Let me preface this with I was extraordinary spoiled at Genesis prior to joining, however I digress.

The gym...is fine. There is room for improvement. Examples would be repairing the floor where the majority of their patrons stretch, purchasing a storage closet to store cleaning supplies (i.e. mops, brooms etc.), doing a better job of keeping the floor and restrooms clean, maintenance of their equipment or upgrading to newer pieces.

The staff are pleasant, for the most part. With the occasional person sitting at the desk in the a.m. more interested on whatever is on their phone then greeting people.

The price is more than reasonable, however you are getting what you pay for.

This gym is absolutely has the best variety and most thorough selection of equipment I have seen period!! I have checked the newer gyms and they don't even come close! I have spent years in the gym and Athens health and fitness sets the standard for options free weights or machines they have it all . The staff is courteous as well. It's a larger gym and plenty of space even when it's busy. Love this place. Whoever originally set this gym up and chose the equipment absolutely new what they where doing period!

I’ve attended this gym for several years. When I first joined, the 105 pound dumbbells were broken, and they are still broken. The 100 pound dumbbells were broken when I was home in December of 2024, and they’re still broken in June of 2025.

The gym demonstrates a pattern. Something breaks, and the gym doesn’t fix it. Something is dirty, and the gym doesn’t clean it. The Google reviews, and this one too, point to the gym ownerships having a lack of interest in maintaining their facilities.

If you’re local, you’re better off buying a memberships at Crunch. However on a positive note, the gym has great staff and a large variety of equipment.

They have a good amount of equipments, but they are all old and torn. They really need to teplace them. They are also so cheap with the AC. The place is so hot and you can get really sweaty soon. So many people come to the gym and yet they dont have the AC on. You are better off going to another gym. Will be cancelling my membership

Heard some old white man going on a racist rant inside the gym i go into all the time. I did not appreciate that as this place is in my community and makes me feel unsettled. It can be fixed but what will the gym do about that?

Extremely predatory subscription model that requires very specific notarized letters to cancel. Talk about jumping through hoops… I had forgotten about the subscription and they hired a third party to call and yell at me- even threaten legal action over $100. Are you serious? Avoid this place like the plague, there’s better options in Athens and it’s cheap for a reason.

I came across this gym because I was wanting a gym that had childcare. I love this gym because 1. The child care is awesome! The ladies are so sweet and my kids love coming here. 2. They have “parents night out” every 2nd Friday of every month, 5$ per kid for 4hrs!! 3. They have a women’s only mini gym inside the womens locker women! If any moms are looking for a gym with childcare and womens only mini gym.. I highly recommend!!

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: A lot of different equipment/machines to use. Large gym, feel as though if a certain machine isn't available that I'm looking for, there is always another in my circuit open. The front desk people seem friendly enough for a gym considering the limited interactions. I've seen fellow members help provide advice to others who seem to be starting out to help them maximize their workout. Large cushioned area for stretching and abs workout a super cool feature that I wish more gyms had. The hours are fantastic. They are always open early and tend to open late enough for me to get a quick workout in even if I'm working late at work

Cons: Cleanliness and maintenance. A few of the machines seem to be in need of repair and are missing the grips on the handlebars, ensuring you get this sticky gunk all over your hands if used. Others seem to be missing an entire part of the machine, which, according to the machine's diagram, is part of the machine to help maximize your workout. I can not speak for the women's locker room, but the men's locker room is also in need of repair. While it is cool to have a few cushy chairs, pool tables, and TV in there, they all seem incredibly worn down. Other things such as emergency exit lights or tiling seem to be falling apart, and I'm surprised this hasn't been addressed to help keep up the image of this gym. The lack of cleanliness standard here I also feel provokes members to not always clean up after themselves when using a machine. While I believe they have a steam room, they have been closed in both locker rooms due to "continued problems," which is clearly posted on the entrance to the locker rooms.

Neutral: While there is a wide variety of members here, I do believe it's skewed more heavily to college students. People's outfits here can be quite....interesting. I have seen multiple individuals wearing jeans (which just makes me think of IASIP). Like every gym, you might also encounter individuals sucking up time on machines while they mess around on their phones, a very minor annoyance and slight entertainment. They also have a multitude of both male and female trainers (in case you feel more comfortable with one gender) and a meal plan to help you with your fitness goals; though I cannot speak anymore about either since I don't utilize those services.

