This is definitely a very transactional business. The employees will never allow you to talk to the manager because they have no accountability at all. Nothing against the coaches however their way of doing business is not very customer friendly. Had a recurring issue where their automatic payment system would not work with Navy Federal. I brought it up to them and they claimed that they are charged an extra $20 each time this happens. I brought up other possible payment methods which you would expect from any professional business. Their staff also promised me that this problem would not happen again and when it did charging me another extra $20 as expected they did not take any responsibility and claimed they could not do anything about it. So much for serving decades in the military and getting a discount. It’s more like a military surcharge if you bank with Navy Federal. Having done my own business before, I do understand the repercussions for negative feedback so I always give many chances but if the owners are unwilling to accept any responsibility, it is my responsibility to make sure people are informed about how they operate. In addition to this their website also showed that they were open today but they are closed and pretty sure they won’t be giving anyone refunds. This business is definitely very shady and will do everything they can to cheat you out of your money.

Giving 3 stars as coaching has been good thus far. If I were rating solely on administrative personalities and customer service it would be zero stars. Everytime you ask a question they respond as if they are being inconvenienced. All their info is on the paper application which you fill out and turn in. They provide nothing for future reference, their website is lacking of many details of their policies and calendar. Whether emailing or asking in person they are simply not friendly or inviting at all. Their waiting/viewing area is very minimal and uncomfortable. There aren't enough chairs and only partial viewing available unless you are literally standing at the viewing window. We chose C&C because I didn't want to go to Hayden's. It's just too chaotic and busy. We have only been here a few months but I won't push my child to continue if she doesn't truly love it after a few more months. For what they charge monthly plus the annual fees, they should be pleasant and happy to answer questions.

I wanted to be sure to come back and give a review of how much we loved and miss C&C. We did the mom and tot class for several months before our military move. We truely grew to love Coach Cassie she was so patient and kind to our apprehensive toddler. We left excited and confident working with her. Our new gymnastics in VA does not compare to the program at C&C. I find myself comparing not only her gymnastics but also her dance classes to the superior classes at C&C. At C&C, even at a young age your child will learn technical terms, structured skill practice, and one on one practice in a group learning environment, we did not realize that wasn't the normal experience. Thanks Coach Cassie you have an awesome program and set the bar so high. We miss you so much!

Nice teachers and class structure. Wish they would get more seating upstairs for parents.

Very rude staff, and deceiving business practices. I signed my girls up in 2020 and suddenly had to move to another state due to a family emergency. I called to have them dropped from the class since we wouldn’t be returning. They only take payments by auto drafting from your bank account, so I had to make sure the payments stopped. Well the payment didn’t stop after I asked to be removed, so I had to do a stop payment from my bank account. Fast forward to 2024 I return and try to sign my daughter up, I asked them to look up my old account. The lady looked everywhere and couldn’t find the account, so I signed up as a new participant. Paid all the fees and tuition (IN CASH) because they don’t take cards, and my daughter started the same day. I get a call two days later from the gym telling me that they found an old account from 2020 with a balance of $140 that included a $20 return fee. She told me my daughter wouldn’t be able to return to their gym if it’s not paid by the upcoming Saturday. I explained to them that I moved and my kids weren’t attending the classes anymore and I called to drop them, and she said you should have come in the office to withdraw them. I told her I was no longer in the state to do that. She didn’t care she just continued to repeat well you have to pay the $140 or she can’t return. She even offered to take the $20 return fee off if I make the payment bringing it to $120. & if I decided to walk away she said I can be refunded for the new classes that I signed up for. So I decided to pay the old balance because my daughter really wanted to be apart of the classes. When I arrived another lady at the front desk told me there was no recollection of that call and the old balance was actually $150 and they weren’t taking off the return fee. Mind you they only take cash so all I pulled out the atm was the $120 I was told to pay. At that point I was irritated over the whole ordeal and just wanted my money back that I just paid 3 days prior. She told me they will send a check to my address, even though I paid in cash. The whole establishment is shady. Only shady businesses take cash only and make you sign up for auto draft so they have constant access to your bank account !

My daughter loves this gym! She wishes the classes were more than once a week!
My son took classes for about three months then decided he didn’t want to attend anymore as he wanted to do Martial Arts but he loved his class while he was there.
The only down fall is the gym requires a direct withdrawal from a bank account for monthly tuition. As a single parent with unsecured money flow it’s hard to ensure that I will have the money in that account and if you want to pay in cash they require you to wait and allow the withdrawal to bounce so you have to pay a $20 fee on top of the tuition… it would be nice to have the option to pay ahead in cash or with a different card for the tuition if we wanted.
I guess the plus side is you have till the 15th of that month to pay tuition after the withdrawal bounces.
But other than that, the coaches are super nice and the staff is courteous. Can’t wait to see how she grows here.

We absolutely love C & C! Our kiddos have been attending classes, camps, and parents night out for the past 5 years with them. The class times are convenient for us, and even with the waitlists, it’s definitely worth it! There’s a viewing area upstairs, and a few chairs at the main level. The owners are always nice and professional, and most importantly (to us) present around the gym. We do appreciate the monthly emails that inform us of the skills they are working on.

