Amazing gym, just hate that the flooring in the bathroom and showers are the same, gross looking/dirty ones from the previous LA fitness

My fiance and I required Assistance with our account, Ms. Monique went above and beyond to update what we were stuck on. Not only did she get approval from her manager to make sure she was qualified to help us resolve our issue, but she was extremely kind and professional! We thank you Monique 🫶🏽

The recovery area (and the classes obviously ) are my favorite part about going to this gym. Monique is my favorite! 10/10 w/ a very welcoming and funny personality. The first time I tried the recovery area Monique walked me through how to use all the massage chairs, cryotherapy, and red light panels while also making sure I understand all the health benefits of each service.

I’ve tried many different gyms around the country and this is my favorite by far. Clean, organized, new equipment and weights options for class and recovery. Basketball and sauna/pool. It’s worth every penny and the staff is awesome. The shake shop is also a plus. Matt runs a tight ship and I highly recommend joining. Try the Cryo Therapy! Better than caffeine

Wow! I love this gym so much!! Sierra & Emma greet me each time I walk in. The gym is always so clean. I used to pay for solidcore, crunch, & CycleBar—but now I get all those classes, plus more, here at CS! Kasey & Nam are perfect instructors for ride. I love Danielle’s hot Pilates classes. And Tamara’s reform class is always my favorite!!

Great gym and great instructors however it is really difficult to make sure any feedback is addressed and there is some inconsistency on the late policy and how it’s enforced. No grace period but have seen several instances where folks come in well after a class starts.

I recognize the staff has to adhere to their company policies but this is meant to hopefully help build a case for 5 minute grace period.

Also Kenzie rules. Won’t stand for any Kenzie slander, her class is wonderful.

I love my new gym home! Club Studio brings a luxurious gym experience, making you want to never leave! The first class I took was hot Pilates and it did not disappoint. I’m looking forward to taking the others. The club is always clean and aesthetically pleasing! My sign up process was simple and quick. Matt helped me get things started there. The team there is amazing and they all give great customer service.

Nice gym if you’re into aesthetics, premium type workout equipment, versatile classes and Dyson hairdryers lol. They offer fun classes with cool rooms to host in. I did a reform class and it was good! I enjoyed the energy Kati brought. You will need grip socks for the reformers so bring some with you or it’s $15 for a pair from them. And if you need to pay, make sure you have a card as they do not have tap to pay option.
They also offer Hyrox training classes with the equipment Hyrox uses which is pretty cool. If there was a Hyrox exclusive membership, I’d do it for sure.
They are very, very strict about the start time of the classes. If you are even 1 minute late, you will not be allowed entry to the class and if you can’t reschedule, most likely charged $25 for missing the class. Even if you call before hand and you are told it depends what time you get there, 1 minute over and you’re missing that class. So keep that in mind. For the cost of the regular membership, I’m sure members could be afforded 5 minute grace period. Especially in 5 o’clock traffic.
I’m not the biggest fan of the workout equipment as much as I wish I could be. It just feels too different from what I typically use. But I did hit a pull up (or 2) with my friend here so there’s that lol.
So overall, if you’re into year round training for Hyrox and taking classes is your main thing, this may be a great fit! The memberships right now are at $164/month minimum 1st + last month due upfront and they’re supposed to be going up. Makes sense I suppose, it’s like Lifetime but more modern with a seemingly LA or Miami type vibe. I appreciate the class pass to experience this gym.

My experience at Club Studio has been amazing so far, and it’s only been 2 weeks. Emma assisted me in signing up from the beginning. She called to assist in setting up my free class and pass. After my Pilates class, I knew this was the gym for me. She got my membership set up and was so helpful. The equipment is top tier as well as the aesthetics. The locker room is always so clean with hair dryers and attachments. Love it!

I really enjoy my time at Club Studio, but I wanted to share a small suggestion. I recently took a hot Pilates class that focused on arms, followed by a CS4 class the next day—also focused on arms. It was tough since my muscles hadn’t fully recovered, and because of the cancellation policy, I couldn’t step out of the class once it started.

