I absolutely love taking Anthony’s Bikram Yoga class at Be Hot Yoga. He’s an incredible instructor — calm, focused, and truly zen. His voice alone helps you settle into the practice, and the way he guides the class makes the whole experience grounding and peaceful. Every session leaves me feeling balanced and refreshed. Highly recommend his class to anyone looking for a great Bikram experience!

I have been to this place many times for hot yoga, but this time Leebo was the hot yoga instructor. I am not trying to be rude but he was over weight and did not do one single yoga pose. He just was telling us what to and drinking water the entire time while telling us we had one water break. I have been to many yoga sessions, hot or not but have never experienced the instructor not even attempting one pose. This was lazy work and I did not enjoy it as I usually love it. I will not be going back to this place.

I want to extend a heartfelt *thank you* to Kathy for the incredible care and kindness she showed me during my first class back on the mat in over a year. After undergoing ACL repair surgery in December, I was incredibly nervous about stepping into a hot yoga class again—uncertain of my body, my balance, and my strength.
From the moment I walked into her class, Kathy created a space that felt safe, welcoming, and deeply compassionate. She greeted me with warmth and took the time to learn about my recovery. Throughout the class, she offered gentle guidance, thoughtful modifications, and constant encouragement—never making me feel like I was behind or out of place.
Her presence is grounded and nurturing, and the energy she brings to the room made me feel held and supported, both physically and emotionally. She reminded me to honor where I am in my journey and to breathe through the process—something I truly needed to hear.
Thank you, Kathy, for meeting me exactly where I was with such grace and genuine care. You’ve reignited my love for yoga and reminded me that healing can be beautiful, not just hard. I’ll definitely be back—again and again.

Very rude lady refused to let me in the class because I was 10 minutes late. Even after I explained I was stuck in traffic for 40 minutes.
In class app (the app u used to reserve the class) it does not say they will not let you in the class if you’re late.

Love the location and class BUT Qishanda is an instructor on a power trip- she starts the class 10 mins late almost everytime, rarely remembers the humidifier and bullies anyone not on the fitness level she needs. My friend is small but postpartum so she takes it slow but always wants to come try- Qishanda made sure to tell her 'water won't help you' and intimidate us out of the front row. Hope the instructor can find her peace so the Costa Rica sisterhood trip she is advertising can be more inclusive than her class.

Yesterday was the first time for me to do Hot Yoga in Atlanta. I was so thrilled to know that Be Hot Yoga offers a 60 minutes Bikram Yoga class. It is the ultimate place to do Bikram Yoga in Atlanta. The place is very convenient, the sign up process was flowless. Steph our instructor for the 60 minutes was great. The facilities is excellent. I like the fact that they have a variety of durations 60 minutes, 75 minutes, and 90 minutes because I wanted to ease into it and not do the 90 minutes right off the bat

I’ve been coming to Be Hot studio for about a year and a half. Every teacher is fantastic! I love the heat and sweating all of the toxins out during the yoga classes. I just added the hot Pilates classes and I love them too! Lots of modification choices if the exercise is too difficult or when I get tired. Give this place a try - you’ll love it!

Came here a lot for the past 3+ years. Most instructors are very good! Just finished my last session here before moving to Seattle. Hope more people will get benefits from this studio. Please keep an eye on you Jewelries though, not like most other places, anything valuable left behind will be gone.

I really enjoyed the 3pm class today. Lauren was a wonder instructor. I appreciate the grace and support she showed those who are new to yoga. For those like myself who cannot always hold the poses she didn’t make you feel less than about it. She encouraged you to do what you can take the benefits of what you body can do.
I appreciate not having to do any downwards dogs during today’s practice. I would like to come again and have her as my instructor.

Love all of the classes at Be Hot Yoga but on Sunday, 12/31/23 it was my first MYOFASCIAL RELEASE class and I loved it! I felt so relaxed and lighter and felt a release in all of the places that I have tension in. I will definitely be going back to this class consistently. Plus, Lanise has an ESA dog in there that is so adorable.

Drove 35 miles to get to this place only for it to be closed. I don’t believe they are in business no one answers the phone no one answers the door. They claim they are only located in Utah. Well WHY are you still advertising in Atlanta and still accepting money for a location that is NOT in business since COVID!

