The workouts pack a whole lot of punch in just 20 minutes! They are great! I love coming to Body20! It doesn’t get better than these exercise routines. They are targeted to burn fat and gain muscle. All the team members are amazing and really care about bringing out everybody’s beast potential! I have really enjoyed training with Simran. She is a great, attentive trainer at Body20. She is very knowledgeable and focused on helping me with stretching exercises and maintaining a good form to achieve my fitness goals safely and efficiently.

Do you need inspiration?
This place is a goldmine for those "-ations" you need in your existence. There is no such thing as a bad trainer here. Every one of them offers a unique quality you will latch on to. Whether it is Danny, Colby, Dash, Jazilyn, Isaiah, Thomas or Jackson..... each one is unique and offers a special twist. You will find yourself mixing up the trainers with your sessions.....in other words, you will not find 1 trainer and just be exclusive to them. You might, and if so...if that works for you...that is awesome..... but the whole team is superior.

Also....they are all walking encyclopedias..... have questions about food? Have concerns about your body? They can help you. I am disabled and they have tailored these workouts for me. Someone in a wheelchair can.....and HAS.... done these workouts and found success.

If you arr at a constant dead end.....if you have yried everything, like me.... just stop in and look. It costs nothing to look and ask questions.

This place is the absolute best. Worth every penny. The staff is so very friendly and professional. DANNY, Thomas, Jackson, Isaiah, Patrick.....all make me feel so important and like I belong.

And the facility is immaculate.....I feel I could eat off the floors in there.

All the staff encourages you to ask questions. They are excellent at offering direction. This will go down as one of the smartest decisions I made in 2024......to join BODY20

I became a member of Body20 prior to them opening. I must admit that even upon joining I was skeptical, but figured if I don’t see results, I could simply move on with 30 days notice.

Well, I have seen AMAZING RESULTS. Body fat percentage has dropped 5% in 3 months. I can see and feel the changes taking place. The staff is great and the workouts can be tough, but worth it.

It’s a 20 minute workout so it’s great for people with limited time. I recommend visiting and trying the demo.
