It’s amazing here. You will meet some awesome people, the staff here are very pleasant very nice very informal. If you have any questions they can answer them all. they also have three personal trainers here and they offer free classes to members like spin classes, yoga classes, cardio classes they even have their own massage therapist their it’s amazing.

What a miserable gym. My first red flag was that you need a membership ID to even enter the front doors.
Staff is reluctant and often not available, too much equipment in a tight space which makes it difficult if not dangerous to navigate. Dystopian with abundant signs of “we’re watching you :)”, a $25 charge per guest you bring to your membership and unfortunately the clientele and trainers reflect this. A self proclaimed trainer went out of their way to hide the identity, ask me to come to the gym just to berate me for placing business cards at the front and effectively to never come back and lied that that “the girls have them at the front” but instead threw them away and every time I return to my car, I find more unique key scratches on my passenger side door even if I park on the opposite end of the parking lot.

I changed gyms to Crunch Fitness about 30 minutes north and when I just mentioned Body Tech as my last gym, they instantly knew and recognized all the issues I had. They even gave me a month free while I have to pay an additional month just to cancel my plan at Body Tech as a welcome gift.

Also this Body Tech is overpriced, you’re better off anywhere else. Screw this place, they may not even be insured as a gym either.

Dangerous, rip off, unwelcoming and plainly miserable.

Owner doesn't seem to care that I canceled months ago and I haven't received a refund for being charged twice since (over $130). I have called over 4 times and still nothing has been done- very frustrating. Be aware of this when you sign up.

A gym that really cares about gym etiquette. It's cleaner than most public gyms, not crowded, and is 24/7 for members with Access Cards.

It doesn't have a pool or court, but has all the machines you need for workouts/cardio, and a mat room.

The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I attended a boxing and spin class at this location. Both classes were just what you would expect, challenging and fun. Love that this is a smaller gym, but they have all the equipment you need to get a good workout.

This gym has all the equipment you could need: dumbbells up to 125+, multiple flat benches and inclined benches for both barbells and dumbbells, multiple squat racks, punching bag, all essential cardio equipment and more. Went to this gym for 5 years during breaks from school and the atmosphere has always been friendly and encouraging for all fitness levels, and everyone here is ready to work. It's a shame I don't live in the area anymore because you couldn't ask for a better gym.

I love, love LOVE this gym. They have been key in my weight loss journey. This is a small homey gym where everybody is very friendly and willing to help. They have awesome classes and are always willing to give you advice if need be. I will never go to another gym as long as I am in the area. Kay and her group are Magnificent!!