I took a 26&2 class while I was visiting Atlanta and loved it! The heat & humidity were good, despite what a few other reviews said. The instructor was lovely, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. They are currently following CDC guidance by not allowing mouth-exhales, which felt very strange to me at first, but I got used to it pretty quickly. I’d definitely go back the next time I’m in Atlanta!

I moved to Atlanta in June 2021 and spent some time going to other yoga studios that didn’t feel quite like home to me. I finally found Be Hot Yoga almost 2 months ago and I can’t believe I didn’t find them sooner! The instructors are so knowledgeable, kind, and inspiring, I enjoy every class I take. Please note that this is not a vinyasa yoga studio, they teach the 26 & 2 series as well as hot Pilates classes so definitely hydrate before coming for a class! The studio has showers as well as free parking (just remember to validate or they will boot you). I tried out their $69 intro month offer and was immediately hooked on how much better I felt leaving a class. I highly recommend trying them out! So happy to call this place my new yoga home!

The space is beautiful, welcoming, and has everything you need to feel supported for a positive class experience (mats, yogitoes, coconut H20, lockers, free parking, etc). The instructors make 26 & 2 hot yoga accessible to everyone, while honoring the traditional dialogue for more experienced practitioners to continue advancing their practice. This is a "Happy Place."

This is bikram style hot yoga and one of the last places in Atlanta to offer it . I’ve moved too far to attend regularly anymore but if I lived in town , I’d be there 5-6 days a week. It’s the same 26 postures in a well thought out order done twice each in a room heated to around 105 degrees. The results are amazing if you stick with it. If you are not particularly flexible or suffer from middle aged stiffness, this yoga is for you. It’s all sweating and stretching focusing on the work of the postures. No silly chanting or weird yoga cults to dodge.

They need to change their name to be warm yoga. I've gone to this studio off and on for about a year or so and the classes are never as hot as they should be for this type of yoga which is Bikram. Without proper heat this is not a good workout, this studio apparently doesn't understand that. You will leave feeling like you haven't gotten your exercise in for the day, very frustrating. I've heard others with the same complaint and they have moved on to other studios. There are many other studios in the area that offer true hot yoga but this isn't one of them.

Pretty disappointed. I have a lot of injuries and do the best I can. I tried 2 match the poses as best I could with needed adjustments. I was told that doesn’t work, that I should stand or lie still if I can’t do exactly what they are doing. I explained that doesn’t leave me with much of a practice. I was told that this wasn’t the place for me and I agreed. First time ever having this happen to me at any yoga place I go to. I Left feeling bad about myself rather than good about what I could do. The discrimination is sad to say the least.
Response to owners response- You’re discriminatory and the behavior and practice is actually illegal. Nothing about what I did is or was distracting or unsafe. I have disabilities and you didn’t like the way it looked in your class. It’s a yoga class not a prestigious show. People should be able to practice yoga at their pace and not kicked out or pointed out for not being your standard of perfection. The essence of yoga is the complete opposite of the way you treated me. “The nature of yoga is to shine a light of awareness into the darkest corners of the body.” It seems you need to do some evaluate how you see and treat people. Yoga is patient and accepting you are neither of these.

Visited the studio while on vacation from California. From the moment I entered the studio, Iana made me feel so welcome and comfortable to show up with my full self. Lets talk about how I went to my 1st hot yoga class in a studio since pre.COVID19 where I was greeted at the door with 20 questions from a cacausian, woman maybe 30s, about whats the difference between Raja yoga and Bikrama and other practices such as Hatha, Kundalini, etc.. i was over it by then. BeHotYoga company statement sounds good yet it so was not the case for me. Here's their statement:
WHAT WE BELIEVE
BeHotYoga Atlanta is Atlanta’s original Bikram 26/2 style yoga studio. We offer an inclusive studio where everyone is welcome. Our purpose is to provide safe and supportive space for people of all ages, shapes and sizes to gather and share their practice. In a world full of distractions and stress, BeHot is a place where you can come and empower yourself, sweat, stretch and refocus.
once class started and throughout the class, the instructor Daniel consistently singled out the 3 brown yogis his class. I cant speak for them, I can only speak for myself. when he cued me to correct the tucking of my pinkys, I was tucked properly to MY BEST ABILITY, and he kept pushing for me to tuck them. I responded i am tucked tightly thank you. I was over it. So over it.
Daniel also assumed my mat was plastic and wouldn't be good for hot yoga when in fact my mat is designed for hot yoga (#liforme). Once I placed my towel I use for hot yoga on my mat, Daniel again said I would need a full towel and gives me one after I said I didnt need one. I placed it to the side and he walks by and says o you not gonna use it.. i didn't use it...Again, annoyed even more.
I've taken Bikram classes in the past in Minnesota, GA, and in Cali, i am familiar with the practice.
Never will I take his class again.
O.keep in mind b4 class I blew a flat tire, changed it myself, which put me 1hr. late for a business meeting however the last hour was salvaged.
After all that I was looking forward to my hot yoga experience. Only to b treated like this. Im good..

