I've been training at Discover Strength in Sandy Springs, and I canβt recommend it enough! The facility is great, and Eli is very knowledgeable and supportive. My workouts are tailored to my individual needs, making me feel both challenged and motivated. The positive atmosphere keeps me coming back. I've been going to Discover Strength for two months now and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Eli is by far the best trainer! He is so knowledgeable and encouraging! I can definitely feel myself getting stronger and stronger every time. I've tried every kind of workout and program there is and I've never kept up with it. But having a trainer makes a world of difference. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I started going to Discover Strength in January and they are a gym that has integrity. They work with you and do not lock you into contracts. Eli is a great trainer and I love that it is a quick 30 minute workout that I am feeling results with. I was an orange theory girl, until I saw that the high intensity cardio messes with my hormones. Women should really be working on strength training and I definitely get that at Discover Strength.

Rating based on marketing tactics alone - full disclosure I am NOT a member. I entered a supposed "$1500 Membership Giveaway" and was contacted via text I had won. Not sure if it was a real person or AI. I asked them to text me the details and then started getting a bunch of texts around my health and personal questions about a recent injury I had. Started to get a little uncomfortable sharing since I did not know this company, so I stopped answering. They a few days later, I get more texts about how I had clicked their ad and did I want to schedule a tour as if they company had never contacted me. No mention of the "giveaway" ever again. I am sure a lot of companies do this, but it did not sit well with me.
