Love it here. New studio is nice but I kind of miss the old locations. I guess due to covid they had to find a bigger studio. The instructors are very nice and helpful if you’re new. I miss the Hot yoga classes but due to covid I think they have stopped those types too. This is the only yoga studio I trust with my money. πŸ₯°

I recently dropped in for a hot yoga class with a couple of friends and we really enjoyed it. The teacher was very nice as were all other staff I encountered. The facility is very clean and calming. They also care for clients with small gestures that make you feel like you are visiting a friend. ie: water bottles, deodorant spray (huge win after hot yoga lol), hand lotion and more. I doubt that anyone could leave this place unhappy. I hope they always keep this up and know how much it means to clients. Thanks, folks. :)

Amelia was our instructor tonight and she was wonderful. I loved her practice and music. The sweet lady at the front desk let me run in 5 minutes before class as a guest and let me borrow a mat. They have ceiling fans in the class and set a cold lavender infused hand towel on my forehead was class was over. Everyone used this towel to wipe down their mat which I thought was a really innovative idea. Perfect distance from dinner shops after class.

Park in the dancing goats lot and it’s the shared office space to the left if you’re facing the coffee shop.

I adore this studio. The teachers bring knowledge in an emotionally supportive atmosphere. They understand that yoga is more than just asanas. I like it so much, I just started their yoga teacher training! ...plus the new north location is gorgeous! Full of windows and sunshine.

I lived around Decatur, GA for 2 months and decided to join Pilates and yoga classes here.
I really loved the atmosphere and the instructors and the schedule is broad with lots of openings throughout the day, so it's easy to fit to your own busy schedule.
The Pilates classes were mat Pilates just using regular equipment, there is no Pilates reformer.
As for the yoga classes, there were many different kinds offered at varying levels. Including hot yoga, Hatha flow, and bikram to name a few.

I don't usually practice hot yoga, so I was't really expecting much when I came to my first class. Fortunately, I went anyway, and found a gem of a studio. Tons of classes, in many different styles and with many different attitudes, for all bodies. And the 30 days of yoga for 35 dollars is an unbeatable deal!
So many classes to choose from at so many times makes it a very accessible studio at a great value.

Take advantage of their $35 for 30 days of unlimited classes and give this place a try! Once you fall in love, they have multiple packages and discounts to help you find whatever level works for you. Teachers get additional discounts, so make sure you ask! I've loved every class I've been to and have enjoyed both the instructors and the clients. You feel so peaceful after leaving. My personal favorite is the Kundalini class with Cheryl. It's a quirky, slightly weird, but amazingly wonderful class... Which is perfect for me. They also have a wide range of classes to try, and a varied time schedule so you can hopefully work many classes into your schedule. If nothing else, take advantage of that first month. It's more than worth it. I went to 16 classes in my first 30 days, and would have gone to more if I hadn't been on vacation a week during that time. It's a steal of a deal!