I used their $50-deal to try out their classes in May. I experienced two instructors. I didn't like either of them. First one ran the class like it was boot camp so I found it hard to focus. But his style didn't deter me from returning. I didn't like the second instructor. She called out my name 4 times to correct my posture (to her liking), After the class, she told me to bring a towel (assuming that I didn't know to bring a towel). I explained to her that I was rushing and forgot to grab my yoga towel. She STILL had to go on about bringing a towel. She assumed that since I was new to their studio that I was new to bikram yoga. I hated my experience at this place.

I’m going to bring down your points. This studio is horrible. The owner is exercising communism during the yoga classes. They will not let you breath out of your mouth during yoga classes where we are already 6 feet apart and on our own mat. This is unacceptable. I was treated terribly for being me. I will be looking into how I can sue you for infringing on my freedoms are rights as a citizen of America.

Bikram-style hot yoga is one of the best things anyone can practice for their health and well-being, and I cannot say enough good things about this particular studio, and the instructors! This is a warm, friendly, welcoming place, that is delightful to practice in! I’ve been attending this studio regularly for the past year.
The instructors follow a solid Bikram-style tradition, with the 26 poses and the dialogue. But they also add in modifications, which makes it accessible to all levels of fitness, and they are wonderful at expanding the dialogue to help students make sense of some of the more complex movements.
They also offer other yoga classes. There are descriptions on the schedule. They do offer a great selection of classes, to fit most schedules.
Parking is free and plentiful, but can be a bit tricky to understand at first, so it’s best to arrive 15 minutes before your first class, so they can explain what you need to do to get your car registered with the building. Once you’ve done that, it’s easy-peasy.
Amenities include a good-sized locker area that is common to the entire building. Lockers are day use only - bring your own lock, or lock your things in your car. (There are also cubbies inside the studio where you can leave shoes, keys, phone, etc. and the studio is locked during class).
They usually have new-student specials (which is what I did before joining). Check their website for details.

This is a wonderful studio with amazing teachers!! I have been attending regularly for over a year and a half. I actually do not remember what my life was before Be Hot Yoga!...I am calmer, my mind is more focused, weight has come down, health has improved like no tomorrow! I cannot thank all the teachers and owners enough at Be Hot Yoga for what they have offered me for my mental and physical health. This life long practice is amazing!
I love my second home😊

I have never thought I would be so invested in a daily routine the way I am with the Be Hot 75 classes at this studio. I began going in late February and attended 24 classes in 30 days as part of the March challenge. I feel so good about the balance of strength and flexibility I am working toward in every class. I have taken classes with Diana, Jason and Kathy the most and they all have particular styles and insights which keeps the routine of poses challenging and unique. I hope that everyone can find an inspiring part of their schedule in everyday life and I am so thrilled I have found mine at Be Hot!!

I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love this studio. I've been coming for at least 5 years, and it really does change your life. You sweat, purge detox, stretch, burn calories, and zone out/meditate. I tracked over 500 calories burned in a 90 minute class one time using a calorie counting device. The new owners are great, the teachers are all excellent...and having three showers available and a nice locker room is a huge convenience. It does get hot in there, but you get used to it and then you love it.

Be warned, this is not a Bikram yoga studio. The teachers are lovely and well-intentioned and take liberties with the traditional 26 + 2 series by adding in different postures here and there. Also the approach of teaching is softer than one might want or expect from a typical Bikram yoga class. This was mostly fine and I had fun.
The heat was good and the facilities were clean and ample.

This studio is the real deal! Throughout the years my practice has brought me in and out, but everyone I come back, it is like I never left! For one my body and how much it loves the practice and the heat to give me the extra umpf! Secondly the teachers(yogis) and owners who the heartbeat of the studio. They embrace all students with equal love and respect of where your practice is and encourage all of us to meet your body where it is that day!
Try it out, this is a great way to unwind your body, with heat , open your heart to yourself (in the mirror) and to Laugh.
