My experience at Bio Gymnastics has been very negative. In my opinion, the organization and management are poor. While I was there, coaches were constantly being switched around, which affected the students’ progress and stability. When I tried to express my concerns, the only solution offered was to change my schedule, which I feel does not address the real issue.
To me, this lack of consistency and attention to students’ needs shows a lack of seriousness. If you’re looking for a place where your daughter can grow in a stable environment and truly develop in this sport, I personally would not recommend this place.

BIO Gymnastics has a wonderful training program, accompanied by a wonderful staff. I have had my three children (2 boys and one girl) enrolled for nearly a year now, and they love it!!! Highly recommend!!!

My Daughter loves It there. Teachers are great and kids are learning. I agree that it's getting crowded nowadays. Too many kids and no parking. But these are all logistics. We still go there and will keep on going till my daughter is learning. Also they are flexible moving her class and help with new classes when required. Things can improve like they can have water fountain which is the minimum need for every one. Also can add something for snacks.

It appears that Bio was once a thriving successful passionate gymnastics program. However, my daughter has been attending Bio for about a year and it's extremely underwhelming. The facility is ALWAYS filthy. There is always trash all over the waiting room and the bathrooms are consistently gross. Recently, the waiting room has been turned into a daycare of sorts (?) Which I am assuming is to accommodate for the staff's family's children and not the members.

The gym, most of the equipment inside appears to be dated and on its last leg. The majority of the coaches act like they are completely annoyed that they have to be there. For the entire year my daughter has been at Bio, I have yet to see them give the kids ANY sort of positive reinforcement or motivation. They coach by pointing and watching. That's about it.

The office staff is unreliable. Hugely unreliable. We have been asking for months for information about 1 on 1 classes that they offered to help our kid progress in the program. They told us that they were in the process of redesigning the 1 on 1 program. That was about 6 months ago. We have continuously requested information to have 1 on 1 classes and they always have a different reason as to why they can't give us information about it.

If you want a fun, positive, motivational space for your kid to learn gymnastics, this is not it. We just happily unenrolled.

My daughter had her trial class today and we couldn’t be happier! The girls at the front desk are super helpful and have the friendliest personalities! The coaches are very attentive to the students and seem very friendly! My daughter loved it and We are super excited to start our gymnastics classes with BIO!

Feedback from someone whose kids attended Bio for over 5 years. Bio gymnastics used to be great, however over the past few months, quality and experience has dropped drastically. This has become fully commercial center. It’s a factory for recreational classes. Do not expect them to focus on skill development, consistent trainers or kids growth. They have over 650 kids, no one cares of particular kid’s progress. Classes are merged, coaches changes, timing changes, all this without any info to parents. You are off your own!

This gym seems to be very unprofessionally run. There is a lack of proper safety around equipment and the building was very unclean. The staff is seems unorganized and class instructors are changed frequently and very rarely give evaluations. We gave this gym a good chance but moved on to a place where our daughter feels valued, safe and has fun.

Enrolled my daughters 5 and 7 in here few months back . They love the staff and enjoy their sessions. They look forward to their classes every week which is great for us parents to see their interest and love for gymnastics!

We are new to the area and were looking for a gymnastics place for my daughter. We immediately felt the warmth of the staff when entering. My daughter had come in the middle of the season and how nice it was to encounter positive feed back on the skills she had lost. I’m writing this on the heels of her first competition with Bio Gymnastics. Not only does my daughter feel welcomed and cared for but the proof is in the pudding. Her team received 2nd place. What a beautiful blend Bio Gymnastics has with fun and professionalism. So a big thank you to all the staff at Bio Gymnastics.

BIO is amazing! My daughter has been going here for 6 months and LOVES IT!! They are patient and understanding with the kids with a great balance of expectations. You can tell they love what they do which creates a great atmosphere to learn for the kids.my daughter has become stronger physically and mentally since starting here.

Today I did my daughters Birthday party here and it was absolutely the best time for all the kids(and adults that participated lol). Highly suggested if looking for a place to do birthday parties. Huge shout out to Mrs Marta and Kendra for making my daughters day so amazing and fun. You all are the best!

Both my daughters have trained at Bio Gymnastics. The instructors gave them individualized instruction even though we all knew I didn't have future gymnast one my hand. I have also worked with Bio as a vendor an can speak to the attention to detail and friendly manner business is conducted.

My daughter loves gymnastics and was so excited after her first class in May. She loved it so I signed her up for June classes and we planned on her taking classes for as many months or years as she wanted. Then the weather warmed up and we realized there was no air conditioning at this gym. Told it was broken one week and was told they do have air conditioning. But here it is almost July and not one session since May has there been air conditioning. There were no fans last week either and just doors to the outside open each time we go. My daughter was so hot last week she said she didn't want to come back.

My daughter absolutely loves her tumbling class at Bio! Her coach and the asst coaches along with the staff are so amazing. They are encouraging and super sweet. My daughter has only been going for a about 4-6 weeks and has already mastered some skills she was afraid she'd never get down. She is challenged while having so much fun too! Thanks Bio Gymnastics... you guys are awesome!!
