This is generally a good gym to work out at. It is conveniently located, and I like that it is not a national chain. I love that it offers 24 hour access. The outside of the gym is brightly lit and there are surveillance cameras, so I feel pretty safe when I go at night. So far I've found the staff to be very friendly, polite, and helpful. The gym has a good variety of equipment and different/versatile spaces.
There are a few areas for improvement:
1. Floors need to be cleaned more thoroughly and more regularly.
2. A first aid kit should be visible and easily accessible to patrons at all times. I cut my hand here during unstaffed hours. I looked in the locker rooms, bathrooms and around the desk area, but couldn't locate a first aid kit.
3. It would be great if mirrors went all the way to the floor (especially in the group fitness room). As they are, you can only check your form when doing standing exercises. If you're doing push ups, or planks, or anything else on the floor you can't see yourself in the mirrors.

Very poor communication in regards to billing and fees! When I contacted them twice to cancel membership and was told it was taken care of and it was not! Kept billing me! When I went in to see what was going on they would not cancel the membership until I paid for the 3 months that I had not went and was supposed to be already canceled! Worst customer service ever. Told me because the lady I previously spoke with was no longer there they could not honor what she told me. Manager was very rude.
