This is a great place with great coaches who push our girls to be the best individually as well as a team. They teach not only technical skills, but life skills such as hard work, determination, and the attitude of never giving up! If you are looking for a sport and for coaches that pour out love, hard work, and training (along with winners! #welikethehardworktopayoff) then, this is a great place!

If you’re looking for a gym with a family atmosphere where the gymnasts compete with each other, not against each other, CGGA is the place to be. Their coaching staff is the most caring and supportive staff you could possibly imagine. My daughter adores this gym. So much so she has “retired” from gymnastics, but plans to use them for one-on-one coaching to get ready competition cheer tryouts this spring. The families are amazing, and everyone gets along so incredibly well.

My daughter absolutely loves CGGA, and all of their staff. They listened to what she wanted, (which was to compete), they helped her get to that level and when she was ready and showed it she was offered a spot on the team. These girls work hard but not without the amazing direction of the coaches. I am so glad that we are part of the CGGA family and I wouldn't have it any other way. 🥰🥰
