Post workout wind down at Body Jump Fitness in Marietta, GA. I have to give my best friend credit for turning me on to this gym. For. 6 months straight she told me about this new workout using trampolines and various circuit training routines that are customized daily. Classes are signed up for the night before and the owners/ trainers customize the following class based off the level of fitness and number of people that signed up the night before. Routines are rarely the same yet the intensity is never compromised. Dont be discouraged if you aren't at some peak athletic performance place... it's ok. The owners/ trainers will set a pace suitable to you're ability (they don't want to run you into the ground but they WILL push you outside of your comfort level but again... you'll only be pushed as far as you're physically able to perform) over the summer I was in fairly good shape and could keep up with the challenging workouts, however life stresses and hard times going in to this past winter left me out of shape and feeling weak on all fronts. I went back to a class this week and struggled through the entire workout but Cedric (owner/ trainer) encouraged and motivated me, helping me to focus and push through. I felt humbled at my lack of strength which is a dangerous mind set to be in because its easy to give up and that point or to feel worse about yourself than you already did. Cedric could see me struggling and busted a Phill Jackson on me, redirecting my focus to get me "there". I left the class feeling motivated, sweaty and proud.....and sore but the kind of sore that feels like a badge of honor. I love this place, the workout is outstanding, the owners are clearly born to do what they do and the results are no joke. Big fan.

Love BodyJump! Itβs as close to personal training as you can get in a group setting with amazing owners and instructors who actually care about their clients. Most of all itβs a super fun/high energy workout that also happens to be a huge calorie burner. Iβm hooked and you will be too!

I have lived in a lot of areas in the US and always struggle in finding the "perfect" place to work out. I am absolutely one of those people who loves to train BUT I also get bored very easy and I need to be held accountable, so typical gyms don't work for me. I found Body Jump Fitness online in the early summer, I sent an email to get information and within the hour, Cedric had called me back. His personality alone, I knew I was going to like this place. I went in the next day for the trial class/month and have been going 5 days a week since, I'm completely addicted! Both, Cedric and Nunu, are not only amazing and super fun instructors, but they both GENUINELY care about every member. They know each person so well, they will push you to a level you don't even know you have. They call and check on you, they give advice, hold you accountable and don't let you ever give up. Although its considered "Group Training" its a close as you can come to personal training and so much better. Every day is something different, so it never gets boring, actually, even the hardest workouts are a blast, well, after it ends :-) Best quote from Cedric "I will give you all you need, support you and push you, but you have to do the work, unfortunately, I cant do that part" Both he and Nunu have done exactly that, they give me 100% of themselves to motivate me, so I feel I owe them 100% giving back. Since July - I have lost about 10-12 lbs and went from a size 16-18 to just about a size 12 (almost there) and I am still going! Body Jump Fitness...AKA..Cedric and Nunu have changed my life!

This is such a great new and innovative way to burn calories while having a great time. I attended a body jump class this past Saturday 1/12/19, and I was very impressed. I didn't know what to expect initially, however the instructors and owners were very informative, encouraging and helpful! I received a FULL body workout in an hour, and it was amazing!!! Please go jump at Body Jump Fitness, you will not be disappointed.

This is by far my favorite workout I've had in ATL. The classes are challenging and push you to your limits but they are also insanely fun. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and cater the workouts to your limits and goals. If you're looking for a workout class that will kick your butt and motivate you, you've found it! Cedric and Nesrien are amazing and treat everyone like family! Thank you guys!

This place is amazing! The very warm and welcoming personalities of the owners made it such a pleasure. Now, that workout was intense! They encourage you without making you like a weak link. I hadnβt worked out in quite some time and this place made me excited to return the next day! BodyJump is a fun experience... Dancing, jumping, and a great workout! The group setting is a total blast, and I enjoyed the challenges during class. It is also great because you can go at your own pace. π

BodyJump is the first physical fitness "thing" I've found that I truly enjoy. I love the cardio aspect but it's more than that, each class targets different areas. Interval classes are always different, with a mix of free weights and core work. And because the classes are smaller I always feel like Cedric (awesome trainer) is close to correct form or modify an exercise). I am so glad I tried it because 4 months later I'd call myself a regular. I go 2-3 times a week. The workouts are fun and I always walk away burning at least 450 calories most times over 500. I recently cut 5minutes off my 10k time thanks to BodyJump - in addition to building endurance my ankles are stronger through balance exercises on the trampoline. Best of all my body has changed since I've been going to BodyJump. I've lost pounds and inches and dropped 2 sizes! Can't say enough good things about BodyJump!

Best workout ever! Whether youre in shape or out of shape you can go at your own pace, but motivating yourself to go harder is so easy! They have a bracelet that tells you calories burned, heart rate and what your heart rate percentage is. I went to an interval class so there were some weight training involved so its a great way to work both cardio and strength. The instructor was super fun, encouraging, and corrected us on our form which was great! Go here its the best!

I swear I never burned as much calories as I did there. On top of that, they were fantastic staff. They had 3 people helping you and motivating you the whole time. They made sure that I was having more fun and doing the workout the best way that fit me which highly paid off. Fantastic place, highly recommend this.

BodyJump is so much fun. it is a great workout and feels like you are playing like a kid again. Itβs chal;lenging and the class goes by quick. I highly recommend it for those who are looking for something different and unique. Also, Cedric the owner truly cares about those who join. He has followed up to check in on days I may have struggled due to an outside health issue and has made modifications for me based on non class caused injuries. If you are looking to have some fun and be clhallenged to be your best in a supportive environment, this is the place!

My sister and I did the boot camp class and it was a GREAT workout. I played college soccer and thought this workout was comparable to the workouts I did in college as a college athlete. We burned over 500 calories. It was intense but also enjoyable at the same time. The instructor is very motivating and has passion! We will definitely be back!!
