I've been going to the gym now for four months and love Jessica's classes. She is so patient and cares about making sure I am doing the movements safely with proper form at all times. My strength has increased so much quicker than I ever thought possible and with her guidance I have never felt more strong and capable in my life. I cannot recommend Jessica and CrossFit Camden enough. This place and this community has changed my life.

I started CrossFit a month or so ago… Have never been in a CrossFit gym. I am 38 years old and thought I was semi in shape… Did I get it wrong! CrossFit Camden and the people make the place so comfortable for a newbie like me to come in hopes that I will continue to improve! Jessica is so personable and keeps me accountable.

I’ve been loving CrossFit Camden!! I’ve learned and improved so much for the two months I’ve been coming here. The coaches are awesome, the gym is clean, the equipments are very well kept. Love the community the owner has built and provided for the athletes!

I am visiting my parents and dropped in CFC. While I was certainly the stranger, the sense of family was the first thing that drew me in. After being led through some fun movements by Jess, I was impressed by her level of knowledge. Overall, a fantastic experience. Fun workout and great layout! I’ll be back!

Coach was excellent! He was clear and concise. I got one on one training from Coach Will helping me with my form, while working with me on my shoulder limitations. It was just the right level of help it wasn't to passive or smothering. This is just one of the many reasons I belong to CFC!

CrossFit overall is life changing. While the workouts are rigorous, everyone is going through the their own challenges with the workout. CFC has changed the way I look at working out. I’ve always struggled with self motivation and now I find myself saying “come on. What’s one more rep?” Or “you’re at 8, you can do 2 more”. Not to mention the wonderful coaches and community that make you feel like whatever you did that day was great and pushing you to your max potential. I will continue to share my experience with CrossFit to friends who are unsure.
