastic! From the moment the class started, Ben’s energy and enthusiasm were contagious. He created a motivating atmosphere that kept everyone engaged and pushing their limits.
What impressed me most was how he balanced intensity with encouragement. Ben ensured that everyone, regardless of fitness level, felt supported and challenged. His instructions were clear, and he took the time to demonstrate each move, emphasizing proper form and safety. He was attentive, offering modifications when needed, and made sure no one felt left behind.
I left the class feeling accomplished and energized. Ben's workout was not only physically challenging but also fun. Highly recommend!

There are so many reasons why Armourbody is such an amazing place! I’ve been a trainer at many different studios but Armourbody is hands down the best. The atmosphere and community are unmatched, and the small class sizes allow for personal connections. The workout out is challenging and leaves you feeling accomplished. Each day works a different body part(s) with sets of 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest. Overall, it’s a great workout with amazing vibes & energy! If you’re looking for a new gym home, Armourbody is the place to be!

Ex-crossfitter (too many injuries) and former OrangeTheory enthusiast (lack of results), I have become mildly obsessed with Armourbody since moving to Atlanta in January 2024.
The 50-minute lifting workouts are (currently) focused on muscle groups by day (Chest & Shoulders, Back & Biceps, Legs & Abs, Chest & Triceps, Full Body, and Arms & A**), utilize free weights, a weight rack, and a cable machine, consist of 12 varied exercises with 3 sets each in a 40 seconds “on” 20 seconds “off” scenario, and always conclude with a 4-minute “core blast.” The variety of exercises week-to-week has kept me engaged and I’m happy with the results I’ve gained. So happy, in fact, that I recently upgraded my Silver membership plan (8 classes/month) to Platinum (unlimited classes/month). The gym is clean, the staff and members are friendly, and I’ve rarely been in a class that has reached capacity (currently capped at 16).
If you need more convincing about the effectiveness of the classes, just know that the instructors are frequently there working out alongside you when they are not leading the class. To me, that’s a clear indicator of the quality of the workout AND the supportive community that Armourbody aims to create.

I've been a member of ArmourBody gym for the past two years or so, and my experience has been fantastic. The HIIT classes are exceptional, providing a structured and targeted workout every day of the week. They are great about sticking to their core structure, while still maintaining variety within the individual exercises to keep it engaging. I used to struggle with staying focused when working out (e.g. getting sidetracked by my phone), however, the format of these classes are fast paced and demand my full attention which I really like.
The class sizes are perfect, striking a balance between having enough people for energy and motivation while still allowing for personalized instruction from the trainers. I typically work out in the mornings with Ben, Matthew, and Kevin. They are extremely approachable, friendly, and create a positive & welcoming environment. These guys are knowledgeable, attentive to our form, and genuinely invested in each persons progress. You can tell they sincerely care and are extremely engaged with everyone in the class. I always leave feeling super positive and ready to start my day!
The gym is always super clean, weights are racked and tidy at the start of every class, and fresh towels ready to go for every class. They do an excellent job of removing many of the barriers to getting back in shape - you just have to do your job and show up!

I absolutely love ArmourBody. After just my first week, I'm already feeling more confident in my workouts. If you're like me and typically struggle with strength training, this class is perfect. The atmosphere is welcoming, the workouts are both manageable yet challenging, and the trainers are exceptional at correcting your form to ensure you get the most out of your session. I also appreciate the intimate class sizes, which make the experience less hectic. So far, I've mainly had classes with Benjamin and Kevin both of whom are incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve had so many amazing trainers here! Kevin Rodriguez, Matthew English, Whitney Jackson have all been so great. I just got out of class with Matthew. He does not take his job lightly and brings a light hearted atmosphere. He is very attentive during the entire class and will instruct everyone on proper form or praise people if they’re doing a great job. Love all the trainers here! I've been a member of ArmourBody for many years. The classes are structured so you get a great workout for all body parts and you do exercises you wouldn't know how to do on your own. Getting back into the groove post-pandemic hasn’t been easy, but Armourbody has been a great ‘return to fitness’ for me. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating, with my favorite coach being Benjamin L.

