Blaze Gymnastics is one of the few places that offers classes for 2-year-olds, and it was a great experience! My daughter recently started loving to jump off her balance beam at home, so we did a $30 drop-in trial class. Coach Jason did a fantastic job balancing the needs of both new and more experienced students — he’s energetic, encouraging, and meets kids right at their level. They also offer monthly classes around $90 and private lessons for $40 (30 minutes), which is a great value for the quality of instruction. We’re waiting until our daughter can jump on her own before enrolling full-time, but we’d definitely recommend Blaze to other families with little ones!

My daughters both really enjoy Blaze and working with Coach Jason. We went there for help with cheer stunting for my middle school daughter. She has flourished so much under Jason’s coaching that she progress extensively in a very short time! He builds confidence as well as skill. Now I have 2 daughters in tumbling and cheer and they love it! Couldn’t be any happier with the team at Blaze!!

I am so happy we gave Blaze a try after going to other facilities in the area. The class structure is perfect for teaching the basics of gymnastics while introducing the kids to the different areas involved. The coaches are amazing! They are hands-on during class helping support development of skills and proper form. They also work well with the age group, keeping them engaged and not losing focus to quickly (as 4 and 5 years olds do). I cannot recommend Blaze enough!

Blaze gymnastics is simply awesome!!! The staff is so kind and gentle from Prada who immediately greets you with a nice smile and good energy to the head coach Jason who is not only gentle and sweet to the kids but extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this field. The facility is very safe and cleaned spotless. My daughter enjoys her time here and has progressed so much within a short a few months. I also enjoy coming in knowing my child is in great hands and I can comfortably relax in the lounge area .

We have been sending our daughter here since they open back in April and when I tell you, this is the absolute best gym for your babies. Your children will love it. It’s geared and centered around them and they also care so much about their parents. You have an upper level to be able to look over everything they always include parents. They keep parents in the loop and they also look after your parents. Also, the siblings of those that are participating in the gym class. They have activities for them. We absolutely love this gym and the OWNERS are amazing! Coach Jason is so patient, encouraging, and really knows how to bring out the best in every child. Prada is who we spoke with for signing up and he reassured us through the entire process making it so easy to sign up and get started. The environment is very positive and clean. Blaze Gymnastics and Cheer in Buford has truly been a game changer for my daughter! She’s been in gymnastics since she was 3, and by the time she turned 7, I felt like she wasn’t progressing the way she should. From the moment we joined Blaze, everything changed.

The progression in her skills has been amazing, but what stands out even more is the spark and excitement she now has for gymnastics again. She comes home talking about what she’s learned, how much she feels she’s improving, and the respect she has for her coaches. It’s such a positive shift, and as a parent, that means everything.

Coach J, in particular, has been incredible. I’ve watched him work closely with each gymnast—recognizing their strengths while gently and clearly helping them improve on their weaknesses. He’s hands-on, encouraging, and makes sure to correct bad form right away so the girls build strong, safe habits.

Whether your child is just starting out or already advanced, Blaze is a place that feels like home. My daughter told me, “Mommy, I feel more confident in my skills, and I love doing gymnastics at my new place.” Hearing that confirmed we made the right choice.

I can’t say enough great things about Blaze! The owners and instructors make a point to make every session magical for the kids. They have very small class sizes and really focus on making sure that the kids are doing the exercises properly. They also give the kids stickers after the end of each class to reward good behavior and go up and beyond to make the class fun and entertaining. My daughter thoroughly enjoys it and looks forward to the class every week!

My daughter attended Blaze while we were in the area for the summer and we have nothing but high praise for this gym and the owners. I’m honored to have finally found an adult tumbling class!!

Very beginner friendly but I’m here to work on handstands and A backflip I’ll need to book a private to focus more on this.
The Thursday adult tumbling has alot of conditioning warm ups.

After being in the "cheer world" for several years I find myself guarded and question ones true intentions and plans for my kids. I can say without a doubt I was taken back and faith restored when I walked into Blaze. After meeting Jason and Prada we were instantly comfortable and excited for the sport again! I signed both my children up for classes immediately. Under other instruction my daughter could barely do a cartwheel and was so defeated and let down, with Jason in only 10 minutes in the first class she could do a near perfect cartwheel. After the second class she could almost do a walkover. Jason is rebuilding her from the ground up with confidence and skill! Most importantly my girls adore them both and their beautiful presence and infectious smiles! I cannot wait to see what they do with my children.

I cannot say enough good things about Blaze and their crew so far! My daughter talks about her coaches all the time!! Coach Jason and Prada (the owners) are sooo sweet, fun, and knowledgeable, as well as Coach Emma and Coach Katie. My daughter is obsessed with all of them haha! It’s a smaller gym, so the kids get more time with their coach and more of their focus. There’s not a zillion other classes/kids distracting them around the gym. My daughter is thrilled whenever it’s time to go to gymnastics! We’re so happy they opened here! Highly recommend!