It would be really helpful if the class descriptions or schedules included the focus area (like upper body, lower body, or full body) so members can plan their workouts and recovery better. Overall, I love the classes and instructors—just hoping for a bit more transparency on class focus!

I’ve come to two Ride classes and they are FANTASTIC!! I love the Ride studio and how there’s no monitors or leader boards. The mood lighting adds to the vibe and positive energy of the classes! I’ve known Kasey, the lead instructor, from other spin studios and she is FANTASTIC- couldn’t recommend her enough! Megan B is also a gem - I took her class at 5:45am. There’s very few people I’d wake up that early for, and she is one of them!!

Drove 30 minutes for a 10am class and arrived at 10:01. Because “sign up” took 3 minutes I was late for my class and was marked as a no show. Now I’m expected to pay $25. I think this is very scammy. Was considering signing up for a monthly membership but the business practices are indicative of a poorly run establishment.

I can’t say enough great things about this gym. In terms of value, nowhere else can you find Pilates on the reformer and hot yoga together for under $300 a month and that’s if you can even find them under the same roof. That doesn’t even touch on the cycling, boxing, hiit, and more classes plus the gym floor. The coaches are all fantastic! I recommend trying out as many as you can to see which ones fit you the best.

The machines on the gym floor are clean and well cared for. Definitely don’t miss the recovery area and it’s variety of services to help you make the most of your workouts and be ready to get back at it again the next day or later in the week. All of the staff have been beyond friendly and it’s the first gym I’ve been to that feels like a community.

I reserved a spot for a hot Pilates class, but when I arrived before the class started, I found that my reserved space had been taken by someone else. The staff was aware of the situation and placed a mat for me at the edge of the room without any explanation until I asked about it. When I expressed my concern, I was told that I would be fine — but unfortunately, I am not fine!

I largely feel good about the gym in general but they need improvements on the followings. (If they are improved, I will edit the review and the rating)

1. Transparency
- Oct 14, there was some sort of gas leak during evening. No one informed people about the incidence. I wish someone notified everyone on the incidence and let people either continue workout or leave (a staff told me the gas was not harmful but not sure on what basis they said it)

2. Cleanness
I start to see molds in shower rooms and shower curtains. I wish the gym cares more of cleaning not only equipment but also bathroom and showers. And its $140 or more for monthly membership. I wish they pay more attention to such

I joined back in August and have really enjoyed Club Studio so far. The facilities, amenities and classes are top notch. I joined for the classes and have been impressed with the reform and mat Pilates classes as well as yoga flow. I hope to try others as they add more classes.

I actually followed one of my favorite Pilates instructors — Kenzie Kohler — to Club Studio. She has been teaching for years and blends classic Pilates with strength training. It will kick your butt and change your body! She’s quirky, tough, funny and invested in teaching. Give her a shot if you haven’t already - it won’t be easy, or dull, but it will be worth it!

I wanted to like it so badly. There were just too many things going on for that to happen: dirty locker rooms, my boyfriend said that the saunas were gross for him too, the pilates is more like solid core which is fine but I feel like the format or something should be advertised, front desk is uninformed and I showed up on time but was denied entry because they were slow and when I told their manager he was unhelpful and just stated that I should have gotten in earlier. Nice information after the fact, thanks.

Emma in sales seems great, Oxana in studio row seems invested. Many things to improve upon. I'll try it again in a few months to see if they can figure out these issues. For now I am looking forward to Carbon opening and will stay with LT in Buckhead.

Visited the gym a few days ago. The front desk staff weren’t the friendliest. They knew it was my first time but no one gave me a tour of the place which was bizarre . I had to find an employee to show me where the locker rooms were to change into my workout clothes. The manager did give me a call the next day and offered to give me another guest pass but I haven’t decided to return yey. I can’t speak on the classes but I do appreciate how the gym didn’t seem crowded after 5. Since customer service lacked that day and I wasn’t sold/won over, I have since discovered carbon and am waiting for their opening and will weigh out my options then .

