I have been dedicated to my craft since 2008 when I first recieved my ISSA Certification. I offer a unique, private, and well-equipped fitness studio with everything you could possibly need and more!

Jason has his own very clean and flexible gym. He combines classic weight training with resistance bands and bodyweight exercises, always focusing on perfect form and execution. I train both at my residence gym and at his place; his sessions are always varied and intense. Jason also gives great lifestyle and nutrition tips, and he’s flexible enough to come to other gyms if needed. Training with him has really helped me get the most out of my workouts.

I’ve been training with Coach Rosenblatt for about two years, and it’s made a real difference in how I feel, move, and live. My goals were to build strength, improve mobility, and reduce recurring back injuries. Since working with him, I’ve gotten stronger, more flexible, and I rarely have back issues anymore. He pushes me hard enough to make progress but never to the point of injury. He pays close attention to form and adjusts every workout to my needs that day. Coach Rosenblatt does a great job of customizing workout plans for each individual client. His home gym encompasses 4 different large rooms with plenty of space for a wide variety of machines, free weights, cardio, and stretching. You get all the options of a big box gym but with extra personal attention.

I've trained with coach Rosenblatt twice a week for the past three years. I was in bad shape when I started, physically, mentally and emotionally. I was going through the roughest of times. I started working out with Jason a few months ago and have had really good results. I'm fitter and stronger. Jason introduced me to exercises that I would not have thought of or discovered myself but have been really beneficial in working out some of the muscles that don't get a lot of attention otherwise. Jason is a fabulous trainer. After knowing him for years a few months ago I started training with him after a recent ankle injury. Without having to tell him what I felt would help me he knew. He has helped me rehab my ankle and strength my core while helping me with my balance and agility. I am extremely active and a teacher of young children so being injured doesn’t mesh with my lifestyle. Jason has helped me more than I know. Jason is super dedicated he is always coming up with new idea and techniques to keep you improving. He is also super focused on insure that you don't injure yourself this was a key factor for me he really cared that you are making improvement, but not at the expensive of injuring yourself. I didn't really how to workout before I came to train with Coach Rosenblatt. I started in January and it's May now. My entire body has changed. I'm at least twice as strong as I was before and I'm making gains every week. He also helped me figure out a good diet to build the muscle I want. Coach Rosenblatt is one of the most creative and innovative people I ever worked with. I’m an outdoors kind of guy, so we trained at the park and I’ve never seen so many different exercises that can be done with just a couple of bands and kettlebells. Coach Rosenblatt also pays a lot of attention to details that directly translate to results! Even if you don’t think you need a trainer, you’ll still learn a lot from just a session or 2.