C&C Gymnastic was not a good experience for me or my grandchild, there was no greeting from the staff to my 6 year old grandchild being her first day for a week summer camp and a 2 month training, they insist they debit your acct for the monthly payment, i shared with them she will only be attending for June and July, unbeknownst to me they were closed for the 1St week in July therefore i wasnt able to give a 30 days notice so they dont debit my acct in August, they debit the acct anyway and Cassie refuse to credit my acct for the services i didnt received. I will never use C&C again if you have to steal from me to keep your business going, this isn’t a place i will never support.

They are lucky I gave them one. The optional coach never even did level 9 or 10. So how can she possibly coach these girls. My daughter was there for over 7 years, we should have pulled her out but she loved the sport. The optional coach belittled her on a weekly basis. She coaches through fear. And if you have a problem there she will tell you “ Well if you don’t like it go to another gym” she would love to tell all of us parents that. Unfortunately there isn’t another gym. My daughter left there after she graduated high school and she said it’s the first time she hasn’t felt stress or anxiety!!! She now hates the sport because of this coach. She doesn’t give much positive feedback to the girls or to parents .Respect is earned not demanded. She gives little respect the girls or us parents either.

Bad experience with their billing practice. How can you allow someone to add a child to your contract. They did not even ask for ID from person to ensure that the name on the void check matched. No information provided regarding the new child name or DOB just charged the amount that was going to be paid. It is sad that the owner kept saying we did it in "good faith" well I guess the "good faith" is in the business end because nor did you offer to return the fees that you had no right to remove from my account. Even stated that because it was after the 1st that I would be charged for another month

We LOVE it here! We just started this month with the mommy and me class ($10/wk I think), but it is so involved! Something different every week- sometimes balance beam, bars, trampoline, foam pit, etc. Coach Cassie is wonderful! My daughter loves coming to class and would probably come everyday if I let her! Their covid policies are safe but not too extreme.

My daughter has been coming her for a year and half. She started when she was 2, with their mommy and me class. Coach Cassie is wonderful and patient with the little ones. She now is working with coach Amanda, and I can't say enough wonderful things about her! She loves coming to class and is learning so much!

My daughter has been a member of quite a few gyms due to having to move because of military assignments. She started at C&C a year ago and this is the best gym we have had the opportunity to be a part of. The coaching is fantastic, the customer service is wonderful, and all of my daughter's teammates are wonderful young ladies. This gym encourages growth not only as a gymnast, but as a person. The coaches care more about their gymnasts than anything else. They push them to their limits while supporting them and it is obvious in their success (check out their 2019 Optional Team record if you have doubts). This gym is like a family.

I took my daughter to open gym (which seems more like a glorified birthday party than an open practice gym) only to hear my daughter's coach exclaim loudly this is the last day I ever do this. I hate doing open gym. A brief exchange with a parent happened. This is very unprofessional. I heard this same coach tell another parent that her child was too old. I am not sure my child can get the true coaching she needs at c&c gymnastics. I would recommend you take your child to another facility.

I took my son and I did not feel he was getting anything out of this class. I only took him to 1 class and they refused to reimburse me for the admission fee or the monthly fee, they even charge me for the next mouth. Even though their policy said 30 days which mean till the 15th of the month. awful place

We came to C & C in June 2017 and we have been extremely pleased with our experience. From the outstanding, dedicated and hard working coaching ~ to the front desk ladies - everyone is very nice. My daughter has been doing gymnastics for a few years and has once again got her “fire”. She is challenged, she is encouraged and she is held accountable here at C & C, all elements she needs to succeed as a competitive gymnast. Thank you!!

So, our daughter and son were enrolled at C&C for a few months after following a coach over from a competitor. Our children both very young and we have a 2 year old as well. Both children enjoyed their coaches and going every Saturday, but this became too much for my wife with the class falling during nap time . The coaching is not our issue, it is the cancellation of the enrollment and complete disregard for customer serviced and creation of policy to so that this company can make ever last dime off of people leaving. If we were to get the children back into gymnastics, it would not be at C&C. My wife called to let them know that we intended to cancel enrollment and we were told it was needed in writing. My wife wrote a letter and intended to mail it but realized that after a month, there was a charge our account. Understanding that she found the letter before calling the gym, she stated our desire to cancel registration and notified them over the phone that we would be not be returning to class and asked if there was any exception. We were told we had to show up in person to fill out their form so the letter would not have been accepted anyway. This was on the fifth of the month and we understood we would still pay this last month of $119 since we forgot to mail the letter (of which they would not have accepted anyway) . This month, I notice a charge of $179 on my account. My wife called and they said that our cancellation was received on the 5th so it would include the next moth which they would not prorate!!!!. The extra $60 was for the annual fee for enrollment. They have agreed to send us a check for the $60 annual fee, but refuse to refund the last month over the 5 days in the month. I am in the customer service industry and the is a line between policy and doing the right thing by the customer when you understand the intent. WE NEVER ASKED for a refund of the two previous months that we never attended because we forgot to mail the letter. This would have save us money if they would have accepted the phone call as our request or allowed an email. This is 2017!!! Since they have decided that we will not receive our money back for this last month, I will make sure I hit ever review I can find online. I previously recommended this gym over Haydens since we have been to both. No I will no long recommend C&C and I will advise people to take their children elsewhere.
