I was apart of the Milledgeville Mamas group and BODYPLEX has been so helpful and welcoming. I had rpm with Barbara twice a week for all 4 weeks and she explained everything so well, had a different workout every week and kept it fun. I loved every class and even went today for her valentines class. On Saturday I did small group with Courtney, she always had different workouts planned every week so we weren’t doing the same thing as the previous week. She kept me motivated and pushed me to keep going. I’m happy to say I joined the gym and can’t wait to keep this fitness journey going. I can’t thank Amberly enough for getting this group and program started and for my amazing coaches I had during this time.

I've been going to bodyplex for close to 10yrs. What's cool is watching the business grow as well as the staff. The gym is large with equipment for any and everyone. I'm not not familiar with the classes but seeing the people coming out is something that scares some but if you want to challenge yourself, step in for a good time. The schedules are above the water fountains.
The staff and trainers are friendly and treats everyone with kindness but are very stern when needed to get you in shape.
I could continue but too much and people don't have time to read.

I was surprised to find that this facility has gone down a path that I haven't seen before and that is to post political signage of only one side within the facility. Of all the gyms that I have been a member of, never was this allowed in any of them including apparel like shirts or hats. They were very professional and respected all members by keeping politics and other non appropriate things out of the facility. When I inquired about this, I informed them that this is very disturbing and insulting but was told that the owner is permitting this and there are no other escalation protocols to discuss. The owner is allegedly doing a favor for a member at the expense of alienating and upsetting other members and apparently doesn't really care. What business owner does this kind of thing? So if you want to go to a place and not be told who you should vote for in an election, this may not be the place for you.