In summary, I don't feel they deserve 4 stars; while at the same time, I feel they deserve better than 3. If possible, I would rate them a 3.5, but since that isn't possible on google, I'm rounding up to a four. If they maintained their slightly equipment better (mainly by ensuring the grips were present and in good shape) and had a cleaner appearance (especially in the locker room), I would rate them a solid 4 possibly higher. I recommend at least taking a look at this gym if you are considering signing up for a membership.

One star update: Called to cancel my account over a year ago, was told it was done. Got a letter from a collection agency today saying I owe them nearly $300. Do not join this scam of gym.

BEWARE of their 30 day cancellation notice. You will have to pay any scheduled payments during these 30 days even the annual fee. Even though you not going to be there anymore. Men’s lock room is in bad shape, restrooms have smell horrible, I question how often you actually clean the restrooms. Stream room in the men’s locker room has been shut down for over 4 years. If you workout late, staff will basically start pushing you out 15 minutes before the closing time.

I usually am not one to leave reviews of any sort. Especially bad ones. BUT I was a member of this gym for I would say 3-4 months before I noticed that I was just not interested in going to a gym rather working out from home. I canceled my membership online and stopped paying at that point because why would I pay for a membership I don’t do anything for? Meanwhile, I’m living my life as one should and back in November (didn’t even notice up until recently) the gym decided to try and charge me $180.00 for my membership. Mind you, my membership was $25.00 a month. I continued to live my life and I get a call a few weeks ago from some guy saying that if I don’t give them $500.00 they’re attorney was going to “sue” me. I ignore it thinking this was a scam because I’ve never ever had this issue before with the gyms I’ve been to before. So fast forward to 2 weeks later, he calls me again saying the same thing and when I tried to tell him I canceled and shouldn’t have to pay he interrupted me and said “I’m not playing this stupid game, you know what you did and it’s time to pay up”. At this point, I’m like okay, I’ve done something to get my membership messed up so I had a payment arrangement set up. THEN I called the gym itself to see why I owed $500.00 and they proceeded to tell me it was only the $180.00 that I was late on when I only “closed” my account. That my membership had not been canceled but closed. When I signed up for this gym it never stated anything online that I had to come in and sign a piece of paper stating that I won’t be going there?? I received not one, not two, BUT THREE phone calls today from this man stating that I was “playing games” and threatening that an attorney would serve me at my place of work.

Firstly, this is severely disrespectful and unprofessional on this man’s end. And I’ve read other reviews at this point and this is not the first time he’s acted like this toward other people. Quite frankly, if he doesn’t like people, he shouldn’t work in a SERVICE POSITION and he should be fired.

Secondly, a gym is something that should not be a commitment as far as money goes because you never know what someone’s financial situation can be or turn into.

Thirdly, if it comes to this extent over a $25 GYM MEMBERSHIP, I’ll happily get an attorney and sue for harassment, false statements, threats, and I’ll be sure to get the money back from the attorney I hire.

Games can be played and this is not one of them. I will never return to this gym again as this has been the most difficult and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.

Lastly, I did not catch the name of the kind guy I spoke with on the phone but he was very nice and helpful to me figuring out how much I actually owed. :)

Wasn't that bad of a gym for $9.95 a month. Been with them since they were Omni and out of no where they hit me with a $21.95 charge per month. At the time I wasn't going here and hadn't gone in several months due to relocating for work. I never once got an email from them stating there would be a change In price. I mean if you're going to charge a 130% more you'd think they would fix their problems as the place has really gone down hill. I had to put a stop payment and dispute things with my credit card company just to put a stop to things!! Real greedy company!!

Frustrated! It's Friday, January 3rd, the second business day of the month and the gym has not updated the fitness class schedule for January. If I hadn't reached out to a friend, I wouldn't have known there was class today bc the gym hasn't updated the website schedule. Isn't January the busiest time of the year for this business? I've been a member for 14 years and I would hope for management to be on top of marketing and communication with its members. I rarely write reviews, but this was frustrating today!

