CONTROL Fitness provides personal training online, in-person, and mobile sessions around the Metro Atlanta area. We also have mobility and stretch sessions to decrease muscle tightness and increase range of motion. Our focus is to increase strength, increase mobility, and help you reach your fitness goals. We want you to look good, feel great, and move efficiently!

I love our workouts in person and online.. In person training is very great for learning the correct way of exercising through trial and error which is always a plus .. And online was also effective to workout because she is just a chat away and very responsive and the demos helped a lot with getting the movement right!!

Very knowledgeable
I went to her with back problems and thinking I could never squat again. She made some changes to my leg placements as well some key stretches now I can squat without pain. Highly recommend if you have any type of pain or movement issues

Every time I visit, I automatically feel at home. The workouts are intense but thatβs a good thing! We need something to challenge us in order to reach our goals & when I work out at Control Fitness I get just that and I get a chance to enjoy some of their great products as well! My favorite so far has been the tumeric tea! 10/10 I would definitely recommend!
