Candice has made me so strong! I have been having sessions with her for 10 months now, and she is always patient but also gently encourages me to push past my superimposed limits to try new things. I always look forward to working with her because I know I'll learn something new.

As a full-time massage therapist, it’s crucial for me to stay active without putting extra strain on my body. Working with Candace has helped me build strength and stability while staying safe and pain-free. Her attention to detail is unmatched—she sees the small things and makes adjustments that truly matter. Beyond the technique, her energy and support keep me motivated and grounded. I always leave feeling stronger and more in tune with my body.

Working with Candice as a Pilates instructor has been a great experience. Her knowledge and support made a big difference in my learning, especially as a beginner. Each session was thoughtfully tailored to my needs, and I really appreciated her flexibility with scheduling. Her positive energy and encouragement throughout made every class fun. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn and grow in their Pilates practice.

Candice really knows her stuff. She’s at a master level when it comes to Pilates and biomechanics, and you can feel it the moment you start working with her. She’s constantly learning and refining her craft, and that knowledge shows up in every session.
I feel lucky to have found her. I started out doing Pilates in group classes, but it wasn’t until I worked with Candice one-on-one that things really started to click. I began to understand my body in a whole new way—where I was strong, where I had imbalances, and what I needed to work on. It was honestly more than I expected.
What makes Candice stand out is not just how much she knows, but how she shows up. She’s incredibly supportive and pays close attention to every detail: how you’re moving, how your body responds, and how to make each session work for you.
We’re all built differently, and Candice really gets that. Instead of just going through the motions like in a typical class, our sessions were tailored to what I needed. That made all the difference. Pilates became something personal and powerful, not just exercise.
If you're serious about learning Pilates and want to actually understand your body, I can’t recommend Candice enough. I’m super grateful for her patience, her knowledge, and how much she’s helped me grow.

I've been so lucky to work with Candice for the past (almost) 3 years. I can only say phenomenal things about her and her philosophy/teaching methods.
Sessions with Candice through the years:
She has worked with me through many stages of life and body changes. Originally, I reached out to Candice to work on body movement/awareness and improve fluidity in movement. She helped me reach a point where exercises and movements became so familiar and was able to be tuned into what my body needed.
After about 1.5 years of being with her, seeing her mostly on a weekly basis, I became pregnant and was very hesitant on how to navigate exercise safely. I had a pretty rough pregnancy with SI pain, pelvic pain, etc., Candice helped me navigate how to safely continue incorporating movement and training into my daily life still. *Please note that I did not depend on her to solve these issues, but rather how to navigate safely exercising with these recurring pregnancy related issues.* She noted what was uncomfortable or painful for me and gave me alternatives or other focus areas. Some sessions we would even work on strength training, which was a great way to mix things up. I worked out with Candice all the way up until about a month before giving birth. Without Candice and her expertise, my pregnancy exercise would've looked a lot different. I am so thankful to have been able to work with her through a season of constant change.
Post-partum, she has also been amazing at listening to my (still) changing body and it's needs. I am excited to continue to invest time into regaining my strength post birth and get to a stronger state than before!
About Candice:
I am so inspired that Candice is always looking for ways to continue her education. She is constantly learning and shadowing her mentors, continuing her education by attending conferences/training sessions.etc.
As somebody who has done pilates for 7+ years (mostly through group classes), this is a completely different experience. I really was able to see results once I started getting individual 1:1 sessions with Candice. And I love that her clients are everything to her and she treats them all individualistically to their needs. I cannot recommend Candice enough to everyone who is seriously interested in investing time into doing pilates!