I work out often with a friend and truly it is as far as size has plenty of space. every machine or piece of equipment I can think of is available. We have a great time working out there. The music caters to everyone that comes; varying in age and experience (I’m definitely a novice) On a sour note the cleanliness of the gym itself offers little comfort. Not to say sharing a public space doesn’t come with , give and take however I’m hoping not to take home anyone else’s hair. I can say this gym is an amazing place to go workout and hang with my friend. It’s a challenge to overlook the showers and hair from a week ago or the carpet in the women’s gym collecting hair. I believe this experience can changed. there are some things that I understand come with a sharing a public space. With a shared idea of the right direction regarding the potential here, I can see me continuing to workout here. I am very thankful to all staff and to my friend for bringing me along with her to work out. I do enjoy Athens Fitness and for improved regard to cleanliness and upkeep. (PS I’m willing to lend two hands)

Had to cancel my gym membership because I will no longer be living in Athens. Spoke with a “manager” there and she told me she would take care of the cancellation for me. (This was back in July) I get a phone call today from an “attorney” stating that they will take me to court cause I have not paid them. Come to find out I owe them $400 for the remainder of the year. When I informed him that the manager said she canceled my membership he got sassy and told me the only way I could cancel was if I were to have relocated. I told him that was my reasoning and he stated I would have had to give them my new address and sent a 30 day letter. Which I was told nothing about. I would have done all of this if I was informed.

Edit:
McGuire has emailed me and is investigating the situation. I greatly appreciate it. And great customer service on their part.

They made sure my membership was cancelled but did not offer a refund. So I paid for about half a year of a membership that I did not use. Nice

I joined this gym under the assumption that it was a nice gym. After being a member for awhile now I see differently. It seems that a lot of things are either broken or really worn out. I hate that the steam room doesn’t work. And it seems like they’re not even trying to fix it. It’s not very clean either. A lot of trash in the bathroom area. I feel like this could be an awesome place if they tried just a little bit harder. And to the gym please don’t respond with a generic reply because it’s obvious you’re not trying to fix these things. Don’t worry you’ve got me locked in for a least a few more months. However I don’t know that I’ll be renewing my membership.

Sadly over the years my review is down from a 5 star to two stars and now to one. I saw someone at this gym bring in their own ankle cable bands to put on the machines because for over a year now the gym has not replaced any missing pieces to the equipment. The rug is shredded and looks really bad in some places. These replacements are inexpensive and there is no excuse to go month after month without taking stock in how this place is perceived by members. Letting things go downhill for this long is not saying much for the owners of this establishment.

I’ve been going to this gym for a few years. I was a member when it was called Omni, but cancelled my membership after a year because it was too expensive. After about a year, Crunch opened, so I joined it because it was cheaper and people hadn’t really caught on to it yet. Well, tons of people left Athens Health and Fitness to go to Crunch, so the crowd was now unbearable. So I left Crunch to go back to Athens Health and Fitness because AHF had now lowered the monthly rate to be competitive with Crunch. That lost in revenue, while trying to maintain the amenities is what I think contributed to what many guests complain about. Since rejoining AHF, the service and quality of the experience has declined. The gym has GREAT equipment and a ton of options (I would actually rate the equipment 4.5 out of 5), but the cleanliness and maintenance of the overall facility brings my overall rating down to 2 out of 5. The men’s locker room is blazing in the warmer months, the showers have been being retiled for almost a year and a half, and the staff fails to perform basic actions to make the place presentable for guests. I often work out in the morning when the gym first opens. On numerous occasions I’ve walked into the locker room and it appears it hasn’t been cleaned since 8am the day before. The staff opening or closing the facility should pick up any trash or towels laying around. I’m sure maintaining the facility is expensive, but a lot of the things people complain about can be addressed from simple ongoing upkeep. Please get all six showers operational in the men’s locker room. There’s constantly a wait in the mornings when there is a rush of guys trying to get ready for the day. It’s also tragic that the steam room is no longer working. That’s one of the things that made this gym stand out. Overall, I do think this gym could be the best in Athens, but the staff don’t treat it like it is.

I've been going to this gym for years, so I will say I continue to go here out of habit and to avoid the hassle of switching gyms. This place was fine when I joined, but it's pretty gross now. The men's room is falling apart. For example, the doors of the lockers are falling off their hinges, two of the five toilets don't work, the paper towel dispensers are often broken, and one of the sinks leaks constantly and doesn't work. The showers, steam room/sauna area are gross. I will never use them.

The water fountains were directly below a leaking air conditioning unit, so I think that's a good way to get water-borne illnesses. These water fountains were removed with a water dispensing machine, but that's been out of order for a week now. The one near the ladies' locker room works. Before the water fountains were removed, they were full of rust and corrosion.