Great gym, location, staff & classes. Jim at the front desk is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and makes you feel welcome.

Gym equipment is new and the club has all the equipment you need for a great lift.

Spin classes are my favorite part of the club. Emma, Kasey, Hannah, Amanda & Megan are incredible ride instructors who lead their classes with heart, intentionality and bomb playlists. The spin studio is a complete vibe with the lights, sound system, and stages bikes.

Would recommend!

The classes are great and so are all of the instructors but Sasha and Vynessa are my fav! They bring great, positive energy, their playlists are always fun and their classes are always such a vibe!

It would be a nice touch if the bathrooms and locker rooms could be stocked with toiletries (hair ties, deodorant, feminine products, etc.) if the members happen to leave theirs at home like other studios do, especially for the price we pay.

I also appreciate how the staff is constantly up keeping the premises to keep the gym clean and orderly!

please reevaluate and consider removing Kenzie K as a Pilates instructor. Her classes are messy and she is not great at instructing. Every class she hesitantly moves onto the next move as if she’s not sure what to do next, and there are many times when she would say “just do whatever” with a sigh. She doesn’t turn on the fans or AC much in the classes compared to other instructors, so it’s also quite an unpleasant experience. She’s been “asking for grace” at the end of classes as she’s new at navigating the larger classroom setting, however she has supposedly been a Pilates instructor for many years and has now taught multiple classes at the Club that I don’t think it’s an appropriate excuse anymore. To be honest, her workouts definitely do make you break a sweat but the instruction is off-putting. I’ve left her classes multiple times with my body satisfied but my mind not at ease

I had a good workout session but when i went to the reception to ask questions for admission the front desk lady was extremely rude. The weight floor is a great way to supplement the classes. The staff has been nothing but lovely and very receptive to feedback. The locker rooms are well done with Dyson hair dryers. I heard the showers are getting a needed renovation. Excited to try boxing, hyrox and the hot tub!! Book your classes early, cause they live on waitlist. Came to do a trial class to see how the gym was. The class was ok, was a yoga class absolutely packed with people. Overall still enjoyed it. The gym area feels like LA fitness, so you are just paying a premium for the classes mainly. I was still going to sign up, but the employee at the front desk was very short and rude in how she answered questions - had some second thoughts as a result, decided wasn’t worth it. You pay money to go to these places for the pleasant environment more than anything - if not present then not really worth it to me.

This gym offers a truly modern and well-maintained space with excellent lighting, creating a motivating environment to work out in.

That said, I do want to raise one concern for the sake of consistency and fairness. I’ve noticed that different employees seem to enforce class entry rules differently. For example, I’ve personally been turned away when arriving exactly on time because the front desk stated that I would not make it to class before the one-minute cutoff yet on other days, I’ve observed others being allowed in within a five-minute window. While I completely understand the importance of rules and timeliness, it would feel much fairer if the policy were applied consistently across the board. Even a one-minute grace period, if offered, should be standardized rather than dependent on which employee is checking you in and or size/shape/etc.

On a positive note, I would like to highlight the sweetest employee: Kardi. Each time I’ve interacted with her, she’s greeted me with a bright, welcoming smile, offered assistance, and even walked me to areas when I looked unsure. Her kindness and professionalism stand out and leave a lasting impression!!!

Overall, I see a lot of potential in this gym. My hope is that, as time goes on, the staff and management work together to ensure clear and consistent policies for all members.

UPDATE: 9:30 AM PS4 with Mike was incredible. He coached form, pushed the whole class, and kept the energy up felt like personal training. If you want a serious boost to your weekend, book Mike’s class. Highly recommend!

I have been a member now for around 2 weeks, since the location opened and have nothing but good things to say. I understand the frustrations in some of the other reviews, but if you are on time for classes most issues are typically avoided.

I love having everything under one roof and have taken almost every type of class to get a feel for what I like best. Some instructors are better than others, but the spin classes (especially Emma!) are top notch and very similar to CycleBar for a fraction of the cost of an unlimited membership. I have also enjoyed yoga with Dipti and Pilates with Tamara. I do still miss Solidcore classes, but having everything under one roof for unlimited classes and a fully functional gym full of brand new equipment is worth it to me.

