My husband and I have been training with Eric for over a year now. As new grandparents, we were concerned with our overall health. I had a shoulder injury and uncontrolled diabetes. Eric is a knowledgeable, motivating and patient trainer. I have a lost 35 pounds, my A1C is below 7% and I feel stronger than I have in years.

As someone who has tried several gyms/trainers in the Atlanta area, ATL strength club is a gem of a find. The community amongst those training together keeps me motivated and excited for the next workout. Working out with ATL strength club has renewed my goals and focus to a healthier me!
Head trainer, Eric, provides benchmark assessments and keep you accountable with your goals without creating unnecessary gym anxiety. He’s accommodating based on your fitness level and previous injuries. Most importantly, he’s focused on FORM.
Regardless of fitness level, I highly recommend giving ATL strength club a try.

Have been working with Eric for almost 2 years now. My experience with him has been more than amazing. He know what’s he is talking and if he doesn’t know, he’ll go do his research. With in my first year of working with Eric was able lose over 50 pounds, all while going through the struggles of being a new mom who was in remission and battling Postpartum depression. He cares about his clients! He checks in on you inside and outside of the gym, just to see how you are doing mentally and physically, so that he knows how he should be supporting and coaching you. I couldn’t asked for a greater trainer!

Eric is hands down the best trainer anyone can ask for! When I first started there were things I couldn’t do because of previous injuries and he found alternative exercises that accommodated that. I’ve seen so much improvement in my form and am so much stronger than when I started training with him. He is helpful outside of training sessions as well, helps me stay accountable with my nutrition and cardio. I couldn’t imagine training with anyone else! Wouldn’t have made this much progress on my own!

Atlanta strength club is amazing! I have been training with coach eric for over a year and he is the best trainer! I have gotten so much stronger, but not only that, I have done so in a safe way. I have an ankle injury and Erid makes sure to tailor my workouts to what my body can do and will always make sure my form is coreecr. I would hands down reccomend coach Eric and Atlanta strength club to anyone!

Eric is truly the best trainer in Atlanta!! His clients’ results speak to that and you can tell he genuinely cares about out fitness goals and overall wellbeing. Absolutely the best trainer in the city of Atlanta hands down! You can tell he takes pride during his workout sessions. I haven’t had any other trainer to give me the results and motivation he does. I absolutely love the flexible schedule leaving you to get your session in either before or after work…. He even does professional videos so you get a chance to actually go back and review yourself in action which even gives more motivation to put the work in!!!

Eric has been a great trainer in every sense. He gave a meal plan to follow which is extremely important because abs are made in the kitchen, but also because the nutrition drives performance in the workouts. The plan isn’t super rigid and hard to follow but does give a firm outline for whatever you’re trying to accomplish. Now the workouts? Man I thought i was working out before but once I started with Eric it was like starting at square 1. Workouts are focused, high intensity for the whole hour you’re there. You’ll get pushed way past your comfort zone but the results will come. It’s not a get fit quick scheme you really have to do the work, but your body will change, strength will increase and you feel the difference.