The custodians work quite hard, but this gym is beyond the point of needing serious renovations. When it gets to this bad of a level, there are only two options: the financial solvency of the company is so bad that they're just trying to ride it out, or they have the money and refuse to invest in the improvements.

This gym has so much potential with space, location, and an interested customer base. It's squandered as of right now. If I were just starting to look for a gym membership, I would not join this one.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from two staff members at Athens Health & Fitness, specifically Natalie and Kaitlyn. From the moment I walked through the doors, their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression.

Natalie and Kaitlyn went above and beyond to ensure that my visit to the gym was seamless and enjoyable. They greeted me with warm smiles and took the time to answer all of my questions, providing me with detailed information about the facilities, classes, and membership options. Their knowledge and enthusiasm were evident, making me feel confident in my decision to join.

What truly stood out was their willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate my needs. When I encountered a minor issue with my membership card, Natalie and Kaitlyn promptly resolved it with efficiency and a genuine desire to assist. They patiently explained the process and made sure I felt comfortable and valued as a member.

Throughout my time at the gym, Natalie and Kaitlyn consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication to their roles. They were always available to address any concerns or provide guidance, ensuring that every member felt supported and welcomed. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist created a welcoming atmosphere that made me excited to return to the gym.

I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with the customer service provided by Natalie and Kaitlyn. Their exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for the members truly set them apart. Athens Health & Fitness is fortunate to have such dedicated and personable individuals on their team.

In conclusion, Natalie and Kaitlyn's outstanding customer service at Athens Health & Fitness exceeded my expectations. Terrible customer service! The front desk ladies (Natalie & Kaitlyn, to be exact) are lazy, entitled, and flat out disrespectful! My Husband (a member of 7years) works outs faithfully at the gym.. No issue ever, until today! My husband left his key card at home (activate account, now) because the front desk ladies had to manually check him in "It's a problem?"
The level of disrespect that was given was so uncalled for, all because he left his key card at home and the STAFF members had to actually do their job and check him in? No where in our contract does it state " In order to workout we must have our key card at all times!" How dare you tell my Husband " You have one more time to leave your card", Yes, I called and Spazzed out on them! How dare you disrespect a paying customer in that TONE OR MANNER?" Who raised y'all?
When I asked "They" stated its a new policy .... "WELLL SHOW ME WHERE THIS NEW POLICY WAS BROADCAST AT?! In fact, I don't even care about that damn policy, you don't treat ppl that way, especially customers that haven't missed a payment on their account!" Managment, kindly waiting on a response.

The gym is great it has multiples of each machine, and the staff is friendly.

The biggest issue the gym faces is cleanliness. There’s been two buckets collecting water from the roof few a few months now. The treadmill area usually has candy wrappers and empty water bottles on the machines. I hardly ever see people wipe the machines down after use and leave them covered in sweat. There are paper towels, disinfectant spray, and antibacterial wipes available to use but most people ignore them. I had a friend get a staph infection from a different gym because of that problem, so I clean each machine before and after use. There should be more of an attempt to get everyone to clean up after themselves.

Other than cleanliness, it’s a great place to workout. There’s lots of exercise options for everyone to choose from so anyone should be able to have a quality workout.

Dirty facility. Many machines badly in need of repair. I was a member here when they operated under a different name. The same machines are still in operation, and they are gross. Exposed wires on certain machines, and peeling instruction labels on others. It doesn't show that they care about the upkeep of their machines. Tried cancelling membership, and they made it a nightmare to do so. It is going to cost you to cancel. They lied and said I never asked to cancel, but I did. They then added fees to my account before i could cancel. BEWARE!

Side Note: I don't have my last name posted for a reason. You cancelled my account already.

The only somewhat okay thing about this gym is the woman's only area. unfortunately, all the woman's area equipment is old and not so great but at least it can be considered a safe place. I have a problem with this gym because of the fact of all their fees and lack of care for the customer. My card was apparently compromised and for some reason autopay was not going through. I heard about this two months after. I brought this up to a manager and he or she sent a screenshot where it states they tried to email and text me multiple times.... I never received any of these alerts. I don't like to assume a business is blatantly lying to me. I checked all my spams in all the emails I have and I even looked at my phone records. I have nothing in regards to this. I refuse to go back and forth with someone because that is not who I am and it is not fair to someone to have to hear that. I will be canceling my membership and paying the $188 ( btw only 40 of that is two months of membership) and never working with this business again.

