The one start reviews are TRUE!!!!! RUNNNN!!!
Safety is Non-existent! My daughter BROKE her arm and I didn’t even get a phone call to come check it out and she NEVER even called afterwards to see the out come. If I could give negative starts I would!

For Parents Considering This Gym

I’ve stayed quiet long enough, but this needs to be said.

After paying nearly $3,000 in tuition this season, the end-of-season experience was beyond disappointing and honestly embarrassing. We were promised that the girls would receive a sports bra, shorts, and tank top as part of their dues. What did they get? A cheap trophy with no names, a low-quality bracelet, and that’s it.

The banquet had no decorations, just a tray of cupcakes and a fruit tray. There was nowhere to sit—just tumbling mats. No effort. No thought. No accountability. Straight embarrassment.

We also never received the Youth Summit gear or the tank top, shorts, and sports bra that were included in our end-of-season dues. I was told when I was behind on payments that a bow had already been ordered and they needed the rest of my payment ASAP to order the clothes. I paid immediately months ago and still, we received nothing. Where did my hard-earned money go?

But honestly, the biggest issue isn’t even the money that’s part of it but it’s how this gym treats children and families:
• The coach has yelled in my 6-year-old’s face like nose to nose after putting her on a L2 youth2 elite team an Expecting her to learn a new routine with in the same day after she switched her
She kept saying to her “ your only 6 yrs old you don’t know nothing Your a child” ( video proof)

• She regularly calls the girls “losers,” spazzes out on them, and creates an emotionally stressful environment.
• She talks to parents disrespectfully through the app, but acts like a victim in person.

And after a negative review was posted on a facebook post she begged other parents to write fake positive reviews. When whoever wrote the post did not miss one point it was all facts but I believe she had the post took down but I’ll share it here

She also requested a payment before a big comp I sent it and then shortly afterwards she send a msg saying she no longer wants my daughter on the team after I sent the money whenever I spoke to her in person I would ask how is she .. her response would be she is fine I don’t have a problem with her but when I asked to explain what was the problem she couldn’t in person she told me it was the whole team and she’s done with all of them but get on the band app and say something different

This gym has a history of mishandling money and breaking promises, and the environment is far from healthy for young athletes.

My daughter has been here since the first season, and I genuinely thought things would improve—but it’s only gotten worse.

If you’re thinking of signing your child up here, please reconsider. Ask questions. Talk to other families. Don’t ignore red flags.

There’s so much more I could say, but honestly, it would require an essay. So I’ll leave it at this:

Our children deserve respect, support, and honesty not a program that tears them down and takes advantage of families’ time and money.

Enough is enough. Silence protects the wrong people.

Now WATCH HER Narcissistic response to me writing this post or acting as if nun of this is true / playing victim or somehow turning it on me like I did something wrong ….

ATL Xtreme prides itself on structure, discipline, high stands and work ethic while giving developing athletes a fun, championship experience in a safe environment. Any parent/athlete that resonates with these values needs to run, not walk to be a part of this amazing team and organization.

My daughter absolutely loves this gym and Coach Z. We have been at this gym for a year. This by far has been the best experience for us . Coach Z is very professional and explained everything to us from the competitions and the financial aspects. She communicated everything to us. My daughter has learned new skills and is confident more than before at our last gym. Cannot wait for next season to see what she has in store. The competitions were top tier . So glad that we found our new gym home .

We’ve been at this gym for 2 years. The skills my daughter has gained speaks volumes for Coach Z. Coach Z is a professional and a fun coach. She does command respect; which is something all coaches should require! The competitions we attend are top notch and expectations are high. We will definitely return for our 3rd season!

Very unprofessional. Customer service is horrible when addressed about the professionalism not being top tier as described it would be per contract. Very rude to parents! Do not recommend at all for your babies

My daughter has concluded her first season of all star cheer, and I have ZERO complaints. Not only did my daughter learn numerous of skills all communications were prompt through the band app. I am thrilled for her many seasons to come at ATL XTREME!

Run! If I could give a negative star I would. When we first came to this program it was off of a recommendation. Commutation was great until after getting me to sign up. Never answers email or internal communication. Ignores parents and try’s to use Team mouths as her mouth pc. Expects standards from athletes but does not teach or operate according to her own standards. Commutation horrible and has tantrums. Picks and chooses who she is going to have an issue with. Needless to say if you have the communication skills of an adult , this may not be the place for you. Don’t let the ads fool you! Don’t get me started on technique. How are athletes at the same level as they began at . And yes the athletes put the work in! It’s her! Lastly her turnover rate is alarming ! She has had over 10 girls across her teams that have left due to horrible team moral and organization . Would have had better results on a rec team! Best of luck , skip and pass go for the moms who take Cheer serious.
