I joined than went to wo and the entrance door kept opening everytime someone passed by.!!! I was the only one there and felt completely unsafe!!!On top of the equipment being very, very old and half of it not working properly, it's not worth it!!! They charge as much as other gyms around that are much nicer, cleaner and most of all safe!!!

Hasn't changed much since I came here back in early 2000s. For the purpose... It's a gym and you can get your exercise on. Lose weight and gain muscle. However, if would be nice if they could invest some money for a paint job, actually clean the weight racks(dust, hair and oils) and equipment. Maybe do some equipment maintenance with the damaged foam. It would be amazing if the pool was back up and running but I'm sure that's a huge expense.

24/7 gym access! With the hours I work, I never have to worry about closing times or missing out on getting my workouts in. Love the staff and new ownership. Totally recommend Cairo Fitness to anyone looking for a lifetime membership!

I have a tan membership here and I absolutely love it. It's 24 hours, so if you work late or something, you can still use your membership with their lay down beds. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Definitely love this place!

It's old and it's wore out but it's affordable. This is a good gym for older folks and that's a lot of who goes to it. I like it and love the indoor walking track.

Very clean facility. Accepts Silver Sneakers. Friendly and helpful staff and patrons. Lots of machines to help upper body strength, and love the treadmills and stationary bikes. Like to be able to take classes for fitness and cardio.
