This gym is truly the best in South Georgia! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by friendly staff who genuinely care about your fitness goals. The equipment is state-of-the-art, well-maintained, and there's a great variety for all types of workouts, whether you're into strength training, cardio, or group fitness.

This gym is in the previous FREDS in Sylvester. PEOPLE are helpful and nice. If you need help, just ask because they don't HOVER over you with workout. Gym is clean, as is the ladies room. Equipment is in good condition mechanically and clean. Not cluttered, but has a very nice selection of equipment, free weights and kettlebells. Mirror placements are nice.

It's a small town gym. Equipment isn't bad, maybe a bit crowded though with old stuff. Cardio room is a waste. Bathrooms aren't bad, spacious and clean. Plenty of parking.

My 2nd favorite Destiny location it’s super spacious and clean. No funky odors and the lighting was great. I stopped here to get an insane pump and I almost didn’t want to leave

When you enter into this gym, you'll feel the true southern hospitality from the staff and gym members. Membership prices are affordable. The workout space is big. I love that the gym have a privacy area for womens. Philip always have the gym smelling good. He's always cleaning the equipment and mopping the floors. He's also very knowledgeable on how to use the equipment, the correct way. I feel valued as a member.

The music needs to be switched up from primarily hard rock and grunge music. I recommend iheart radio music for all genres.