This gym has horrible customer service. Everything is old and the restroom stinks as if no one cleans them. The staff is not friendly. The energy in there is dark and dead. If you like good energy, this is not the gym for you. If you try to cancel your membership, they will continue to charge you afterwards and you have to dispute it with your bank. Don't bother calling them because they will give you zero help. The only plus side is that it's plenty of parking because no one goes to this gym.

Called to cancel, can’t unless I show up in person. I was going to overlook the broken equipment, awful smell and general uncleanliness not to mention the saunas not working for months and don’t get me started on their “other location”. I’m Not typically slamming businesses because I understand things happen but they could at least show some courtesy, I’m traveling and offered to send my wife in person but nope. If you’re considering this as your gym, think twice and read the reviews (something I should have done)

Ive been a member for years(since it was omni).A good gym overall. Pros: It has lots of space, equipment and competitive membership fees as well as nice staff with a great variety of classes and personal trainers. Great place to get in shape and gains. Cons: A/C in men’s looker room hasn't worked properly for some time leading to high temps and everything being generally wet all the time from condensation which is unsanitary and also a slip hazard. Equipment repairs seem to take a while as well. Regardless of these, I recommend AHF.

The membership is over priced for the condition of the equipment. Multiple ones were broken. The sauna wasn't working as well. They do have a lot of classes u can take and they have shower doors where as other gyms I've went to have just a small curtain. They also have a women's only gym.

Athens Fitness is simply amazing! I have visited over 30 gyms in my travels, but Athens Fitness stands out for their outstanding equipment and friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the staff was more than happy to answer all of my questions and guide me through the gym.

What truly sets Athens Fitness apart is their top-of-the-line equipment. I was blown away by the selection of machines and free weights available, as well as the best attachments I have ever seen in a gym. From resistance bands to kettlebells and everything in between, Athens Fitness has it all!

The staff is always available to provide support and guidance, which makes working out at Athens Fitness a pleasure. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to lend a helping hand, making the gym feel like a true community.

Overall, I would highly recommend Athens Fitness to anyone looking for a high-quality gym experience. Their amazing equipment and friendly staff make it a true standout in the fitness industry, and I can't wait to visit again! Five stars all around!

Signed up for a free 3 day pass and was told I could not work out because I don’t live in Athens. My county has no gyms and this location is only a 20 minute drive from my place. This location used to be great but maintenance is clearly no longer a concern to the management team here.

For almost two years now half of the men’s showers have been out of order. The steam room is disgusting and smells. The sauna has rotten wood. There is never cleaning supplies available to wipe your machines. The roof leaks every time it rains so much that they put out several plastic totes to catch all the water. The floor is a safety hazard, there are holes under the padding that you could easily trip over.

This gym is more expensive than other local gyms and is always very busy. There is absolutely no excuse for the state of this place.

A member here and it is only because of the Saunas. The gym is very unclean, has an odor most times, and everyone seems to be okay with it. No one ever wipes down equipment because there is never disinfectant to use. The saunas have trash underneath the booths. The staff is super friendly but they clearly don't take pride in a sanitary environment. Have never once seen anyone clean.

This could really be a 5 star gym if there was simply a commitment to a professional sanitary clean feeling gym. I maintain a membership at another gym just to have a peaceful clean feeling experience without the saunas. Hopefully this motivates some solutions and actual wiping stations for a cleaner environment!

This gym is great, it has everything I need & more!! Lots of open floor space and plenty of equipment. Terrible membership cancelation policy.
I was under the impression that I was able to cancel my general membership and personal training after moving out of Athens, someone from staff indicated to me that it was taken care of. Yet, apparently they only canceled the PT and NOT my general membership, and they are continuing to reach out regarding this payment. This is predatory, obviously set up this way to make a profit from people that don’t attend but continue to pay. I don’t blame individuals there that don’t make the policies but are just doing their jobs - I had a great time with my trainer as well - but because of the owners, board, or whoever the hell else is making the decisions, DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER HERE unless you have money you like throwing away.

Extremely predatory membership cancellation policies.