This gym is so sleek and inclusive! I’m pretty picky about the gyms I want to join and this is one I would for sure be excited to be a part of. I love several of the coaches there, but when I took Annmarie’s class I felt empowered and challenged. I don’t live in Atlanta, but every-time I’m in town, which is 6-7 times a year, I get the pleasure of working up a great sweat, building muscle and burning calories at ArmourBody. The gym is always squeaky clean and their instructors are extremely informative and attentive. I love that during the workout, they work the room, ensuring you are doing each exercise correctly for maximum results. If you live in Atlanta or just visiting and are looking for a fun, effective and efficient workout, ArmourBody is where it’s at!

Usually when I lift by myself, I struggle to stay disciplined and don’t push myself hard enough. With armour body, I was gassed after 10 minutes & kept pushing the whole time. I’ve only been to one session so far, glutes/legs, and was very impressed with the training program and facility. Really nice choice of movements, with transitions theoughojt lower body. Proximity of free weights to the rack, serious integration of bands, bosu ball and benches, etc... made it quick/easy to achieve progressive overload (usually very difficult in a Group training environment). My butt is sore the day after (also typically difficult to achieve in a group training environment). Very satisfying gym experience, I’ll be back.

Let’s be real, you’ve probably been to other studios or gyms, but ArmourBody is an experience similar to finally finding your swole mate: it just feels right. You’re almost always greeted by your trainer at the door and you can bet your brass they know what they’re doing. Classes are always prompt, fun, and challenging. Armour Body is the only gym that ever made me want to quit Class Pass and get a membership. Their workouts are so effective. This gym is like the modern family you didn’t know you needed. I feel at home when I come to my classes and have connected with so many people - including the instructors. There are different classes and different styles of teaching - find what works for you! I personally have not met an instructor here that I didn’t like! Regardless of whose class you attend, consistency will bring the best results you have seen in your life- at least for me it did. I took progress pictures at the beginning and then fell off, but my family and friends were noticing the changes in my body. When I did a look back, I couldn’t believe what I saw - who was she!? All jokes aside, these instructors curate wonderful workouts, make it light and fun without compromising results. I have seen people come in and crush their first workout and some have left early and that’s fine! Everyone has different levels - just keep showing up and you won’t be disappointed! Jeremy takes so much pride in this gym and it shows - his classes kill! Special shout out to the OGs: Nathan will come at you with the jokes + Whitney Houston and Chris will make sure your form is on point! Lengthy review, but this is a business I truly and whole heartedly believe in and I am so lucky to have found this gem on ClassPass years ago. Check it out, you might end up sore, but you won’t be disappointed!!!

His workouts are brutal, but he also understands that not everyone is built the same and he works with you to target focus the exercise to meet your fullest potential. What a great class! Apparently I picked the hardest day, Burt and Legs, as my first workout and boy am I feeling it today! Jeremy was super helpful in explaining what each exercise was and then correcting my form if I did something wrong. I will be joining this gym full time.

The gym is a great space to workout in. It's always clean, climate controlled, and you don't feel stuffed into a small space like many other gyms. The workouts are developed to target all the muscle groups depending on the day. Routines are changed up, so you don't get bored with doing the same exercise over and over. You will leave your training session feeling like you got your money's worth and more. I've seen great changes in myself over the past six months since joining. Thanks to Jeremy, Nathan, and Tod who have been the trainers for the classes I attend.

Armour Body is the best gym that I have been to. It is always a challenging workout and it is never repetitive so your body doesn’t get used to the workout. The instructors are all unique, but a challenging workout is consistent among all instructors. Jeremy’s class is the toughest yet most rewarding in my opinion (but they are all great). You will definitely get results if you go consistently!

I attended a 6AM Full Body class and it was one of the toughest yet rewarding classes I've been to! My main source of fitness is vinyasa and sculpt yogas, so this was such a perfect add to my mix. I stayed sore for a few days, but that just shows why I needed to change up my regular fitness routine. Circuit-type classes typically scare me, but Jeremy was such a great instructor and is very hands-on in the class to help guide. Not to mention, you can easily watch your peers in class to stay on track. I was constantly challenged the entire time and I was truly pushed to my limits.

I've been coming to Armour Body weekly the last few months and have enjoyed each workout. I've never had the same experience and enjoy the variation of the classes. Often I take the 45 minute HIIT classes and I leave sweaty and rejuvenated. The instructors are aware of their students and offer modifications if one has limited mobility or injuries. The facility is clean and great perks of complimentary bottled water and towel service.

I’ve been part of Armour Body for the past 6-7 months and it has been nothing but great workouts! They are different from what you’d get at other gyms and the trainers are very attentive to detail and form, making sure you don’t injure yourself.