There are still a few improvements to be made, such as new tile in the locker rooms and pool, but these are minor and I was told will be done in the future.

So far so good and all of the employees have been friendly and helpful!

Now I see why there are so many complaints about Eric. He is unprofessional. Rude. Unwilling to help. And, the worst part- crusty. That hair is a biohazard. Everyone raving about him is a friend. I know one guy told me he is on a cheap membership because of him… so, of course it’s glowing.

The club is dirty. When I approached him about it he brushed me off. When I asked for clarity on an account issue he was rude. I wish I could leave but it’s honestly still a nice gym. Poor decision to hire him.

It's a good gym but has a lot of room for improvement, especially considering the price tag.

There are virtually no workout classes offered past 6 pm. What about for working professionals with 9-5s, not including commute times?

Despite the nice equipment, this gym has the worst/cheapest barbell clips I've ever used. They are so difficult to put on and feel like an oversight.

There is also an unnecessarily large number of front desk employees who are slow to scan your membership when you walk in.

When it comes to luxury, it's all in the fine details. There are a lot of details that still need to be addressed.

I had a very disappointing experience at Club Studio today, and I feel compelled to share some feedback in hopes that it improves future guest experiences. This was my second time visiting the gym — I had attended Kasey’s spin class last week, which was fantastic! She’s a friend of mine and a former instructor at CycleBar Buckhead, so I was excited to support her return to the podium.

This week, I came in for Nam’s 9:30 AM spin class, as he kindly offered me a guest pass and had invited me personally after last week’s class. However, my experience at the front desk was disorganized and frankly unwelcoming.

I was initially helped by a newer staff member who seemed unsure of the check-in process and asked for my ID and a new headshot, even though I had just been there the week prior. Emma — who I had worked with previously and is fantastic — stepped in to help guide her through the process. However, another woman with an Austrian accent came over, took over the interaction abruptly, and asked me to step aside so she could assist "actual members."

I was told I could not take class because I had already used a guest pass the week prior — something I was completely unaware of, especially since instructors were actively encouraging my return and had offered additional passes. I was told my only options were to either sign up for a membership on the spot or pay $40 for the class. When I declined both, explaining I already have a gym membership through WellHub via my job, I was dismissed, told to cancel the class immediately, and that I wouldn’t be allowed back for another 6 months.

A few thoughts:

1. Customer Service Needs Improvement: While Emma and the new staffer were trying their best, the overall tone, attitude, and abruptness from the Austrian woman were unnecessarily rude. I understand policies exist, but how they're communicated matters. I felt dismissed and embarrassed in front of others. A little kindness and flexibility go a long way.

2. Clarity Around Guest Policy: If instructors are not allowed to invite guests back within 6 months, they should be made aware so they don’t unintentionally mislead guests. I don’t believe Nam or KC had bad intentions — but it’s important that instructors and staff are aligned to avoid awkward front desk experiences like this one.

3. Consider Policy Flexibility: For a new studio, it’s surprising how rigid the guest pass policy is. One visit doesn’t always allow someone to get a full sense of the environment or community. Expecting someone to sign up on the spot for a membership (which requires two months upfront) without being allowed a second visit feels overly aggressive and short-sighted from a customer experience standpoint.

Ultimately, I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I expressed that I wouldn’t be returning, and the response I received was essentially “okay, bye then.” That sealed the deal for me.

That said, if you are a member, Kasey and Nam are phenomenal instructors and I highly recommend their classes. If you're considering joining, I’d recommend speaking with Emma — she’s kind, professional, and the only reason I even considered coming back after my first visit.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning — not because of the instructors or the class quality, but because of how I was treated at the front desk.

Club Studio is open on Sundays and every day. The reviews here say the gym is closed on Sunday. I’m here and they’ve been open since 7 AM. Fantastic gym. Worth every penny.
Google, please correct the time