Recently, had a horrible experience with membership cancellation. I moved out of the region and could not cancel without jumping through a process designed for you to give up. Don't sign up for this gym. They absolutely refused to work with me to cancel despite the distance, and their sales manager even hung up on me whilst I tried to cancel. They require you to cancel in person or via a certified letter. Their membership contract simply states you must cancel via writing, not via certified mail. It is simply ridiculous to have to jump through so many hoops to cancel a gym membership.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM

Stay away if you expect professionalism. Unfortunately, the gym's incompetent and unprofessional staff has shown that they are not prepared to support the fitness community. I have plenty of examples and will only state four:

1. On yesterday (Thursday, August 11, 2022) , a large ceiling fan, fell to the ground from above the Treadmill machines. The 5:00 AM staff did not know what to do and froze in place. It took clients (including my colleague) to remove this plan away from the machines.

2. I have another colleague who signed up for a group class that he prepaid for $49. The class was inconsistent and at times did not occur. And when the instructor did show up, my colleague was informed that the instructor could not teach the class if only one person showed up. This was a 6:30AM class that my colleague (who is a corporate engineer) had to schedule to attend. After my colleague approached 3 people (Tyler, an frontdesk attendant and the Club Service's secretary, Natalie), he was refunded a prorated amount of $20. There was no concern nor action to actually remedy the situation nor to be of service to the client.

3.The ceiling leaks and leaves puddles of water on the track floor. Once again, no concern nor care about liabilities.

4. And finally (I could make this a list of 10+), the locker rooms are worn out and in shambles. It is surprising that the health dept hasn't shut this place down.

I don't normally post warnings nor post bad ratings about companies. Nonetheless, the public should be forewarned and know disarray before signing up. Athens deserves better than this and my alma mater, UGA (which they chose as their decor) should file a defamation suit for being associated with such a disgraceful establishment.

This gym is a TOTAL scam, especially for college students. I was on the other side of the country during summer and had to order a new card due to fraud. They then charged $73 because my subscription payment was not processing, even though I hadn’t used the gym. They also make you cancel in person, so there was literally nothing I could do. They will take advantage of you. It’s a scam and they are well aware of it. Don’t come back with “it’s our 30-day cancellation” rule because this has nothing to do with that. They also don’t have lots of broken equipment.

Athens health and fitness has a great facility but i am not sure what is the deal with some of the staff there. I am a very chill and understanding person. I also work in customer service so i completely understand but i am not happy with the service I’ve been given here. I’ve been going there well over a year, maybe almost 2 and have had it with the incidents I’ve been through.

1. A previous trainer they had walked over to lecture me about “training” my brother when i was clearly working out with him. He trainer comes over in the middle of his training session to tell me “we have a strict training policy, you cannot train anyone” mean while the person he was training (working out right beside us) he wasn’t even standing with. It wasn’t until we walked off to do something else did he confront me about something he wasn’t even paying attention to. When he walked over i was clearly sweating. I didn’t know just giving someone advice on how not to hurt themselves was a problem. Although this person no longer works there, it’s apart of my experience.

2. Every so often i have guests that i bring with me. The process is simple, you bring your guess they sign the sheet, workout, no questions asked. But one particular day the the women at the front desk, Ray, makes my guest go back to his car to grab a form of ID. She said she wanted to make sure he was local.. if it’s guest privileges why would someone need to be local? That’s the point of the “guest” privileges. I have friends from out of town I’ve brought there without any questions, multiple times. In fact any guest ive ever brought to that facility has never been Asked for there ID. If that’s the policy that’s fine. I have absolutely no problem with that.. but I know for damn sure your facility is no ID’ing every guest that walks through that door. Especially to make sure there “make sure they are local” So if that’s the policy not just one employee should be exercising that policy. It needs to be across the board. I really don’t care if the girl is new, if it’s a company policy everyone needs to know and abide by it. Don’t have half people following and other half doing what they feel like.

3. Today, i went to workout and as i mentioned i go there very often. Just about every time i go in, i ask for a towel. No one says anything just hands me the towel and let’s me go about my business. But today Ray, proceeds to check my account to make sure i have towel privileges. Which is understandable if that was the policy from the beginning. Or even if that has been the policy it was never explained to me nor exercised with me until today. Then i was asked if i would like to upgrade to the membership that comes with towels.. now i don’t think anyone in there right mind would agree to paying more monthly fees for the same exact benefits they’ve been receiving. That’s just nonsense. I really do not appreciate the miscommunication among the staff. And once again, i know for Damn sure the people at the front desk are not checking everyone’s account to validate they have “towel privileges” whenever they ask for one. I really do not appreciate that.
